With continuous development of the visual presentation technology on stage, special effect devices have occupied an important place already. In contrast to traditional mutually independent control method, we propose and realize, in this paper, an integrated-control system of stage effect devices. This system ultimately achieve the effect of unified and cooperative control. In addition, we also further discuss work flows and data flows of this system's software console.

The purpose of the research on emotion classification of film and television (TV) scene images is to hope that the computer can simulate the audience's emotional perception to judge positive or negative emotional trends of the image. In this paper, from the perspective of emotional semantics, a method of the emotion classification about the film and TV scene image is proposed. Firstly, the film and TV scene image dataset were established and assessed based on the subjective evaluation experiment. Then the theory of psychology and photographic art was used to extract image emotional features. Finally, particle swarm optimization (PSO)-support vector machine (SVM) algorithm based on feature importance dimension reduction was used for building the classifier. The experimental results show that the image dataset initially established in this paper can be helpful to the subsequent study on emotion classification of the film and TV scene image, and the accuracy of the positive and negative emotion classifier on this dataset is 0.87, which conforms to audience's emotional perception of the film and TV scene image. © 2019 IEEE.

With the rapid development of intelligent image processing and computer vision, interpreting and extracting emotion information from images have become a hot research topic, especially the studies on film and television scene images with rich expressions and certain feelings from the aspect of audience. To investigate the distribution of emotions and its affect on the result of machine learning, this paper established the emotion classification models with different salient and non-salient regions based on self-built dataset from film and television works. Three salient extraction algorithms were used to the regional segmentation, and the color and texture features of each region were extracted. Emotion classification models were established based on SVM and RF algorithms respectively. Since features of the salient region could not cover all the information of the original image, the prediction accuracy of the unprocessed image was the highest. Nevertheless, when models made an error in the emotion prediction of the original image, the experimental results of salient region could get the correct answer under the certain circumstances. Through the analysis, the areas of interest can be used for emotion prediction to reduce the redundancy; however, to make it more accurate, the appropriate salient region extraction algorithm should be selected for different types of images and features. Our study provides data and theoretical guidance for image understanding and retrieval, and it has practical significance for more detailed classification based on the affective sensation.

The paper presents a limit analysis of psychophysical methods which is designed for the changes in visual perception of when visual stimulus appear alternately. The purpose of this experiment is to reveal the quantizing relationship between stimulate and feeling response. Meanwhile, we studied the perception of image on visual information considering the color psychological attributes to clarify the changes of visual perception when image information presented by limit analysis approach. Based on the psychological scale, the test images were divided into three types using psychophysical analysis. The test results of psychophysical methods also were validated, focusing the verifications on the correctness of the main image date behind the limit analysis. The images data is derived from entropy, moment of inertia, local balance, and correlation. Both the two kinds of analysis arrived at the same conclusion, which turned out that the image perception happens in emotional process and depends upon the psychophysical property and signal superposition response.

The safety assessment of stage performing arts equipment for the temporary site is an urgent task to be solved. In this paper, the lifting equipment is chosen for risk analysis, safety circuit identification and safety integrity level (SIL) calculation. The Hazard and Operability Study(HAZOP) and Layer Of Protection Analysis(LOPA)-based method is studied to get the expected SIL level of the related safety loops. In addition, the fault tree and Markov model methods are used to verify the actual SIL level under the existing loop structure respectively. This study provides the theory and data basis for the development of safety requirements and evaluation standards for the temporary theater of stage machinery, which has certain theoretical significance and application value.

With the increasing demand for stage performance activities, the quality and safety of performance equipment, especially for the temporarily constructed stage, have become important topics that cannot be ignored. In order to enhance the safety of performance equipment and improve the service quality, this article mainly conducts risk analysis and safety assessment on the lighting and sound equipment for stage of temporary perform site without protective measures, and uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) to conduct risk analysis and evaluation. The calculated risk level of stage lighting and sound equipment is given, and relevant safety measures are proposed to reduce the potential risks.

Nowadays, visual comfort and stereo viewing experience are both important indicators for the assessment of Stereoscopic 3D (S3D) image. This paper mainly uses subjective evaluation method to study the perception experience for multiple display devices under varied modes and sizes: time-division 3D screen and 3D projector. A computer-generated object is set as the 3D target, with different parallax magnitude and color. The evaluating indicators include visual comfort, space perception and volume perception. The experimental results proved that in different display modes, the parallax magnitude and color have different effects on the perceived effect. Overall, the time-division screen showed better display performance than the projection. This data and analysis will provide foundational research for the related study of objective assessment of S3D images, and is helpful for the further development of display technology.

visual comfort is an important component for stereoscopic image quality and viewing experience. In recent years, it has been widely investigated through feature analysis and different kinds of subjective experiments. In this paper, according to the existing works for objective evaluation model, we have screened and extracted thirteen disparity-based and content-based features through the stereoscopic image. To find the relationship between these features and the given mean opinion score(MOS) of each image, the method of Random Forest (RF) Regressor was used for simulation on the NBU S3D-VCA and IVY database. Compared with other state-of-the-art methods, the experimental results of two benchmarks data have confirmed the superior performance of our proposed approach.

Monocular depth estimation is to perform pixel-level depth estimation on single perspective image, and the methods based on deep learning have shown superior effect for the challenging task. However, the supervised depth estimation methods need costly ground truth labels, which require professional equipment. To solve this problem, we study the unsupervised monocular depth estimation algorithm combining traditional stereo knowledge. We use the unsupervised network based on the reconstruction method as the baseline, which can be trained without direct supervision from ground truth depths leveraging image synthesis on sequences or multi-views images, so that it can improve the accuracy of prediction results without applying any annotations such as LIDAR depth in KITTI. Experiments results on the publicly database KITTI (Eigen split) have shown the promising effectiveness of the proposed method, and compared with state of the art unsupervised algorithms, it has achieved competitive performance in objective evaluation indicators.

This paper studies the analysis and modeling of timbre perception features of musical sound. Firstly, a timbre material library containing 74 samples was constructed, and an objective acoustic parameter set containing 76 parameters was constructed. Then, for each timbre evaluation term, method of successive categories is used for subjective evaluation experiment, and the experimental data of timbre perception features are obtained. Finally, the mathematical model of timbre perception is established by support vector regression. The experimental results show that the model has good prediction ability for four timbre perception features.
