With the rapid development of sequencing technology, researchers can obtain a large number of single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data which is useful for analysis of cell fate decision and growth process at individual cell resolution. But due to the limitations of sequencing technology, the data acquired has dropouts which may affect the results of down-steam analysis. Therefore, many algorithms have been proposed to impute the data before clustering, here in, imputation and clustering are considered as two separate processing stage. In this paper, we adopt a clustering algorithm—Incomplete Multiple Kernel k-means Clustering with Mutual Kernel Completion (MKKM-IK-MKC) to analyze scRNA-seq data. It unifies imputation and clustering into a process. Comparing with some existing "two stage" (imputation +clustering) algorithms, the experimental results on five scRNA-seq datasets from various species demonstrate the effective performance of our new proposed method.

Micro electro-chemical discharge machining (micro-ECDM) is a keytechnology in the precision manufacturing. The electrode, which is the key element for achieving a high-precision ECDM, attracts the interests of many researchers. However, regarding the fabrication techniques of the electrode, the achievable precisions are still resting on micrometer scale, the processes are not simple, or electrodes with high complex three-dimensional (3D) shapes are difficult to be obtained. Basing on such a background, in this work, focused-ion-beam chemical vapor deposition (FIB-CVD) which is an effective tool in fabricating 3D micro/nanostructure for achieving various micro/nanoelectromechanical devices (MEMS/NEMS), was first time introduced to fabricate micro/nanoelectrode and furthermore ECDM processes using FIB-CVD-fabricated electrodes could be attempted. Differing to the conventional metallic electrodes, micro/nanoelectrodes in the material of amorphous platinum (Pt) were obtained. Three electrodes with the same diameter 10 μm and height 28 μm were fabricated on the polished tip surfaces of stainless needles, and consequently applied to micro-ECDM with varied low open voltages 10, 12.5 and 15 V. Microholes were fabricated on the 304 austenitic stainless steel. The hole diameter and the unilateral discharge gap were found to be almost linearly increasing with the increase of open voltage. In case of using the open voltage 10 V, the unilateral discharge gap was found to be 6.6 μm. Moreover, fabrications of pillar, horn, corner, array types of 3D nanoelectrodes were demonstrated. These results indicate the potentialities of 3D micro-ECDM using complex 3D micro/nanoelectrode, and a deeper study into the science of ECDM/EDM phenomenon at submicron scale.

As the heart of Flexography,laser engraving ceramic anilox roll requires that the diameter and depth of each cell is changeable, and the distribution of cell should be 30°-hexagon, 45°-quadrangle or 60°-hexagon. By modulating the laser cavity gain from step way to gradual chang way,the wave modulating technology of high repetition light pulse solves the problem of increasing absorbency of ceramic to YAG laser. By engraving the same cell with grouped light pulses,the technology of high repetition and grouped pulses solves the problem of engraving high depth cell. By detecting with corder and processing using alterable divider coefficient,the technology of tow-dimension controllable distribution solves the problems of orientation and distribution of each cell. These three YAG laser texturing technologies above-mentioned are the key technologies to realize YAG laser engraving ceramic anilox roll.

Neimark-Sacker bifurcation of a delay differential equation modeling two-enterprise interaction mechanism is investigated. For the demands of computer simulation applications, the discrete-time two-enterprise interaction model is proposed by using the forward Euler scheme. By discussing the characteristic equation of linearized part, the local stability criterion of the positive fixed point is presented. Time lag is selected as the bifurcation parameter. Then it is demonstrated that variation of time lag may result in Neimark-Sacker bifurcation. Furthermore, derivations for the directions and stability of Neimark-Sacker bifurcation are also given. Finally, we simulate the main results.
