This paper considers the parameter estimation problem of the multivariable Hammerstein systems with colored noise. By means of the adaptive filtering technique, a new adaptive filtering configuration consisting of a noise whitening filter and a recursive algorithm is developed. Then an adaptive filtering based multi-innovation stochastic gradient (F-MISG) identification algorithm is presented. The simulation results show that the proposed F-MISG algorithm has a higher parameter estimation accuracy and a faster convergence rate than the multi-innovation stochastic gradient algorithm for the same innovation length.

This paper addresses the problem of estimating states and parameters of chaotic memristive systems with single measurable variable. Based on the conventional extended Kalman filter, we present two new strategies based on the joint extended Kalman filter and dual extended Kalman filter. Then, the two kinds of filters are employed to estimate the states and parameters of chaotic memristive systems. Finally, numerical simulations are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

Synthesis and optimization of utility system usually involve grassroots design, retrofitting and operation optimization, which should be considered in modeling process. This paper presents a general method for synthesis and optimization of a utility system. In this method, superstructure based mathematical model is established, in which different modeling methods are chosen based on the application. A binary code based parameter adaptive differential evolution algorithm is used to obtain the optimal con figuration and operation conditions of the system. The evolution algorithm and models are interactively used in the calculation, which ensures the feasibility of con figuration and improves computational ef ficiency. The capability and effectiveness of the proposed approach are demonstrated by three typical case studies.

There are many industrial fields need to locate the specific texture or contour of the particular objects in the image with complex scenes. Edge detection algorithm based on gray transform is generally hard to handle these issues. This paper presented a model that can accurately locate the specific texture or contour in RGB images with complex scenes by modifying and improving the CNN-based edge detection model HED. It described and practiced the improving method in detail, using accurately locating the outer contour of the plate in images as an example. It achieves the target effectively and accurately and is proved to be a method for only locating the specific texture in images.

A novel dual-directional silicon controlled rectifier(DDSCR) device with embedded PNP structure(DDSCR-PNP) is proposed for electrostatic discharge(ESD) protection, which has greatly reduced latch-up risk owing to the improved holding voltage(V_h/. Firstly, the working mechanism of the DDSCR-PNP is analyzed. The theoretical analysis indicates that the proposed device possesses good voltage clamp ability due to the embedded PNP(PNP_2). Then, experimental devices are fabricated in a 0.35 m bipolar-CMOS-DMOS process and measured with a Barth 4002 transmission line pulse testing system. The results show that the V_h of DDSCR-PNP is much higher than that of the conventional DDSCR, and can be further increased by adjusting the P well ***, the reduced leakage current(I_L/ of the DDSCR-PNP shows obvious fluctuations when the P well width is increased to more than 12 m. Finally, the factors influencing V_h and I_L are investigated by Sentaurus simulations. The results verify that the lateral PNP_2 helps to increase V_h and decrease I_L. When the P well width is further increased, the effect of the lateral PNP_2 is weakened, causing an increased I_L. The proposed DDSCR-PNP provides an effective and attractive ESD protection solution for high-voltage integrated circuits.

This paper investigates the problem of H∞ filter design for a class of nonlinear networked system based on T-S fuzzy model. Multiple stochastic time-varying delays and some incomplete information are considered simultaneously. Incomplete information includes randomly occurring sensor saturation and packet dropouts. Stochastic time-varying delays are depicted as a sequence of stochastic and independent variables, which take values on 0 and 1. Two sets of Bernoulli distributed white noises are introduced to describe randomly occurring sensor saturation and packet dropouts. System conservatism is reduced due to introduce an approach of piecewise quadratic Lyapunov function. By solving a set of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs), the filter parameters are obtained. Finally, a simulation example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed filter design approach.

This paper investigates the problem of robustly globally uniformly exponential stability and L 2 control for a class of switched systems with time-varying delay by using mode-dependent average dwell time (MDADT) approach. The MDADT approach is more applicable in practice than the average dwell time method in which each mode in the underlying system has its own average dwell time. Firstly, some sufficient conditions for robustly exponential stability is given by using the MDADT approach and piecewise Lyapunov function. Secondly, the L 2 -gain of the switched system with the external disturbance is analyzed. Then, the state feedback controller gain is obtained to ensure the exponential stability of the switched system. Finally, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.
