Multi-objective Optimization Conceptual design of Product Structure Based on Variable Length Gene Expression

It is a complicated problem for the bottom-to-top adaptive conceptual design of complicated products between structure and function. Reliable theories demand to be found in order to determine whether the structure accords with the requirement of design. For the requirement generally is dynamic variety as time passes, new requirements will come, and some initial requirements can no longer be used. The number of product requirements, the gene length expressing requirements, the structure of the product, and the correlation matrix are varied with individuation of customer requirements of the product. By researching on the calculation mechanisms of dynamic variety, the approaches of gene expression and variable length gene expression are proposed. According to the diversity of structure selection in conceptual design and mutual relations between structure and function as well as structure and structure, the correlation matrixes between structure and function as well as structure and structure are defined. By the approach of making the sum of the elements of correlation matrix maximum, the mathematical models of multi-object optimization for structure design are provided based on variable requirements. An improved genetic algorithm called segment genetic algorithm is proposed based on optimization preservation simple genetic algorithm. The models of multi-object optimization are calculated by the segment genetic algorithm and hybrid genetic algorithm. An example for the conceptual design of a washing machine is given to show that the proposed method is able to realize the optimization structure design fitting for variable requirements. In addition, the proposed approach can provide good Pareto optimization solutions, and the individuation customer requirements for structures of products are able to be resolved effectively.

Conducting binary function naming helps reverse engineers understand the internal workings of the code and perform malicious code analysis without accessing the source code. However, the loss of debugging information poses the challenge of insufficient high-level semantic information description for stripping binary code function naming. Meanwhile, the existing binary function naming scheme has one function label for only one sample. The long-tail effect of function labels for a single sample makes the machine learning-based prediction models face the challenge. To obtain a function correlation label and improve the propensity score of uncommon tail labels, we propose a multi-label learning-based binary function naming model BContext2Name. This model automatically generates relevant labels for binary function naming by function context information with the help of PfastreXML model. The experimental results show that BContext2Name can enrich function labels and alleviate the long-tail effect that exists for a single sample class. To obtain high-level semantics of binary functions, we align pseudocode and basic blocks based on disassembly and decompilation, identify concrete or abstract values of API parameters by variable tracking, and construct API-enhanced control flow graphs. Finally, a seq2seq neural network translation model with attention mechanism is constructed between function multi-label learning and enhanced control flow graphs. Experiments on the dataset reveal that the F1 values of the BContext2Name model improve by 3.55% and 15.23% over the state-of-the-art XFL and Nero, respectively. This indicates that function multi-label learning can provide accurate labels for binary functions and can help reverse analysts understand the inner working mechanism of binary code. In computation biology, DNA strand displacement technology is used to simulate the computation process and has shown strong computing ability. Most researchers use it to solve logic problems, but it is only rarely used in probabilistic reasoning. To process probabilistic reasoning, a conditional probability derivation model and total probability model based on DNA strand displacement were established in this paper. The models were assessed through the game "read your mind." It has been shown to enable the application of probabilistic reasoning in genetic diagnosis.

Extracting term translation pairs is of great help for Chinese histori-cal classics translation since term translation is the most time-consuming and challenging part in the translation of historical ***,it is tough to recognize the terms directly from ancient Chinese due to the flexible syntactic of ancient Chinese and the word segmentation errors of ancient Chinese will lead to more errors in term translation *** most of the terms in ancient Chinese are still reserved in modern Chinese and the terms in modern Chinese are more easily to be identified,we propose a term translation extract-ing method using multi-features based on character-based model to extract his-torical term translation pairs from modern Chinese-English corpora instead of ancient Chinese-English ***,we first employ character-based BiLSTM-CRF model to identify historical terms in modern Chinese without word segmentation,which avoids word segmentation error spreading to the term *** we extract English terms according to initial capitaliza-tion *** last,we align the English and Chinese terms based on co-occurrence frequency and transliteration *** experiment on Shiji demonstrates that the performance of the proposed method is far superior to the traditional method,which confirms the effectiveness of using modern Chinese as a substitute.

This paper presents a multifunctional terahertz device based on a dual-tunable structure incorporating graphene and vanadium oxide (VO). This device enables the switching between narrowband perfect absorption and ultra-broadband performance through the phase transition characteristics of VO and the adjustment of graphene Fermi level. Simulation results demonstrate that when VO is in its metallic state, the THz device exhibits ultra-broadband absorption, achieving a high absorption rate exceeding 0.9 within the frequency range of 2.9-7.67 THz. Conversely, when VO is in its insulating state, the THz device displays perfect absorption peaks at 2.8 and 8.41 THz. In the broadband mode, the absorption band can be broadened to an ultra-broadband range by adjusting the Fermi level of graphene. Furthermore, the structural parameters of terahertz devices, as well as the incident and polarization angles of electromagnetic waves, were investigated. The results demonstrated that the terahertz devices exhibit a certain degree of manufacturing tolerance, stability against variations in incident angles, and favorable polarization insensitivity. Overall, this design holds promising application prospects in fields such as terahertz absorption, refractive index sensing, and terahertz detection.

This paper presents a new wavelet domain watermarking method, the carrier image using wavelet decomposition. After the Walsh transform low frequency wavelet coefficients, calculated by block adaptive embedding strength, modify the wavelet coefficients of each block, and then do singular value decomposition (SVD), repeat on embedded watermark in the singular value. Fractional part of the anti-transformed image is saved, correction of the watermarked image can be accurately extracted watermark. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can effectively resist cutting, scaling, translation and other geometric attacks, attacks in general are also robust.

A new image encryption algorithm based on DNA sequence addition operation is presented. First, a DNA sequence matrix is obtained by encoding the original image. Second, divide the DNA sequence matrix into some equal blocks and use DNA sequence addition operation to add these blocks. Thirdly, carry out DNA sequence complement operation for the result of added matrix by using two Logistic maps. At last, decoding the DNA sequence matrix from the third step, we will get the encrypted image. The simulation experimental results and security analysis show that our algorithm not only can get good encryption effect, but also can resist exhaustive attack, statistical attack and differential attack.

With the development of information technology, online health care service platforms have collected a large amount of patient comment information. Through fine-grained sentiment classification of this information, we can provide references for patients to seek medical treatment and help doctors understand their work. Therefore, we proposed a model that integrated pre-trained emotional information and semantic information at the word and character level for aspect-level sentiment classification. Specifically, we employed adversarial learning for training sentiment word embeddings and the two-layer bidirectional long short-term memory network to extract the sentiment embedding of the entire sentence in a specific aspect. We also combined the pre-trained sentiment feature vector with the structured semantic information by linear weighting and the multi-head self-attention mechanism, enabling the model to pay more attention to the information most relevant to a given aspect category. We performed experiments on the Chinese patient comments data set constructed by our research team and the proposed model outperformed the state-of-the-art methods, which proved the effectiveness of the proposed model for aspect-level sentiment classification of Chinese patient comments. © 2021 IEEE.

This paper presents a hybrid method for synthesizing natural animation of facial expression with data from motion capture. The captured expression was transferred from the space of source performance to that of a 3D target face using an accurate mapping process in order to realize the reuse of motion data. The transferred animation was then applied to synthesize the expression of the target model through a framework of two-stage deformation. A local deformation technique preliminarily considered a set of neighbor feature points for every vertex and their impact on the vertex. Furthermore, the global deformation was exploited to ensure the smoothness of the whole facial mesh. The experimental results show our hybrid mesh deformation strategy was effective, which could animate different target face without complicated manual efforts required by most of facial animation approaches. © 2013 Universitas Ahmad Dahlan.
