In this work,a sky-blue luminescent down-shifting(LDS)layer bis[(4,6-difluorophenyl)-pyridinato-N,C^(2')]c(picolinate)iridium(II)(FIrpic)was inserted between tetraphenyl dibenzoperiflanthene(DBP)and Mo0_(3)as UV-screen and sensitizer for smallmolecule DBP/C_(60)based planar heterojunction(PHJ)solar *** 8-nm Flrpic theshort circuit current(J_(sc))and power conversion efficiency(PCE)of the device areenhanced by 28%and 15%,respectively,probably originating from the re-absorption ofthe photons emitted from *** V_(oc)linearly increases over 1-nm Flrpic,ascribed tothe deeper HOMO level of Flrpic than DBP,while the fill factor continuously declines from 3-to 10-nm *** EQE spectra prove that the J_(sc)is mainly contributed by thephotocurrent generated in DBP and C_(60)*** the FIrpic thickness is 8 nm,the filmsurface is very uniform with the smallest water contact *** impedance spectro-scopy demonstrates that the device resistance gradually increases from 4.1×10^(4)Ω(without Flrpic)to 4.6×10^(4)Ω(with 10-nm Flrpic)with the FIrpic thickness rise,simultaneously the device transits from the insulating state into the conductive statefaster for the thin Flrpic layer than the thick layer.

Hydrogels have been the subject of significant research in the field of friction due to their exceptional lubricating *** this study,the G-quadruplex hydrogel with high selectivity for K^(+) ions was formed by introducing a mixture of G,2-formylphenylboronic acid,and polyethylene glycol diamine into simulated artificial tears solution with high transparency,and an ultra-low coefficient of friction(COF)of about 0.004 was obtained based on the simulated ocular environment,thus achieving macroscopic *** friction pairs simulating the ocular environment,to assess the frictional performance of the G-quadruplex hydrogel as both a lubricant and a friction pair based on the simulated ocular environment,we conducted experiments considering various factors such as concentration,sliding speed,and *** these experiments,it was found that superlubricity was achieved when the G-quadruplex hydrogel was applied as lubricant or friction *** effect was attributed to the three-dimensional network structure and hydrophilicity of the hydrogel,which facilitated the formation of a highly bearing and flowing hydration layer,promoting macroscopic *** to the G-quadruplex hydrogel with low concentration,the high concentration hydrogel(75 mM)exhibited increased mechanical strength and robustness in *** with biocompatibility experiments,our synthesized G-quadruplex hydrogel has excellent biocompatibility and offers a novel approach to achieve superlubricity in ocular drug delivery.

A semi-automatic laser bonding system is developed to provide a localized heating manner for semiconductor device and MEMS encapsulation, especially for devices which have thermal-sensitive materials inside. This system consists of five modules, including laser module, motion module, fixture module, monitoring module and control module. Several bonding tests are carried out using this system with different sets of system parameters, including laser power, laser beam radius and laser moving velocity. Good bonding results are achieved with proper combinations of the system parameters, which also certifies this system is workable.
