Usual consensus algorithm is adopted to solve the consensus problem of general linear first-order multi-agent systems subjected to communication delay. In addition to normal synchronously-coupled form and asynchronously-coupled form, we proposed a new compensation-based form for the consensus algorithm. With the help of frequency-domain analysis, consensus conditions are obtained for the agents to achieve an asymptotic consensus under three forms respectively. In terms of the dynamical consensus seeking, the new compensation-based algorithm demonstrates better delay robustness than the synchronously-coupled algorithm. Numerical examples show the correctness of our results.

Air pollution is a growing problem arising from various activities and events. Monitoring and prediction of air pollution index remains an important public health concern. In this paper, FCM-HMM Multi-model is proposed to model the air pollution atmosphere system. First, FCM-HMM clustering is developed to mine the inherent states behind the meteorological observation sequence. Second, TS fuzzy inference multi-model is constructed for each state to predict the air pollution index. The experiment results proved the feasibility of the model on air pollution data in Beijing.

This paper presents an identification method based on the compressive sampling orthogonal matching pursuit(Co Sa MP)algorithm to indirectly identify both the control plant and the feedback controller of a class of closed-loop systems with unknown orders and large time-delays. The identification method contains two steps. The first step is to identify the orders, time-delays and the parameters of the plant using the Co Sa MP algorithm. The second step is to extract the parameters of the feedback controller by using the model equivalence principle. The proposed method can effectively identify the time-delays and parameters of both the control plant and the feedback controller, and requires only a small number of sampling data. A simulation example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
