A new torso design of humanoid robot is proposed as a 3-DOF PKM (Parallel Kinematic Manipulator) structure by using results of a biomimetic analysis of torso in humans and animals. Main characteristics of torso in nature are presented from which design requirements are outlined for a solution in humanoid robot. The PKM torso is consist of two platforms and four UPU mechanisms. The usefulness of such a biomimetic inspiration is proved by a numerical simulation of the proposed PKM torso in its basic movements.

In this article, a guidance problem for cooperative salvo attack of multiple missiles against a single stationary target is investigated. The proposed guidance law combines the well-known PNG law and cooperative acceleration command, which is based on the feedback of state error between the current missile and the mean value of participant missiles. The state variable in this paper is used as the approximate calculation of time-to-go. The cooperative acceleration command is designed to adjust the flight path and impact time, which leads the multi-missiles to hit the common target simultaneously. During the engagement, the velocities of missiles are not changed and presetting impact time is not needed. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed guidance law.

Internet inquiry is playing an increasingly important role as the complement of the traditional medical service system,especially the similar cases *** can not only save the patients' waiting time,but also make use of the historical resources,for many cases with the same purpose have been solved ***,because of the diversity and non-standard of the patients' descriptions,the inquiry platform cannot find the cases with similar semantic *** traditional retrieval methods require the overlap of two sentences,and this is not suitable with the diversity and non-standard *** this paper,we try to utilize the sentences' semantic representation in a continuous space to understand the cases,and then recommend the similar *** also incorporate it into query likelihood language models,trying to get better *** experimental data are all collected from a real internet inquiry platform,and the results show that our methods significantly outperform the state-of-the-art translation based methods for similar cases recommendation.

Analysis and design of simulation scenario, design and application of scenario system are problems needed to be solved in the development and performance verification of simulation system. Consequently, a standardized development method for developing scenario based on a kind of combat information simulation system is proposed in this paper. Firstly, according to the requirements for generation of scenario which are decided by simulation system, the combining of military conceptual model and the entity oriented modeling method(EATI method) is used to build scenario structure model accurately and without distortion. Secondly, description of content and realizing form for scenario are constrained and standardized by extensible markup language(XML). Finally, a visualized and flexible scenario system model is built based on former theory analysis, which is independent of simulation system. This paper not only solves the problem existed in scenario and scenario system, but also implements rapid development of scenario, which provides important theory guiding meaning.

Travel time parameters obtained from road traffic sensors data play an important role in traffic management practice. In this paper, a travel time analysis and prediction model was established for urban road traffic sensors data based on the change point analysis algorithm and ARIMA model. Firstly, time series of travel time parameters were clustered by using change point mining algorithm after traffic sensors data preprocessing. Then, a travel time prediction model was established based on ARIMA model. Finally, the model was verified with high accuracy through simulation by using multiple sets of data and analysis of its practicability was done.

We consider the event-triggered state estimation of a finite-state hidden Markov model with a general stochastic event-triggering condition. Utilizing the change of probability measure approach and the event-triggered measurement information available to the estimator, analytical expressions for the conditional probability distributions of the states are obtained, based on which the minimum mean square error event-based state estimates are further calculated. We show that the results also cover the case of packet dropout, under a special parameterization of the event-triggering conditions. With the results on state estimation, a closed-form expression of the average sensor-to-estimator communication rate is also presented. The effectiveness of the proposed results is illustrated by a numerical example and comparative simulations.
