Dunhuang mural images classification belongs to the research task in the field of image recognition. In this paper, the semi-supervised model is established with multidimensional features extracted by transfer learning. A small number of labeled samples were used to obtain a large number of unlabeled data, combined with Active Learning and iterative strategy for multiple rounds of label transfer of selected samples. After several rounds of iterations, we can get a more powerful classification learner. Experiments on the self-built Dunhuang mural dataset have shown that the results can approach or even exceed some supervised learning methods when the number of known label samples is less than 4%. Our research implements the cultural resource image classification algorithm based on small samples, which is conductive to improving the accuracy when label samples are scarce. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper explores the key technologies for fast conversion in small-sized cultural complex. For the complexity and uncertainty of the building space, a flexible methodology of multi-AGV collaborative operation is introduced to transfer the functional equipment. It is supposed to be disassembled and reconstructed in different environments. In order to solve the scheduling problem of multi-task AGV system joint operations in this complex working environment, this paper proposes three branches; AGV path planning study, multi-task scheduling study, and conflict avoidance study in collaborative work. For those three research fields, this paper explores its related constraints and establish a research framework for fast device transfer technology within the multi-functional small-sized cultural complex. This work will lay the technical foundation for fast conversion of functional equipment.

Analyzing the timbre characteristics of different singing genres is an important issue in the field of singing acoustics. Formants are an important characteristic parameter for timbre perception, but classical acoustic formant extraction methods lack accuracy and applicability in the analysis of singing genres. In order to solve the problem of insufficient accuracy and applicability of singing formants in singing genre analysis, this paper proposes a singing formant extraction method based on peak fitting. The paper summarizes the theory and methods of extracting vocal formants and based on a large amount of experimental data analysis, proposes a vocal formant feature extraction method based on peak fitting;The effectiveness of the singing formant extraction method based on peak fitting was verified through comparative experiments with existing formant algorithms. This article provides new research ideas and methods for extracting acoustic features in singing. © 2024 IEEE.

As an integral component of modern cultural works, the role of film and television music in artistic expression and emotional communication has become increasingly significant. Timbre, as a crucial attribute of music, has primarily been studied in terms of the influence of its fundamental objective parameters on coarse-grained emotions. However, there is a lack of in-depth exploration of the association between timbre perception features and fine-grained emotion. Consequently, this paper approaches from the perspective of timbre perception features and fine-grained emotions in film and television music. By conducting perceptual evaluation and subjective emotional annotation experiments, it analyzes the correlation between timbre perception features and fine-grained emotions, confirming that timbre perception features significantly influence musical emotions. Furthermore, a multivariate linear regression model was employed to construct a fine-grained emotion prediction model, which has demonstrated good predictive ability for most musical emotions. This research provides a new perspective on understanding the relationship between timbre and emotion in film and television music, offering a scientific basis for its creation and performance. © 2024 IEEE.

Stage lighting design is an important step in the visual effect configuration scheme of small cultural complex. This paper mainly discusses the lighting configuration of small space with multi-functional art services under different modes such as performance, conference, exhibition, reading and folk customs. Focusing on the analysis of lighting layout methods in drama and artistic performances, this paper takes the drama performing environment as the representative. Through the corresponding subjective evaluation experiments, research and data analysis are carried out on the lamps and lighting methods adopted in the performance. Furthermore, the optimal configuration effect of front light and top light under given constraints is selected. The research provides an effective reference for the lighting configuration of small cultural complexes, which has certain application value and practical significance. © 2021 IEEE.

The oral story culture of ethnic folklore is one of the important components of traditional Chinese culture, and it is of key importance to study the timbre evaluation methods of this type of audio after digital capture. This paper uses subjective timbre evaluation experiments to explore the subjective perceptual characteristics of audio signals of oral story, extracts the objective acoustic parameters of audio timbre based on human vocal principles, auditory perceptual characteristics and speech time domain features, and conducts research on objective timbre evaluation methods based on support vector regression (SVR), random forest regression (RFR), convolutional neural networks (CNN) and long short-term memory networks (LSTM). The results show that the use of feature extraction and non-linear algorithms has good results in the evaluation of oral story timbre. © 2023 IEEE.

The OPC UA standard overcomes many disadvantages of the traditional OPC, and has significant advantages in platform independence, communication security and model construction, thus completing the information exchange under different platforms and interfaces. At present, the automation system equipment has the problems of complex protocols and interfaces and poor portability of industrial computer. To solve this problem, this paper develops the ARM embedded OPC UA client to complete the data communication with the automation system device server by porting the open62541 open source library on the ARM embedded device equipped with the FreeRTOS system. In this research, by building the OPC UA client on the embedded system, the connection and communication with the server are realized, which is also cheap and flexible to use. Experiments show that the system can be used in equipment debugging, field operation and emergency control, and has a wide range of application prospects and practical value.

This paper has mainly focused on the depth perception effects and the influence factor of hue for colored content of stereoscopic 3D (S3D) images. The subjective evaluation experiment was designed with different color combinations of foreground object and background. Through the data analysis, the hue of background was proved to be a significant indicator for certain colored foreground content with negative disparity. For most of the contents designed with positive disparity, the effect of background hue was not obvious. To get better effect of space sense, for all of the foreground colors with either positive or negative disparity, black can get the higher rating results than any other colors. Besides, appropriate color combination could bring idea stereo experience for observers. Our studies have practical significance and reference value to improve viewing experience and relative objective models for the S3D image and videos.

Text Categorization plays an important role in the fields of information retrieval, machine learning, natural language processing, data mining and others. With the development of computer and information technology, there have been many classification algorithms. Each text classification algorithms will get result at differing speeds and efficiency due to the various feature of test text. It has been found that Naive Bayes classifier has a higher accuracy and rate by classifying Movie Reviews in NLTK using Decision Tree classifier, Naive Bayes classifier, Maximum Entropy classifier and K-nearest neighbor classifier.

In this paper, the framework, function and technical design of the evaluation system of the theatre are presented. Thebootstrap is used to buildthe framework. Apache and My SQL are used in the server *** a variety of technical methods, we ultimately can establish a theater evaluation system which has the functions of user classification, grading, information browsing and management.
