For mobile anchor node static path planning cannot accord the actual distribution of node for dynamic adjustment which result in incomplete coverage and lack of flexibility. We take advantage of the high localization accuracy and low computational complexity of AHLos algorithm. This article introduces mobile anchor nodes instead of the traditional fixed anchor nodes to improve the algorithm. Firstly, the high connectivity nodes are chosen in the network as AHLos algorithm initial anchor nodes. The initial anchor nodes are located through the method of approximate location. The mobile anchor nodes traverse all the initial nodes. The residual nodes in the network will be located by AHLos location algorithm. In addition, not every two initial anchor nodes are neighbor nodes in the process of traverse. The minimum hop path from one initial anchor node to the next one is defined as the transition path. The mobile anchor node use the transition path between two non-neighboring initial nodes to induction the next initial node. At the same time, the GPS can be shut down along the transition path. The mobile anchor nodes adjust its direction as soon as possible, once the signal of the next node is perceived. This method could both avoid the energy consumption of GPS and greatly reduce the actual distance of the mobile anchor node. The result shows that, through introduce the mobile anchor node, we can configure the information of initial anchor nodes more flexible. Meanwhile, with the use of the approximate location and the transition path, the distance and energy consumption of the mobile anchor node is greatly reduced.

We study the performance of GaN-based p i n ultraviolet (UV) photodetectors (PDs) with a 60 nm thin ptype contact layer grown on patterned sapphire substrate (PSS). The PDs on PSS exhibit a low dark current of -2 pA under a bias of -5 V, a large UV/visible rejection ratio of-7× 10^3, and a high-quantum efficiency of -40% at 365 nm under zero bias. The average quantum efficiency of the PDs still remains above 20% in the deep-UV region from 280 to 360 nm. In addition, the noise characteristics of the PDs are also discussed, and the corresponding specific detectivities limited by the thermal noise and the low-frequency 1/f noise are calculated.

In this paper, a quantized H_∞ control problem for networked control systems (NCSs) subject to randomly multi-step transmission delays is investigated. A quantizer is used before the measurement signal enters the communication network and the randomly multi-step transmission delays which are described by a mathematical model are considered during the transmission through the network. Sufficient conditions are derived for the considered system to satisfy the H_∞ norm constraint subject to the randomly multi-step transmission delays. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

In this paper, a multi-time scale hierarchal model predictive control strategy is proposed to optimize energy management problem of a microgrid with multiple smart users. According to the power flow among different energy modules, a hierarchical system model and a multi-time scale hierarchal energy optimization management problem are established. The centralized controller in the upper layer is to optimize the charge/discharge time and energy of storage devices, controllable supply power adjustment and dispatch of the aggregators. The optimization problem in the lower layer is to meet users' demands in real time. Meanwhile, in order to improve the disturbances caused by the randomness of renewable energy and variant loads, a multi-time scale optimization scheme is applied. At the slow scale, the upper optimization problem is solved, and the optimal energy scheduling in the long-term can be achieved. At the fast scale, the energy balance between supply and demand of smart users can be realized in the short-term. Finally, simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of proposed method.

The model of an Orbal oxidation ditch activated sludge process was set up based on ASM3 and Takacs' s double index settlement rate of secondary sedimentation tank model in this paper. According to the condition of the multi-objective output simulation model, multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm(MOPSO) is used to calibrate part of the high sensitivity parameters in the activated sludge process model. Simulation results show that the effectiveness of MOPSO for parameter calibration is obvious, which can further improve the accuracy of the model.
