In this paper,we focus on the tracking performance(TP) limitations of networked controlsystems(NCS s).The control system considered is a multi-input and multi-output(MIMO) discrete-time network control system with time delay,channel noise,packet dropouts,and logarithmic quantization communication *** modeling the channel,we assumed the channel noise to be additive white Gaussian noise(AWGN) and used a binary random process to model packet dropouts and a logarithmic quantizer to model the quantization *** explicit expression of the TP limitations of NCSs utilizing the two-degree-of-freedom(TDOF) controller is then derived using the frequency-domain approach,coprime decomposition,and Youla parameterization *** results show that the essential characteristics of the plant(locations and directions of nonminimum phase zeros and unstable poles) and network constraints(time delay,packet dropouts,quantization,and noise power spectral density) are closely related to the TP limitations.

With the aim of 2-AMT electric vehicles, a comprehensive shift schedule that considers both power and economy is proposed. First, the objective function of the comprehensive shift schedule is constructed, which is the weighted sum of vehicle acceleration time and vehicle power consumption per unit distance. Second, Sparrow Search Algorithm is used to solve the objective function and obtain the comprehensive shift schedule. Finally, AVL Cruise simulation software is used to simulate vehicle dynamics and economy under an NEDC. The results show that the comprehensive shift schedule is similar to the optimal power shift schedule in terms of dynamic performance, and the economy is optimized by 3%. The feasibility of the comprehensive shift schedule is verified.

The sequential fusion estimation for multisensor systems disturbed by non-Gaussian but heavytailed noises is studied in this paper. Based on multivariate t-distribution and the approximate t-filter,the sequential fusion algorithm is presented. The performance of the proposed algorithm is analyzed and compared with the t-filter-based centralized batch fusion and the Gaussian Kalman filter-based optimal centralized fusion. Theoretical analysis and exhaustive experimental analysis show that the proposed algorithm is effective. As the generalization of the classical Gaussian Kalman filter-based optimal sequential fusion algorithm, the presented algorithm is shown to be superior to the Gaussian Kalman filter-based optimal centralized batch fusion and the optimal sequential fusion in estimation of dynamic systems with non-Gaussian noises.

In this paper, the consideration of the stability problem for the vehicular platoon system (VPS) with communication delays under proportional differential (PD) control is studied by the Lyapunov- Krasovskii functional (LKF). Firstly, a VPS considering delay is modeled to analyze the influence of delays for the VPS in operation. Then, an error state-space system of the VPS is constructed and transformed into a singular system. As a result, the stability criterion is proposed based on the state decomposition method via the LKF. Finally, the tolerance for delay is calculated for a case of four vehicles with different controller gains. The result shows that the proportional gain is inversely proportional to the time delay and the differential gain is in direct proportion to the time delay meanwhile. Besides, the high-speed vehicular platoon is more affected by the time delay.
