The abuse of antibiotics is leading to the emergence of resistant *** this work,a drug-free composite of ZnO/CDots/g-C3N4 with Z-scheme heterojunction was developed,which was employed to kill bacteria effectively within a very short time under the irradiation of visible light due to the enhanced photocatalytic and photothermal *** this system,the CDots acted as a bridge between g-C3N4 and ZnO,effectively inhibiting the recombination of photo-generated electrons with holes and consequently enhancing the photocatalytic *** addition,CDots endowed the system with excellent photothermal *** a result,the antibacterial efficacy of ZnO/CDots/g-C3N4 composite against *** and *** reached up to 99.97%and 99.99%respectively,after 15 min of visible light irradiation,due to the synergistic action of photo-inspired radical oxygen species and *** Zn ions released from the composite promoted the growth of fibroblasts,which accelerated the wound healing process.

Organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) with modified gate insulator were demonstrated in this paper. The modified gate insulator layers consisted of SiO 2 as the gate insulator and OTS ( octadecyltrichlorosilane ) or PMMA (Poly(methyl methacylate)) as the modified layer. The devices with the modified layer had field-effect mobility larger than 10 -3 cm 2 /Vs, which was twice than that of the OTFT without modification. The on/off current ratio was increased one order of magnitude and reached more than 10 4 . The leakage current was decreased from 10 -9 A to 10 -10 A. The results demonstrate that using modified gate insulators can obviously improve the performance of the OTFTs.

This paper presents the ASIC design and implementation of digital baseband system for UHF RFID reader based on EPC Global C1G2 /ISO 18000-6c protocol. The digital baseband system consists of two parts: transmitter and receiver, which inculing encoding module, decoding module, channel filers, CRC chenk module, control module and a SPI module. It is described in verilog HDL in RTL level, with Design Compiler for synthesizing, PT for static timing analyzing and Astro for physical design. The die is fabricated using IBM 130nm 8-layer-metal RF cmos process successfully, which size is 3 mm × 3mm, the power consumption is around 6.7mW. It can be applied in the research of single-chip UHF RFID reader.

Multi-view video plus depth (MVD) is a 3D video representation. In MVD, the depth map provides the scene distance information and is used to render the virtual view through Depth Image Based Rendering (DIBR) technique. The depth map coding error will induce distortion in the rendered virtual views. This paper proposes a mathematic model that can estimate the synthesized virtual view distortion induced by depth map compression, and the model is employed to the rate distortion optimization (RDO) in the depth map coding. Based on the rendered virtual view quality, a Lagrangian optimization adjustment scheme at Coding Unit (CU) level is proposed to improve the depth map encoding efficiency. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can improve the BD-PSNR of virtual view for 0.62 dB, and the encoding complexity reduces compared with the view synthesis optimization (VSO) technique in the 3D-HEVC Test Model (HTM).

In this work, we have fabricated two bottom-gate zinc oxide thin film transistors (TFTs) with single-layer HfO 2 and double-layer HfO 2 -Al 2 O 3 dielectrics by atomic layer deposition (ALD). The TFT with HfO 2 -Al 2 O 3 dielectric exhibited better electrical characteristics, such as a higher field effect mobility of 6.1 cm 2 /V·s and a lower subthreshold swing of 0.124 V/decade. At the same time, the optical properties is also improved significantly with larger responsivity (6.05 A/W) and UV-to-visible rejection ratio (6.05×10 4 ). These results are attributed to lower interface trap states between channel layer and dielectric layer by an Al 2 O 3 interlayer.

The micro-pin-fins prepared on the back side of the power chip enable heat removal on the level of modern microsystem demands. Carbon nanotube (CNT) has been proven to be a potential material for micro-cooler because of its superior advantages including high thermal conductivity, good mechanical property and so forth. And there emerges various applications of CNT in the micro-cooler system. In the present paper, micro-pin-fin heat sink with gas impinging jet as the cooling medium is analyzed. The heat dissipation of forced air convection cooling with micro-pin-fin structures made of aligned carbon nanotube arrays has been taken into consideration. The three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation was carried out. The temperature distribution and the pressure drop are studied in the cases of various geometrical parameters of the micro-pin-fin heat sinks at the same heating power prescribed. The fluid flow and the heat transfer phenomena in the micro-pin-fins heat sinks are investigated. The heat removal efficiency of the air micro-cooler is evaluated. An array of 8×8 fins with the optimized fin-to-base length ratio achieves the best cooling effect.
