As an advancedmanufacturing model, cloud manufacturing(CMfg) has made great progress in recent years. The concept of CMfg has been introduced to many industries. With the growing diversity of products, the complexity of cloud manufacturing service encapsulation is also increasing. To solve the problem of product-oriented service standardized encapsulation, the Bills of Standard manufacturing Service(BOSS) has been proposed. It can systematically solve the problem of deployment, registration and management of cloud manufacturing services in the whole product life cycle. In this paper, based on the service ontology model, we proposed an automatic perfecting service information method of BOSS using the focused crawler technology. Combined with the case study, we verified the feasibility and effectiveness of this method. Finally, the application framework of BOSS in the cloud manufacturing system is further discussed.

A generative adversarial network based manufacturing service instance generator is proposed in this paper. During the training of the generative adversarial network model, we adopt Word2Vec model to represent manufacturing services in the form of numerical vectors. The accuracy of the generator gets 0.76 after training, and the synthesized data are good enough to extend the current datasets for the further study on manufacturing services.

At present, sound wave is the most effective information carrier for long distance underwater propagation. It’s achievable to acquire target free field characteristics in a non-free field environment by sound field recovery technique based on boundary element method(BEM) in this paper. According to the calculation, the characteristics such as the sound pressure and sound power obtained in the recovered field and those in the free field are almost the same. At the same time, evanescent wave filtering technique is used to filter out the influence of evanescent wave and identification of far-field sound radiation hotspot in near field, which provides the basis for reduction vibration and noise. In this paper, an improved sound field separation technique combing sound field recovery technique based on BEM and supersonic sound intensity technique is proposed to get the free field characteristic of the target in a complex environment and identify the hot spot area radiating to the far field in near field, which is of great significance to target characteristic analysis and control.

Transmission tower plays important role in the power system and it is security sensitive in various working conditions, such as wind and ice. In this paper, a method to obtain the dynamic response of a cat head type transmission tower under strong fluctuating wind was proposed. The coupled tower-lines finite element model was established in ABAQUS, and the equivalent acceleration of fluctuating wind was simulated by MATLAB. Then the displacements and stresses time histories were obtained. The method introduced in this paper can be used to assess the safety of tower under different fluctuating wind with different directions and provide a reference of the tower in the design stage.
