For more fish varieties, to the subsequent processing and marketing, which is necessary to classify the types of fish. This study is based on image processing technology to classify the types of fish, four fish to make use of the existing image acquisition device for collecting samples, through the MATLAB software for image preprocessing, such as fish gray, binarization, image enhancement, contour extraction to extract the 11 feature parameters of four fish species, such as using the principal component analysis (PCA) to 11 characteristic parameters for dimension reduction, this study took four principal component. Then use SPSS software to establish fisher and mahalanobis distance model, the combination of four principal component reuse component to build a model to classify the four different kinds of fish. Through SPSS software simulation and identification results show that the average recognition rate of 96.67%, which can be well applied to the fish species identification technology.

In recent years, all kinds of underwater robot have been developed owing to having been widely used in narrow pipelines, underwater detection or complicated underwater spaces full with reefs. An amphibious spherical robot is presented in the paper. The paper has focused on characteristic analysis on land for an amphibious spherical robot. An amphibious spherical robot includes a circular acrylic plate, a sealed hemispheroid and four drive units. Each of them consists of a water-jet propeller and two servo motors. The rotation angle of the servo motor can be changed by adjusting the duty ratio of the motor. A variety of sports gait can be achieved by adjusting the robot's leg movement sequence. Meanwhile, crawling gait and trotting gait experiments have been carried out for evaluating the performance of the amphibious spherical robot on tile floor and brick floor. From the experiment results, the robot has a higher walking speed on tile floor. Besides, the speed of walking robot will increase with the increase of frequency. When the frequency is lower than 2HZ, the maximum speed of robot can reach 6.67cm/s. Experiments proved that it is feasible to study performance evaluation for robot. The study of gait analysis is the research foundation for amphibious spherical robot.

In Vascular Interventional Surgery (VIS), the surgeons are exposed to X-ray threatening the surgeons' health due to the depositing which lasts long. It is significant to find a method to keep away from X-ray during VIS. In this paper, a novel master-slave robotic catheter system for VIS has been proposed. The surgeon operates a real catheter on the master side, which can make full use of the natural catheter manipulation experience and skills obtained in conventional catheter navigation. The feedback of catheter operating force on the master side plays an important role in improving the safety of the vascular surgery. In order to realize the force feedback, a damper is used based on the intelligent fluid magnetorheological (MR) fluid. The damper is a piston structure with MR fluid. It can transmit the force feedback to surgeon's hand through the operating catheter from the control of master controller, which seems that the surgeon operates the catheter beside the patient. The feedback force evaluation experiments of the damper were done. The experimental results indicated that the damper was effective for realizing the force feedback of the master-slave system. It can provide force feedback to the surgeon in real time.

Non-invasive into the human digestive tract or artery, complete minimally invasive or non-invasive diagnosis and treatment have become a hot pursuit of the current international biomedical field. In this paper, a new kind of hybrid motion wireless microrobot in-pipe with gravity compensation had been designed, which had a more compact structure. By switching the rotation magnetic field and alternating magnetic field, the microrobot could realize the rotation motion and fish-like motion in pipe immediately. The microrobot with gravity compensation designed mechanism could achieve forward-backward and upward-downward motion in pipe easily with the similar dynamic characteristics and more efficient by much simpler control strategies. Based on the experiments, the effect on the spiral motion and fish-like motion had been evaluated. The experimental results indicated that hybrid microrobot Type A is superior to Type B, the maximum velocity of hybrid microrobot Type A is 29.5mm/s at 15Hz in the horizontal direction and 8.7mm/s at 14Hz in the vertical direction with input current of 0.7A. The wireless microrobot in-pipe controlled by external magnetic field will play a significant role in both industrial field and medical applications. Furthermore it will bring the gospel to diagnosis and treatment of the human gastrointestinal tract disease in the future.

In order to improve the contour generation rate in drawing contour maps of rainfall of Tianjin, we propose a contour generation algorithm based on grid sequence, which according to the characteristics of historical data in meteorological field and the contours drawing requirements. Using this algorithm can make the drawing method efficient and intuitive. This algorithm based on Delaunay irregular triangulation using a new method to compare the grid endpoints with itself before with contour values. So it avoids the problem of selecting a starting point, simplifies the determination of grid export, and effectively reduces the frequency of comparing the contours value and endpoint. This clear, concise algorithm is suitable for contour expressing in meteorological field and other scientific data generation in similar circumstances.

Much research has been done on analyzing relationship between ERP (Event Related Potential) and linguistic, but did little job on Chinese. Here, participants were equally divided into two groups. Group A was in a cold environment, and group B was in tired condition. Recording ERP signal when participants were repeated Chinese sentence. From the work, we found that the amplitude of ERP components (N200, N400, P600) had a big change when participants were repeated different Chinese sentence of feeling. Using MATLAB to set a specific digital filter to remove the artifacts, then analyzing the effective EEG signals by EEGLAB.
