The design of automatic test system based on VC++ implemented the communications between the spectrum analyzer and PC. USB-GPIB Interface board is used, USB with its unique advantages of strong anti-interference、 high speed and easy to use make the application of automated test system based on GPIB more extensive and flexible. This paper describes the working principle of the test system and the design of hardware as well as software. And complete the procedures of host computer for spectrum analyzer automated test system in VC + +6.0 environments.

The goal of innovative education in engineering field is to cultivate excellent engineering talents with high quality, innovative spirit, innovative ability and innovative quality. With the wide application of microcontroller technology, innovative education in engineering field based on microcontroller will be agility, convenience and effectively. In order to adapt to the needs of engineering education innovation, a novel engineering education innovation scheme by microcontroller technology has been proposed, including education of microcontroller course, experimental course in class, engineering practical extracurricular and science competition of college students. The proposed scheme combine curriculum with practice, by making full use of teaching and self-study advantages and bypassing spoon-speed disadvantages. This paper proposes a kind of fuzzy logic control scheme according to the time-varying, lagging and nonlinear characteristics of temperature control and the proplem of more complicated control system. It includes the selection of control variables, the definitions of fuzzy sets, the division of domain levels, the choice of membership functions and setting the fuzzy logic control rules. MATLAB was used for the simulation analyse of the system and the results validated that the the fuzzy logic control to the system is effective and reasonable.

This paper studied the Fuzzy-PID control strategy for AC arc furnace electrode regulator system. Based on the classical PID control, this paper used the basic theories and methods of Fuzzy Mathematics to adjust the PID parameters, realized the Fuzzy-PID control strategy, applied it in electrode regulator system and then made the simulation. The simulation results showed that the control strategy of the electrode regulator discussed in this paper adjusted the position of the electrode accurately, regulated the arc length of the electrode to an expectable value. Therefore, this discussed control strategy could suppress the power grid fluctuations, reduce power consumption and save energy.

By using BP artificial nerve network's error reversion transmission. Summing up various data of comprehensive logging can solve the problem of low accurate rate for identifying oil, gas, water zones. The software provides nerve network reservoir interpretation model by studying and training the initial data of tested oil. Practice proves the overall coincidence rate of interpretation reaches 97%. It can more efficiently reflects logging technique's advantage of wellsite quick evaluation oil, gas, water zones. The application in this technique improves the level of logging data interpretation and evaluation.

In order to reduce the computational a novel approach is proposed in which the generalized predictive control (GPC) algorithm is improved based on toeplitz matrix in this paper. The control algorithm proposed is simplified by reconstructing the performance index. This approach has good adaptive ability and robustness with low-cost computation. The effectiveness and rapidity of this algorithm is demonstrated by the simulation results.

Cartilage degradation or defects cause joint pain, activity obstacles, or even completely losing the joint function. At present, using many new technologies and methods for treatment clinically, but it only relieves the patients of pain. The development of cartilage tissue engineering is becoming an ideal way of permanently repairing tissue defects. Mechanical factors play a major role during the cartilage growing and developping. Currently, a variety of mechanical conditions are applied to cartilage bioreactors, such as Fluid shear stress, Liquid Pressure, Direct compression etc., or some combinations of these. But these mechanical conditions have not reflected the real mechanical environment of the cartilage. According to the biomimic principle of tissue engineering, from the mechanical characteristic of human activities, we have developed a dual-frequency loading device using in cartilage culture, adopting dual-frequency loading *** are two frequencies and corresponding amplitudes working on the building cartilage at any time, and it achieves that low-frequency high-amplitude coupling high-frequency low-amplitude loads acting on artificial cartilage constructions, that is, under dual-frequency dynamic loading conditions. The kind of dual-frequency loading method maybe contribute to the construction of the cartilage. The structure size of the device is enough small to fit for working in the general culture box, and we will test it with biological experiment in future.

A novel calibration method for fisheye lens camera is proposed in this paper. The method is based on equidistance projection model of fisheye lens. The inner structure of the fisheye lens which consists of many pieces of lens is so complex that it is very difficult and unnecessary to construct its physical model. The optical center of the fisheye lens (u 0 ,v 0 ), the virtual focal of the fish-eye lens l and the ration of the distortion in x coordinate Kx and the Ky in y coordinate should be calibrate in the mathematical mode proposed by us. Some special calibration patterns have been designed for calibrating them. Here, the optical center is the precondition for other parameters precise calibration. Therefore, we discuss four different methods to get it. The experiment results show that the methods we present are accurate and stable.

The binocular vision measurement system is adopted in which two CCDs are used and their optic axes are vertical to obtain the attitude of dynamic shell. At first, the mathematic model of the measurement system with vertical optic axes is established, and the calibration and adjustment is implemented to make two CCDs' optical axes vertical and co-planarity. The axis vector of shell is obtained using the vertical principle of two CCDs' optical axes. Then the moving attitude of shell such as pitch angleθ, yaw angleψ is obtained by relationship between the vector of shell axis and the attitude of moving shell. The result of simulation experiment and analysis shows that the measurement method has higher precision, and can meet the measurement require on the dynamic parameter of moving object in long distance.
