Coordinated optimization Method of Dual Head Gasoline Blending Under Strict Constraint Conditions

For the upcoming China Ⅵ gasoline standard with much more strictly controlled properties, and high requirements for blending efficiency, a blending process and coordinated optimization algorithm for blending multiple brands of gasoline at the same time were developed. Octane number model, vapor pressure model, density model, distillation range model and content attribute model were established. The calculation process of octane number model and distillation range model have been improved, and 12 quality indicators of gasoline can be precisely monitored during the blending process. Considering the actual accumulative blending process, the properties of gasoline in the tank during the blending process should be converted into instantaneous properties zone at the blending head. The optimized properties of the blending head are used to compensate the properties deviation of the amount of blending and the tank bottom oil. Meanwhile, a reasonable and efficient coordination optimization algorithm is used to coordinate the upper limit of the common component oil, which solves the problem of scramble for the common component oil flow in the double blending head in the blending process. The simulation results show that the design method can be applied to the gasoline blending of double head in the field, and can also provide technical support for the upgrading of gasoline blending process under the China Ⅵ gasoline standard. © 2019, Editorial Office of Acta Petrolei Sinica(Petroleum processing Section). The Ethylene cracking is highly nonlinear, complex process with many constraints because of the complex running state of cracking furnace groups. For the solutions to multi-objective problems of yield, cost and benefits, this paper puts forward a biogeography-based multi-objective optimization algorithm with hybrid migration（BBMOHM）. The hybrid migration strategy combines the self-adaptive migration with the simplex operator and the replication migration, which strengthens the convergence and the search ability, to avoid falling into local optimum. For the goal of utilizing the dominance information between individuals, this algorithm adopts the migration model of dominance degree to assist migration strategies improving the performance of the algorithm. Finally, experiments about the ZDT test function and the multi-objective optimization problem of the ethylene cracking process is verified the BBMOHM achieves good performance on convergence and distribution.

This paper presents a robust control scheme for the tracking control of singularly perturbed uncertain systems. The design problem is divided into two parts: tracking the reference trajectory and enhancing the robustness of the dynamic *** using the time-scale techniques, dynamic inversion approach and linear parameter-varying methods, a set of singularly perturbed state feedback controllers are employed to enhance the tracking performance and robustness of a dynamic system against parameter uncertainties, actuator and sensor unmodelled dynamics, and external disturbances. The longitudinal control of an F16 aircraft model is included to show the merits and and effectiveness of the proposed design scheme.

Improved control for distributed parameter systems with time-dependent spatial domains utilizing mobile sensor-actuator networks

A guidance policy for controller performance enhancement utilizing mobile sensor-actuator networks （MSANs） is proposed for a class of distributed parameter systems （DPSs）, which are governed by diffusion partial differential equations （PDEs） with time-dependent spatial domains. Several sufficient conditions for controller performance enhancement are presented. First, the infinite dimensional operator theory is used to derive an abstract evolution equation of the systems under some rational assumptions on the operators, and a static output feedback controller is designed to control the spatial process. Then, based on Lyapunov stability arguments, guidance policies for collocated and non-collocated MSANs are provided to enhance the performance of the proposed controller, which show that the time-dependent characteristic of the spatial domains can significantly affect the design of the mobile scheme. Finally, a simulation example illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed policy.

For a class of non-uniform output sampling hybrid system with actuator faults and bounded disturbances,an iterative learning fault diagnosis algorithm is ***,in order to measure the impact of fault on system between every consecutive output sampling instants,the actual fault function is transformed to obtain an equivalent fault model by using the integral mean value theorem,then the non-uniform sampling hybrid system is converted to continuous systems with timevarying delay based on the output delay ***,an observer-based fault diagnosis filter with virtual fault is designed to estimate the equivalent fault,and the iterative learning regulation algorithm is chosen to update the virtual fault repeatedly to make it approximate the actual equivalent fault after some iterative learning trials,so the algorithm can detect and estimate the system faults *** results of an electro-mechanical control system model with different types of faults illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of this algorithm.

This paper studies the observer design for the fractional order boundary coupled distributed parameter systems. Firstly, we obtain the decoupled observer error systems from the state system and observer system. Secondly, the advection terms are eliminated through the invertible transformation and we can obtain the general reaction-diffusion partial differential equations, which are more convenient for discussions. Thirdly, Backstepping method and target systems are employed to give kernel partial differential equations and then the related observer gains can be derived from the corresponding kernels. Finally, Mittag-Leffler stability of the designed fractional order observers is analyzed and the main results are illustrated by the simulation graphically.

In this study, polypyrrole/calcium rectorite clay composites(PPy/REC composites) were prepared by in-situ polymerization of pyrrole monomer to adsorb reactive brilliant red X-3 B from aqueous solution. The results of XRD showed that the clay flakes exfoliated in the prepared composites. The SEM results showed that PPy had good dispersibility on clay sheets. The adsorption mainly depended on the initial pH value of the solution, and the optimal adsorption of reactive brilliant red X-3 B was achieved when the p H value was 2.0. The removal rate of PPy/REC composite was much higher than that of PPy homopolymer. The adsorption kinetic data of reactive brilliant red X-3 B at three initial concentrations(100, 150 and 200 mg/L) were best fitted by the pseudo-second-order model, indicating that the concentration gradient of the adsorbent was the driving force of the adsorption process. The adsorption isotherm accorded with the Langmuir isotherm model, and the maximum adsorption capacity was 232.56 mg/g at 298 K. The PPy/REC composites could be regenerated and reused for 5 continuous adsorption-desorption cycles without losing the removal efficiency of the original reactive brilliant red X-3 B. XPS, zeta potential and FT-IR results showed that the removal mechanism of reactive brilliant red X-3 B was related to electrostatic interaction and ion exchange.

In this paper, the finite-time stabilization for a class of switched positive systems with time-varying delays and actuator saturation under average dwell time switching is investigated. Through multiple copositive Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals method, the sufficient conditions for finite-time bounded of continuous-time case are given, and the appropriate switching rules and state feedback controllers are presented together. Moreover, the convex hull technique is employed to deal with actuator saturation. Finally, an illustrative example is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

The H ∞ output tracking control problem of the networked control systems (NCSs) under an adaptively adjusted event-triggered scheme is investigated in this paper. Firstly, a novel adaptively adjusted event-triggered scheme developed in the NCSs with stochastic sensor faults is proposed to choose the necessary packets of sampled data to be transmitted through the networks. Then, the considered system is described as a time-delay system with a delay-distribution for investigation. Based on the established model, a novel stability criterion and the state-feedback controller design with a desired performance of H ∞ output tracking control for the systems are both derived by using Lyapunov functional. An algorithm is also presented to explain the process of adaptively adjusted event-triggered scheme method. Finally, a satellite tracking case is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Specific index-related process monitoring covers a wide range of requirements from industrial production. At present, it is still a challenge to divide into the specific index-related information and the specific index-unrelated information more accurately. In this paper, a two-step information extraction method is presented to solve this problem. In the first step, the overall process variables are separated into a strongly related variable set and a weakly related variable set. In the second step, the two sets are further divided into a specific index-related subset and a specific index-unrelated subset, respectively. Two specific index-related subsets form a new subspace related to the specific index. Two specific index-unrelated subsets are combined into a specific index-unrelated subspace. Two 2 T statistics are built in the specific index-related subspace and the specific index-unrelated subspace, respectively. Finally, the proposed method is applied for Tennessee Eastman(TE). The results indicate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
