The aqueous-solution-processed graphitic carbon nitride/polyvinylpyrrolidone (C3N4/PVP) composite dielectric membrane exhibits a large specific gate electric double layer capacitance of 2.68 μF/cm2 at 20 Hz. The indium zinc oxide (IZO) thin film transistor (TFT) fabricated on the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrate exhibits good electrical properties and high stability by using composite dielectric as gate dielectric. Flexible IZO-TFT has a low threshold voltage of 0.28 V, a low subthreshold swing of 149 mV/decade. Finally, an inverter with a maximum voltage gain of 14.8 is obtained on basis of the flexible IZO TFT when VDD = 4 V. These flexible oxide-based TFTs obtained using C3N4/PVP can be potentially applied in portable electronics with low power consumption. © 2021, John Wiley and Sons Inc. All rights reserved.

In this work, we have fabricated two bottom-gate zinc oxide thin film transistors (TFTs) with single-layer HfO2 and double-layer HfO2-Al2O3 dielectrics by atomic layer deposition (ALD). The TFT with HfO2-Al2O3 dielectric exhibited better electrical characteristics, such as a higher field effect mobility of 6.1 cm2/V•s and a lower subthreshold swing of 0.124 V/decade. At the same time, the optical properties is also improved significantly with larger responsivity (6.05 A/W) and UV-to-visible rejection ratio (6.05×104). These results are attributed to lower interface trap states between channel layer and dielectric layer by an Al2O3 interlayer. © 2020 IEEE.

To alleviate the spatial-angular trade-off in light fields (LFs), LF super-resolution (SR) has been studied. Most of current methods only concern limited relations in LFs, which leads to the insufficient exploitation of the multi-dimensional information. To address this issue, we present a multi-models framework for LFSR in this paper. Models which embody LF from distinct aspects are integrated to constitute the framework. Therefore, the number and the arrangement of these models and the depth of each model determine the framework’s performance, we make the comprehensive analysis on these factors to reach the best result. However, models in the framework are isolated to each other as the unique inputs are required. To tackle this issue, the representation alternate convolution (RAC) is introduced. As the fusion is conducted through the RAC, the multi-dimensional information in LFs is fully exploited. Experimental results demonstrate that our method achieves superior performance against state-of-the-arts techniques. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Organic conjugated polymers have been widely used in the field of X-ray detectors because of their simple processing, mechanical flexibility and low cost. In this paper, we report a vertical structure X-ray detector using PDMS material which is fabricated by simple process steps. The response of pure PDMS material to X-ray is verified, and the effects of different process conditions on the device performance were tested. The detector with film forming speed 2000 rpm and curing temperature 60°C still has high sensitivity $\left (434.5 \mu \mathrm{CGy}_{\text {air }}^{-1} \mathrm{~cm}^{-2}\right)$ to low dose rate $\left(23.9 \mu \mathrm{Gy}_{\text {air }}\text{S}^{-1}\right)$ when the applied bias voltage is 150 V. Finally, the device provides an idea for the development of low cost and high performance flexible direct X-ray detectors.

2D polymers(2DPs)have attracted increasing interests in sensors,catalysis,and gas storage ***,2DPs with unique band structure and tunable photophysical properties also have immense potential for application in photonic neuromorphic ***,photonic synaptic transistors based on 2DPs as the light-tunable charge-trapping medium are developed for the first *** resulted organic transistors can successfully emulate common synaptic functions,including excitatory postsynaptic current,pair-pulse facilitation,the transition of short-term memory to long-term memory,and dynamic *** from the high photosensitivity of the 2DP,the devices can be operated under a low operating voltage of0.1 V,and achieve an ultralow energy consumption of~0.29 pJ per *** addition,the heterostructure formed between the 2DP and organic semiconductor enables spectrum-dependent synaptic responses,which facilitates the simulation of visual learning and memory processes in distinct emotional *** underlying mechanism of spectrum-dependent synaptic-like behaviors is systematically validated with in situ atomic force microscopy based electrical *** spectrum-enabled tunability of synaptic behaviors further promotes the realization of optical logic functions and associative *** work inspires the new application of 2DPs in photonic synapses for future neuromorphic computing.

The high-order Target ENO (TENO) scheme, known for its innovative weighting strategy, has demonstrated strong potential for complex flow predictions. This study extends the TENO weighting approach to develop non-oscillatory central TENO (CTENO and CTENOZ) family schemes for unstructured meshes. The CTENO schemes employ compact directional stencils, which increase the likelihood of finding stencils within smooth regions. The design is intentionally compact to simplify the implementation of directional stencils. An effective scale separation strategy is adopted using an ENO-like stencil selection method, which employs large central stencils in smooth regions to achieve high-order accuracy, and smaller directional stencils near discontinuities to improve shock-capturing capabilities. Extensive tests involving CWENO, TENO, CTENO, and CTENOZ schemes were conducted to assess their performance in terms of accuracy, robustness, parallel scalability, and computational efficiency. The findings indicate that the proposed CTENO and CTENOZ schemes deliver high-order precision, lower numerical dissipation, and excellent shock-capturing performance. © 2023, CC BY.

A deep convolutional long short-term memory network (DC-LSTM) based video abnormal behavior prediction method has been proposed. The DC-LSTM deepens the single-layer convolution of the convolutional LSTM, which can be applied to suppress structural information ambiguity in predicting multiple frames. Mean square error is combined with structural similarity to perform loss reconstruction for correlative calculating between predicted and input frames. An adaptive dynamic double-threshold strategy based on the loss reconstruction is adopted to determine whether the video is abnormal. Comparisons with some state-of-the-arts have highlighted the superior performance of the proposal.
