Differential privacy histogram publishing method based on dynamic sliding window

Differential privacy has recently become a widely recognized strict privacy protection model of data *** privacy histogram publishing can directly show the statistical data distribution under the premise of ensuring user privacy for data query,sharing,and *** dynamic data release is a study with a wide range of current industry ***,the amount of data varies considerably over different *** data processing will result in the risk of users’information leakage and unavailability of the ***,we designed a differential privacy histogram publishing method based on the dynamic sliding window of LSTM(DPHP-DL),which can improve data availability on the premise of guaranteeing data ***-DL is integrated by DSW-LSTM and DPHK+.DSW-LSTM updates the size of sliding windows based on data value prediction via long shortterm memory(LSTM)networks,which evenly divides the data stream into several ***+heuristically publishes non-isometric histograms based on k-mean++clustering of automatically obtaining the optimal K,so as to achieve differential privacy histogram publishing of dynamic *** experiments on real-world dynamic datasets demonstrate the superior performance of the DPHP-DL.

Accuracy analysis for distributed dynamic state estimation in large-scale systems with a cyclic network graph

This paper addresses a distributed dynamic state estimation problem in large-scale systems characterized by a cyclic network graph. The objective is to develop a distributed estimation algorithm for each node to generate local state estimations, based on the coupled measurements and boundary information exchanged with neighboring nodes. Our proposed approach is grounded in the maximum a posteriori(MAP)estimation method, which yields suboptimal results in acyclic network graphs compared with the centralized MAP approach. We extend this approach to systems with a cyclic network graph. Furthermore, we provide an accuracy analysis by deriving bounds for the differences in estimation error covariance and state estimation between the proposed distributed algorithm and the suboptimal centralized MAP method. These bounds apply to a specific category of systems that satisfy certain conditions, including cyclic topology and sparse connections. We demonstrate that these bounds converge asymptotically, with the rate of convergence determined by the loop-free depth of the graph. The loop-free depth of the graph refers to the maximum number of nodes that can be traversed in a cycle without revisiting any node. Finally, we demonstrate the validity of the algorithm through numerical examples.

Safety assessment of marine high-end equipment based on evidential reasoning approach under fuzzy uncertainty

Marine high-end equipment reflects a country's comprehensive national strength. The safety assessment of it is very important to avoid accident either from human or facility factors. Attribute structure and assessment approach are two key points in the safety assessment of marine high-end equipment. In this paper, we construct a hierarchical attribute structure based on literature review and text mining of reports and news. The hierarchical attribute structure includes human, equipment, environment and management level. The correlations among these attributes are analyzed. The assessment standards of attributes are described in details. Different evaluation grades associated with attributes are transformed to a unified one by the given rules. As for the assessment approach, the evidential reasoning approach is applied for uncertain information fusion. Group analytical hierarchical process is used to generate attribute weights from a group of experts, where process aggregation method and result aggregation method are combined in a comprehensive way. The importance of expert is computed by the uncertainty measure of expert's subjective judgment. A drilling platform is finally assessed by the proposed attribute structure and assessment approach to illustrate the effectiveness of the assessment framework. © 2024 - IOS Press. Discrete event system(DES)models promote system engineering,including system design,verification,and *** advancement in manufacturing technology has endowed us to fabricate complex industrial ***,the adoption of advanced modeling methodologies adept at handling complexity and scalability is ***,industrial systems are no longer quiescent,thus the intelligent operations of the systems should be dynamically specified in the *** this paper,the composition of the subsystem behaviors is studied to generate the complexity and scalability of the global system model,and a Boolean semantic specifying algorithm is proposed for generating dynamic intelligent operations in the *** traditional modeling approaches,the change or addition of specifications always necessitates the complete resubmission of the system model,a resource-consuming and error-prone *** with traditional approaches,our approach has three remarkable advantages:(i)an established Boolean semantic can be fitful for all kinds of systems;(ii)there is no need to resubmit the system model whenever there is a change or addition of the operations;(iii)multiple specifying tasks can be easily achieved by continuously adding a new ***,this general modeling approach has wide potential for future complex and intelligent industrial systems.

Formation control and path planning of multi-robot systems via large language models

Existing path planning and coordination control methods for multi-robot systems(MRS) typically rely on predefined rules and rudimentary algorithms. However, these methods often struggle to adapt flexibly to complex environments and to adjust motion targets appropriately. To address this challenge, this study presents a large language model(LLM)-assisted framework. By integrating textual descriptions of complex motion constraints, robot information, and local environmental data as inputs, LLMs generate motion objectives and translate them into executable control commands for the robots, thereby achieving coordinated control and path planning. This framework facilitates the generation, maintenance, and reshaping of formations in MRSs during path planning, applicable to both obstacle-free and obstacle-avoidance environments. Simulation results demonstrate that LLM-based control strategies enhance the autonomy, adaptability, flexibility, and robustness of MRS by processing complex information, making intelligent decisions, adapting to environmental changes, and handling disturbances and uncertainties.

Distributed asynchronous double accelerated optimization for ethylene plant considering delays

Considering the complexity of plant-wide optimization for large-scale industries, a distributed optimization framework to solve the profit optimization problem in ethylene whole process is proposed. To tackle the delays arising from the residence time for materials passing through production units during the process with guaranteed constraint satisfaction, an asynchronous distributed parameter projection algorithm with gradient tracking method is introduced. Besides, the heavy ball momentum and Nesterov momentum are incorporated into the proposed algorithm in order to achieve double acceleration properties. The experimental results show that the proposed asynchronous algorithm can achieve a faster convergence compared with the synchronous algorithm.

Remanufacturing is widely recognized as beneficial to the environment and a circular economy. However, remanufacturing is more complex than traditional manufacturing due to the effects of government policy, uncertainty of consumer preferences, competition and cooperation among firms, and so on. These factors motivate academics to optimize remanufacturing outcomes, especially for product pricing and production. This study reviews the published literature on pricing and production strategies in remanufacturing from four perspectives of supply chain, namely, government policy, consumer characteristics, relationships among firms, and supply chain structures. Review results can benefit scholars/practitioners in the future by highlighting the challenges and opportunities in remanufacturing strategies.
