In order to solve the problem of rapid switching of space equipment in the cultural complex, this paper combines Moth-Flame optimization Algorithm (MFO) and Dynamic Window Approach (DWA) to realize the hybrid path planning of handling robots in dynamic environments. Compared with the mainstream algorithms, the Moth-Flame optimization algorithm has the best performance. Different paths were classified and judged, and the global path planning based on MFO was proposed. The intersection of the dynamic obstacle and the global path were detected, and the dynamic window approach was used for local path planning in the road section where the collision occurs. Finally the combination of the global path planning and the local dynamic obstacle avoidance was realized. The effect of the hybrid path planning algorithm in the complex environment of the cultural complex had been verified. © 2022 IEEE.

Color harmony is the result of objective color matching and human subjective feeling. This paper aims to study the subjective and objective factors of color harmony and carry out mathematical models between them. Firstly, we constructed a color data set commonly used three-color combinations. Secondly, we analyzed the subjective and objective factors affecting color harmony, extracted the 36-dimensional objective physical features, and divided subjective factors into direct psychological factors and indirect psychological factors. Then, based on color harmony and its subjective factors, a total of 33 subjects evaluated 150 three-color combinations on a five-level scale. Finally, the mathematical models of color harmony were constructed by machine learning algorithms. The research shows that color harmony is not only affected by objective factors, but also by subjective factors, and the influence of subjective factors is greater. In addition, the multiple linear regression algorithm plays best on color harmony predicting, which can better explain the color harmony mechanism. © 2023 IEEE.

With the development of intelligent agents pursuing humanisation,artificial intelligence must consider emotion,the most basic spiritual need in human *** emotional dialogue systems usually use an external emotional dictionary to select appropriate emotional words to add to the response or concatenate emotional tags and semantic features in the decoding step to generate appropriate ***,selecting emotional words from a fixed emotional dictionary may result in loss of the diversity and consistency of the *** propose a semantic and emotion-based dual latent variable generation model(Dual-LVG)for dialogue systems,which is able to generate appropriate emotional responses without an emotional *** from previous work,the conditional variational autoencoder(CVAE)adopts the standard transformer ***,Dual-LVG regularises the CVAE latent space by introducing a dual latent space of semantics and *** content diversity and emotional accuracy of the generated responses are improved by learning emotion and semantic features ***,the average attention mechanism is adopted to better extract semantic features at the sequence level,and the semi-supervised attention mechanism is used in the decoding step to strengthen the fusion of emotional features of the *** results show that Dual-LVG can successfully achieve the effect of generating different content by controlling emotional factors.

The evaluation system of the theater is based on user data, professional evaluation and audience comments, and we use web technology to build the system. In this paper, the framework, function and technical design of the evaluation system of the theatre are presented. Thebootstrap is used to buildthe framework. Apache and My SQL are used in the server *** a variety of technical methods, we ultimately can establish a theater evaluation system which has the functions of user classification, grading, information browsing and management.

Text classification is the foundation and core of text mining. Naive Bayes is an effective method for text classification. This paper improves the accuracy of Naive Bayes classification using improved information gain, one of methods of feature extraction, by reducing the impact of low-frequency words. In this paper, we use a widely corpus of NLTK. According to the test results, The accuracy of the classification improved significantly.

Image generation technology, which is often used in various applications of intelligent image generation, can learn the feature distribution of real images and sample from the distribution to obtain the generated images with high fidelity. This paper focuses on the feature extraction and intelligent generation techniques of Peking opera face with Chinese cultural characteristics. Based on the creation of a Peking opera face dataset, this paper compares the impact of different variants of a Style-based generator architecture for Generative Adversarial Networks (StyleGAN2) and different sizes of datasets on the quality of face generation. The experimental results verify that the synthetic images generated by StyleGAN2 with the addition of the Adaptive Discriminator Augmentation (ADA) module are visually better and have good local randomness when the dataset is small and unbalanced in distribution. © 2022 IEEE.

At present, manage systems for entertainment performance chains are built to work as agents to collaborate all participants, such as troupes, theatres and audience etc. Analyzing and mining the mechanism of behaviors of participants is an important issue which can be important gudie to establish such manage systems. On the basis of analyzing troupes' interactive process with audience and theatre, this paper constructed a Stochastic Petri Net(SPN) model for describing the behaviors of two troupes. Furthermore, average time delay was chosen as the performance index to evaluate the performance of the model with Stochastic Petri Net Package(SPNP) 6.0. For different parameters of number of presentations, size of theatre space, space requirements, various trends and numerical results are derived thereby. The methodology of modeling and simulation in this paper can be further used to study the performance of manage systems for entertainment performance chains.

The purpose of the research on emotion classification of film and television (TV) scene images is to hope that the computer can simulate the audience's emotional perception to judge positive or negative emotional trends of the image. In this paper, from the perspective of emotional semantics, a method of the emotion classification about the film and TV scene image is proposed. Firstly, the film and TV scene image dataset were established and assessed based on the subjective evaluation experiment. Then the theory of psychology and photographic art was used to extract image emotional features. Finally, particle swarm optimization (PSO)-support vector machine (SVM) algorithm based on feature importance dimension reduction was used for building the classifier. The experimental results show that the image dataset initially established in this paper can be helpful to the subsequent study on emotion classification of the film and TV scene image, and the accuracy of the positive and negative emotion classifier on this dataset is 0.87, which conforms to audience's emotional perception of the film and TV scene image. © 2019 IEEE.

The traditional color system of Beijing Forbidden City is comprehensive and complex. The research focuses on collecting color data from the Forbidden City, analyzing subjective and objective color attributes, and compute architectural color image scale. First this research used K-means algorithm to extract the theme color cards of Beijing Forbidden City. Subsequently, single colors were extracted using the idea of community detection, and matching colors were extracted based on the thought of association rule mining. Then this research extracted objective attributes of colors and designed experiments to quantify subjective attributes. Finally, the color subjective and objective data fitting was completed. This outcome is helpful for the digital preservation of traditional colors and the advancement of color culture inheritance practices. © 2024 IEEE.
