基于低浓度掺杂TTF-HLCT一体化分子提供的多重激子循环通道增强深蓝光OLED的稳定性

目前,商用的深蓝有机发光二极管(OLED)使用的三重态-三重态融合(TTF)型发光材料只能捕获50%的三重态(T_(1))激子,导致其器件效率较低.基于窄带蓝色发射体的热激活延迟荧光(TADF)和超荧光策略可以实现接近100%的激子利用率,然而,在发射层(EML)中停留的高能量T_(1)激子通常会导致不可避免的分子降解,从而限制了器件的使用寿命.为了解决这一问题,本文研究了一种TTF-杂化局域-电荷转移态(HLCT)一体化分子,旨在通过多个激子回收通道降低EML内T_(1)激子的密度,从而提高高效深蓝OLED的稳定性.通过TTF过程回收T_(1)激子,通过HLCT过程利用高能三重态(Tn)激子,可以提高EML中三重态激子的利用率.此外,低浓度掺杂的TTF-HLCT分子在TADF体系中可以减轻T_(1)激子猝灭造成的效率损失.最后,实现了外量子效率(EQE)为25.9%、CIE为(0.131,0.050)、蓝光指数(CE由CIEy校准)为312 cd A^(−1) CIE_(y)^(−1)的顶发射OLED,并且其寿命T90@1000 cd m^(−2)从0.5小时延长到6.1小时.本工作揭示了低浓度TTF-HLCT分子掺杂的潜力,作为一种可行的解决方案,可以最大限度地减少效率猝灭,并解决蓝光OLED的稳定性问题.

We investigate the video transmission efficiency of channel code, modulation mode and layered space time code for region of interest video transmission system. Excellent channel code achieves more coding gains, suitable modulation mode adaptively overcomes different channel fading and layered space time code achieves not only coding gain but only diversity gain. Based on the above analysis, we propose an adaptive video transmission system according to channel environment and video constructed quality require. We derive an analytic bound for the error probability, and conduct experiments for H.264 interest of region video streaming. It is shown that the proposed system enhances the PSNR performance of region of interest significantly by adaptive choice of channel code, modulation mode, and layered space time code in the wireless channel.

Multi-view video plus depth (MVD) is an efficient format of 3D video. MVD video can be encoded by either H.264/AVC or HEVC standard to gain higher compression ratio, which benefits their broadcasting over the Internet. However, the encoded and transferred MVD video tends to develop worse visual quality degradation caused by lossy network channel. Therefore, error concealment is here to help refrain this problem. In this paper, we propose a classification-related error concealment method for MVD video. Within our method, motion-based classification is used to judge whether the corrupted blocks are static or not. If so, the blocks from reference frames are adopted to conceal the corrupted blocks. Otherwise, view-specific based concealment procedures, which are designed in accordance with view features, are used to conceal the corrupted blocks in different views. Experimental results on AVC-based Test Model (ATM) show the superiority of this concealment scheme to several other error concealment methods in PSNR along with acceptable execution time increase. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2017.

A depth upsampling method based on Markov Random Field is proposed, considering the depth and color information. First, the initial interpolated depth map is inaccurate and oversmooth, we use a rectangle window centered on every pixel to search the maximum and minimum depth value of the depth map to find out the edge pixels. Then, we use the depth information to guide the segmentation of the color image and build different data terms and smoothness terms for the edge and non-edge pixels. The result depth map is piecewise smooth and the edge is sharp. In the meanwhile, the result is good where the color information is consistent while the depth is not or where the depth information is consistent while the color is not. Experiments show that the proposed method performs better than other upsampling methods in terms of mean absolute difference (MAD). © Springer International Publishing Switzerland 2015.

Video retargeting using optimized crop-and-scale

Mobile devices are increasingly powerful in multimedia transmitting and browsing. However, the small screen and different aspect ratios of mobile devices lower visual quality while watching images or videos. Video retargeting is aim at fitting an existing video into arbitrary size and aspect ratio. Previous content-aware retargeting methods are mostly high computational cost, which limits their applications on the portable devices with low computation ability. In this paper, a new crop-and-scale approach is presented to adapt video to better suit the target display. We automatically find the optimal parameters of cropping window using the dynamic programming method,, and then scale it to fit the target display. The cropping window can smoothly shift during a shot to follow the movement＇of important objects. The retargeting results using our approach introduce no deformation and jitter effects over the whole video. Experimental results show the success of our approach on adapting a variety of source videos to small display sizes.

