Smart antenna technology can increase channel capacity, improve spectrum efficiency and enlarge cover area by using its spatial diversity ability, which greatly improve system performance. A least mean squares(LMS) is posed for the smart antenna adaptive interference suppression system based on the training sequence. Also, the least mean square(LMS) and least squares(RLS) algorithm are proposed for the design and simulation about interference suppression and compare and analyze the result which can prove the effectiveness about algorithm in TD-SCDMA *** to the results, the new method with a faster convergence speed, which doesn`t matter with interference environments, is better than LMS.

The BP network has the disadvantages such as low learning efficiency, low speed of convergence, easily falling into the local minimum state, poor ability to adapt, ect. For PSO algorithm, it is fast for convergence, especially at the initial stage, simple for the computing, and is easy to implement. Compared with the genetic algorithms, it does have not the complex operations of hybrid codecs, mutation, so it is a good optimization algorithm. However, PSO algorithm also has some shortcomings it is more and more slow for convergence rate at the late evolution of the algorithm. In this paper, a new BP Neural Network based on improved Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is proposed. The convergence speed of this algorithm and the capacity of searching global extremum is increased through adjusting the adaptive capacity of learning factor. The simulation results illustrate that the improved PSO is superior to the standard BP algorithm and particle swarm optimization.

This paper analyzes the reasons which cause the interferences between TD-LTE and TD-SCDMA systems and studies the types of interferences between the two systems in the same area. It gets the additional isolation requirements of coexistence and co-location of TD-LTE/TD-SCDMA base stations with deterministic method which bases on the minimum coupling loss. With the aging of human society and the rapid development of transportation industry, the disease rates of bone and joint are also in constant increase, making the biological healing and regeneration of articular cartilage as a core issue of joint surgery in basic and clinical. In general, the regeneration capacity of articular cartilage injury difficult to selfrepair is considered to be limited. At present, many new technologies and methods have been used for clinical treatment, but it only can relieve the pain of the patients. Human knee joint has two main movement patterns: rolling and sliding. Rolling, as a typical representative of the articular cartilage, is very similar to the mechanical environment in vivo. Accordingly, we first proposed and developed this rolling depression loading device with perfusion system for the mechanobiology researching on in vitro articular cartilage, which includes rolling control system, compression adjusting system and circulating perfusion system. The innovation of the biological reactor is the combination of the rolling loading system and circulation of grouting system. The roll controlling system is achieved by roller rolling back and forth through stepper motor driving screw rod. The compressive system could produce uniform, controlled compressions by relatively sliding of two wedge blocks. The circulating perfusion system is mainly finished by controlling the peristaltic pump. It can provide an environment which is closer to the normal physiological condition of articular cartilage. Rolling depression loading is useful to clarify the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis and apply biomechanical factors to prevent and treat osteoarthritis and repair cartilage. This device is small enough to work in the general culture box, and we will test it with biological experiment in future.

In laser cladding, the movement of the metal powder particles influences the cladding results directly. However, the movements of the metal powder particles are too hard to measure because the average diameter of the particles is about 50 μm and the movement behavior is very complex (collision of each other). The image process method based on digital particle image velocimetry (DPIV) technology is used to recognize the most particles. By this means, two images of the particle stream with a time interval are provided to determine the displacements of particles. Therefore, the velocity-vector field of the whole powder stream is obtained. Then, the convergence angle and the divergence angle of the powder flow can be measured by the velocity vectors, and the convergence region can be determined by the region of the maximum intensity of light. Results show that DPIV meets the needs of laser cladding and plays the role of guidance.
