Standardized wearing of helmets and ventilators is the focus of grain depot safety management, which can effectively prevent safety accidents such as falling objects hurting people and fumigation poisoning. This paper is based on the deep learning algorithm to detect the wearing specifications of grain depot operations. Firstly, collect images by simulating the operation scene of the grain depot, recording video frames on the spot, etc. Use Labellmag software to mark the personnel wearing and not wearing the device, and create the original data set;Then, a grain depot wear standard monitoring model based on YOLOv5 is constructed. Add CBAM Attention to improve the network's attention to local and global features and the ability to extract small target location information. In the post-processing stage, DIOU-NMS is optimized as the screening scheme of the target boxes to reduce the rate of missed detection rate of adjacent targets. Through the contrast experiment, the results show that the improved model mAP(mean average precision) is increased from 92.6% to 93.9%, and finally the detection model meeting the detection accuracy and real-time requirements is obtained. ©2023 IEEE.

Indoor Vehicle Positioning Based on Multi-Sensor Data Fusion

This study proposes a Kalman filter-based indoor vehicle positioning method for cases in which the steering angle and rotation speed of the vehicle’s wheels are *** fusing the position and velocity data from the ultra-wideband sensors and acceleration and orientation data from the inertial measurement unit,we developed two algorithms to estimate the real-time position of the vehicle based on a linear Kalman filter and extended Kalman filter,*** then conducted simulations and experiments to examine the performances of the *** the experiment,the Kalman filtering hyperparameters are configured,and we then ran the two algorithms to determine the positioning precision and accuracy with the ground truth produced via *** verified that our method can improve precision and accuracy compared with the raw positioning data and can achieve desirable effects for indoor vehicle positioning when vehicles travel at low speeds.

CenterRCNN: Two-Stage Anchor-Free Object Detection Using Center keypoint-Based Region Proposal Network

The classic two-stage object detection algorithms such as faster regions with convolutional neural network features (Faster RCNN) suffer from low speed and anchor hyper-parameter sensitive problems caused by dense anchor mechanism in region proposal network (RPN). Recently, the anchor-free method CenterNet shows the effectiveness of perceiving and classifing object by its center. However, the severe coincidence false positive problem between confusing categories caused by the multiple binary classifiers makes it still insufficient in accuracy. We introduce a two-stage network CenterRCNN to take advantage of both and overcome their shortcomings. CenterRPN is proposed as the first stage to give proposals that incorporate the center keypoint idea into RPN to perceive foreground objects, replacing dense anchor-based RPN. Then the proposals are classified by the multi-classifier of RCNN header that focuses more on the difference between confusing categories and only outputs the maximum probability one of them. To sum up, CenterRPN can eliminate the drawbacks of dense anchor based RPN in Faster RCNN, and multi-classifier’s classification ability is better than that of multiple binary classifiers in CenterNet. The experiment demonstrates that CenterRCNN outperforms both basic algorithms in the accuracy, and the speed is improved as compared with Faster RCNN. © 2023, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

RGB-thermal semantic segmentation is a potential solution for reliable semantic scene understanding under adverse weather and complex lighting conditions. However, past studies have primarily focused on the design of fusion paradigms. Unfortunately, these methods have not fully considered the modality differences caused by different imaging mechanisms, thereby reducing the performance of pixel-level semantic analysis. In response to this issue, this paper proposes an innovative Cross-Modality Comprehensive Feature Aggregation Network (CFANet). This method first designs a Cross-Modality Feature Rectification Module (CFRM) to align modality differences;then, it constructs a Global-Local Fusion Module (GLF) to sharpen object edges and refine the segmentation map. Results on two urban scene understanding datasets demonstrate that CFANet can effectively aggregate multi-layer deep features and outperform existing advanced deep learning methods in scene understanding performance. © 2024 IEEE.

Strong Structural controllability of Multi-Agent Systems with Uncertain Connection Topologies

This paper investigates the strong structural controllability(SSC) of multi-agent systems(MASs) defined over Laplacian dynamics on directed graphs. The agents that are divided into leaders and followers are connected based on the consensus law and only leaders are manipulated by the external control input directly. In contrast to existing work, the topology of MAS contains uncertain interconnection edges between agents. The interconnection graph has a zero/nonzero/arbitrary structure, to handle the parameters uncertainty problem in MASs. Under this framework, the authors propose a color-changing rule based on the zero-forcing set(ZFS). A graph-theoretic sufficient condition of SSC is proved. Next, the authors investigate the leader selection problem to ensure the SSC of MASs. A greedy algorithm based on ZFS is introduced. In addition, the authors figure out that the redundant property of edges in MASs can help us decide the leader selection problem. A new heuristic algorithm of polynomial complexity is developed to select minimum leaders of the multi-agent ***, the authors support the proposed analysis with numerical results on various simulations.

The problem of insignificant image features and poor image quality in the acquisition of terahertz spectral images of unsound wheat. Therefore, this study proposed the FFDNet-VGG terahertz image enhancement algorithm based on the FFDNet denoising algorithm and VGG feature extraction algorithm. The experimental results showed that this algorithm could effectively improve the image quality compared with the traditional algorithms such as BM3D and WNNM, and the PSNR and SSIM of the enhanced images were 39.10 dB and 0.93, respectively. The wheat unsound grain images processed by FFDNet, VGG and FFDNet-VGG algorithms were verified by CNN classification network with the classification accuracy of 93.1% and 93.7%, respectively. FFDNet-VGG effectively enhances the wheat unsound grain terahertz spectral images. © 2022 SPIE.

Semi-supervised Speech Lie Detection Algorithm Based on Multiple Features and Adaptive Threshold

The limited number of labeled samples can significantly affect the accuracy of speech lie detection systems. However, semi-supervised algorithms have been shown to effectively improve detection performance under such constraints. To address this challenge, this paper proposes a semi-supervised speech lie detection algorithm that utilizes multiple features and adaptive thresholds. First, through comparative analysis, this paper identifies 312-dimensional acoustic features and 768-dimensional self-supervised features as the key elements of lie detection. Then, these acoustic features are processed using a bidirectional long short-term memory network (Bi-LSTM), which obtains comprehensive information by analyzing acoustic statistical features in both forward and backward directions. Subsequently, this paper develops a semi-supervised feature fusion module (BSFM) to extract deeper insights from basic features and achieves adaptive feature fusion through targeted training. In addition, based on a detailed analysis of the distribution characteristics of lie detection samples, this paper proposes an improved Freematch algorithm to better utilize unlabeled data. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms most existing methods on the self-built H-Wolf dataset and the Columbia/SRI/Colorado Corpus (CSC). © (2025), (International Association of Engineers).