Noncontact humidity sensor overcomes the limitations of its contact sensing counterparts,including mechanical wear and cross infection,which becomes a promising candidate in healthcare and human-machine interface ***,current humidity sensors still suffer the ubiquitous issue of uncomfortable wear and skin irritation hindering the long-term *** this study,we report a skin-conformal and breathable humidity sensor assembled by anchoring MXenes-based composite into electrospun elastomer nanofibers coated with a patterned *** composite is highly sensitive to the water molecules due to its large specific surface area and abundant water-absorbing hydroxyl groups,while the elastomeric nanofibers provide an ultrathin,highly flexible,and permeable substrate to support the functional materials and *** sensor presents not only excellent air permeability(0.078 g cm^(−2)d^(−1)),high sensitivity(S=704),and fast response/recovery(0.9 s/0.9 s),but also high skin conformability and ***,this humidity sensor is confirmed to realize the recognition of motional states and emotional modes,which provides a way for the advanced noncontact human-machine interface.

The aqueous-solution-processed graphitic carbon nitride/polyvinylpyrrolidone (C3N4/PVP) composite dielectric membrane exhibits a large specific gate electric double layer capacitance of 2.68 μF/cm2 at 20 Hz. The indium zinc oxide (IZO) thin film transistor (TFT) fabricated on the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrate exhibits good electrical properties and high stability by using composite dielectric as gate dielectric. Flexible IZO-TFT has a low threshold voltage of 0.28 V, a low subthreshold swing of 149 mV/decade. Finally, an inverter with a maximum voltage gain of 14.8 is obtained on basis of the flexible IZO TFT when VDD = 4 V. These flexible oxide-based TFTs obtained using C3N4/PVP can be potentially applied in portable electronics with low power consumption. © 2021, John Wiley and Sons Inc. All rights reserved.

High-brightness blue organic light emitting diodes with different types of guest-host systems

We demonstrate high-brightness blue organic light emitting diodes(OLEDs) using two types of guest-host systems. A series of blue OLEDs were fabricated using three organic emitters of dibenz anthracene(perylene), di(4-fluorophenyl) amino-di(styryl) biphenyl(DSB) and 4,4'-bis[2-(9-ethyl-3-carbazolyl)vinyl]biphenyl(BCzV Bi) doped into two hosting materials of 4,4'-bis(9-carbazolyl) biphenyl(CBP) and 2-(4-biphenylyl)-5(4-tert-butyl-phenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole(PBD) as blue emitting layers, respectively. We achieve three kinds of devices with colors of deep-blue, pure-blue and sky-blue with the Commission Internationale de L'Eclairage(CIE) coordinates of(0.16, 0.10),(0.15, 0.15) and(0.17, 0.24), respectively, by employing PBD as host material. In addition, we present a microcavity device using the PBD guest-host system and achieve high-purity blue devices with narrowed spectrum.

Compared to traditional electronic synapses, optoelectronic synapses may have higher computational power as well as lower energy consumption in future neuromorphic computing. In this paper, yttrium (Y)-doped hafnium dioxide (HfO 2 ) (Y:HfO 2 ) thin film was prepared by sol-gel deposition. The resistive-switch (RS) characteristics of the devices with different substrates as bottom electrodes were first compared. The results revealed that the device has better RS characteristics when the FTO (F-doped Tin Oxide) is used as the bottom electrode. The electrosynaptic properties, such as short/long-term plasticity, spike-timing-dependent plasticity and paired-pulse facilitation, were investigated using an Au/5%Y:HfO 2 /FTO device. In addition, the device showed good photo-synaptic plasticity and non-volatile properties under light signal stimulation. The process of "learning-forgetting-relearning" was realized, and the minimum energy consumption of a single synaptic event was only 0.3575 pJ. Finally, the neuromorphic computational potential of the device was evaluated by constructing a convolutional neural network (CNN). The results showed that the device has a recognition rate of 96.7% for MNIST and 86.8% for Fashion-MNIST datasets, respectively. These not only demonstrate the potential of the device as an optoelectronic artificial synapse but also show its promising future in neuromorphic computing applications.

Warpage simulation for LCD interconnected by NCF

To study the reliability of the Chip-on-Glass (COG) module interconnected by Non-Conductive-Adhesive (NCF), this paper applied finite element method (FEM) to simulate the fields of temperature and stress in COG. A 3D model of the COG module had been established and a sequence coupled field had been done to calculate the warpage and inner stress. In the thermalcompression bonding stage, the thermal process was a steady state, which produced a low temperature difference in the COG module, while the NCF absorbed and relaxed the thermal stress and strain to weaken warpage. In the cooling stage, the process was non-steady and a significant temperature difference between the interfaces of bump/NCF and NCF/substrate was induced at the beginning. This generated a high thermal stress difference to yield a large warpage. The residual stress and warpage were proportional to the decrease of the mechanical loading in the thermal compression bonding stage and the temperature difference in the cooling stage.
