Self-triggered control is a technique which can determine the next sampling instant by virtue of the last sampling information. Combining this technique and the low-gain feedback one, we investigate the consensus tracking of general linear multi-agent systems with input saturation and updating delays in this paper. Specific formulations of heterogenous updating delays and heterogenous sampling periods are acquired to guarantee the semi-global consensus tracking of multi-agent systems. Numerical simulations are provided to verify the main results.

In order to realize the human-like locomotion of humanoid, it is crucially important to study the gait patterns as well as stance control strategies of human walking from the human motion capture data so as to transfer them to humanoid. In this paper, we use a specially designed wearable motion capture system, which can simultaneously capture the motion of the lower limbs in the joint space, the stance of the pelvis and the back in the Descartes space, and the forces exerted on the sole of foot, to capture the motion data of subjects; and the captured walking data reveal some interesting gait patterns of human, in which the role of waist flexibility in human gait is remarkable. Thus we suggest that we should pay attention to the study of the mechanism of waist flexibility in human gait as well as the method of transferring the waist flexibility to humanoid.

The authentication error in Two-Hop wireless networks is considered without knowledge of eavesdropper channels and location. This paper presents an eavesdropper model with authentication error and two eavesdropping ways. In the model, the authentication error is expressed a pair(p_1, p_2). Based on the authentication error, a cooperative transmission protocol against impersonation attack is presented. Then, the number of eavesdroppers can be tolerated is analyzed while the desired secrecy is achieved with high probability in the limit of a large number of relay nodes. Final, we draw two conclusions for authentication error: 1) the impersonate nodes are chosen as relay is the dominant factor of the transmitted message leakage, and the impersonation attack does seriously decrease the number of eavesdroppers can be tolerated. 2) The Error authentication to legitimate nodes is almost no effect on the number of eavesdroppers can be tolerated.

The scalable and multiview extensions of the High Efficiency Video Coding share the same high-level syntax coding structure. For the scalable extension, the motion field of the inter-layer reference picture is modified through Motion Field Mapping before used for motion vector prediction. However, the motion field of the inter-layer reference picture is used without modification in the multiview extension. In this paper, a disparity-compensated inter-layer motion prediction is proposed for multiview video coding to achieve disparity compensation in inter-layer motion prediction using the scaled reference layer offset. The experimental results show that comparing with the multiview extension anchor, the proposed method achieves an average of 1.1% bitrate reduction.

In this paper, we introduce a measure quantifying the degree of synchrony for consensus networks in terms of the angle between the network state vector and the agreement subspace of R~n. The desynchronization of a consensus network is then examined by adopting a simple two-stubborn-input strategy, through which the network synchrony can be alleviated when the inputs are symmetric with respect to the origin. In particular, for tree graphs, we show that the proposed measure of synchrony is characterized by the so-called backbone path and can be computed efficiently by examining graph-theoretic properties of the network.
