Structural features has been analysed after the third part of SINOPEC Tianjin company's power system been put into operation. Node voltage been treated as the constraint, minimum power loss been treated as the objective function, used PSASP to calculated the different way of generator's combination, the voltage , power flow, power loss has been compared before and after the OPF calculation. The conclusion indicated that, by changing the active power and reactive power of generators, OLTC and reactive-load compensation equipments, the system's power flow operated more reasonable and economical. The enterprise revenue has been maximized. This is instructive and meaningful to the operation of SINOPEC Tianjin company's power system.

This research will enhance to analyze some existing phenomena; on the other hand, the new design methods and control strategies may be possible to be developed by these researches to achieve some properties available of STATCOM. Based on adaptive noise canceling technology, this paper improved the classic LMS algorithm ant got a fuzzy variable step-size LMS algorithm of harmonic current detection which uses the average estimation of error signal to control the updating of step-size by fuzzy inference. The algorithm has a fast response while ensuring high precision. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of this algorithm.

In recent years, hybrid systemstheory and its applications have been focus researched. At first, commonly used models of hybrid systems research were classified overviewed, and then concept of hybrid systemstheory were introduced. On the basis of this, analysis and optimization of hybrid systems were summarized in this paper.
