This paper introduces the Dynamic Efficient Distributed Performance Impact (DEDPI) algorithm for optimizing task allocation in multi-UAV systems operating in dynamic environments. The algorithm overcomes the limitations of existing approaches, specifically the suboptimal solutions of dynamic task algorithms and the computational inefficiencies of extending static algorithms to dynamic contexts, by dynamically adjusting task queues and employing a novel objective function to enhance resource allocation and responsiveness. Experimental results demonstrate that DEDPI significantly increases the number of completed tasks while reducing the average task execution cost, providing an effective solution for real-time, mission-critical UAV operations.

The smelting process of the fused magnesium furnace(FMF) is prone to semi-molten abnormal conditions, which may lead to low product quality and production efficiency, and is also prone to safety accidents. At present, the operating conditions of FMF mainly rely on manual observation of the furnace shell features for diagnosis, and it is hard to timely and effectively identify abnormalities in the smelting process. Given the difficulty in identifying abnormal operating conditions of FMF, this paper proposes a deep multiview fuzzy classification method(DMFC) that can automatically identify abnormal operating conditions. First, based on the three-phase current data, CNN and Transformer are used to extract features as multiple views. Secondly, the Takagi-Sugeno-Kang(TSK) fuzzy model is used as a single-view model, and the evidence theory is used for dynamic fusion of multiple views. This method can effectively fuse multiple deep features, and has strong scalability and a certain degree of interpretability. Through verification of the real historical data of multiple FMFs, our model has relatively high accuracy, false detection rate(FDR), and missed detection rate(MDR). © 2024 IEEE.

In this paper, we study a cooperative linear quadratic Gaussian (LQG) control system with a single user and a server. In this system, the user runs a process and employs the server to meet the needs of computation. However, the user regards its state trajectories as privacy. Therefore, we propose a privacy scheme, in which the user sends data to the server intermittently. By this scheme, the server's received information of the user is reduced, and consequently the user's privacy is preserved. In this paper, we consider a periodic transmission scheme. We analyze the performance of privacy preservation and LQG control of different transmission periods. Under the given threshold of the control performance loss, a trade-off optimization problem is proposed. Finally, we give the solution to the optimization problem.

This paper aims to find the optimal control solution of an affine nonlinear continuous-time system with unknown input dynamic. Based on Critic-Actor neural network, an online integral reinforcement learning algorithm has been proposed. The algorithm solves the Bellman equation online, while Critic neural network is used to approximate the value function and Actor neural network is used for policy improvement. The policy evaluation and policy improvement of integral reinforcement learning are performed alternately until the performance of control systems no longer improves. By using Lyapunov function theory, all the weights of Critic-Actor neural network and the states of the system are guaranteed to be locally uniformly ultimately bounded. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the developed method. © 2022 IEEE.

Effect of permeability and its horizontal anisotropy on enhanced coalbed methane recovery with CO_(2) storage:quantitative evaluation based on staged CH_(4) output inhibition

The permeability and its horizontal anisotropy induce a critical influence on staged CH_(4) output inhibition ***,a quantitative evaluation of this influence has been rarely reported in the *** this work,the impact of horizontal anisotropic permeability on CO_(2)-ECBM was numerically *** variation in the staged CH_(4) output inhibition was *** ideal displacement profile of the CO_(2)-ECBM process was established for the first ***,the variation in CH_(4) output of different wellbores was *** results showed that 1)low-permeable or weak-anisotropic reservoirs were not conducive to enhanced CH_(4) recovery owing to long inhibition time(>1091 days)and high inhibition level(>36.9%).As permeability and anisotropy increased,due to the accelerated seepage of free water,the hysteresis time and inhibition time could decrease to as short as 5 days and 87 days,respectively,and the inhibition level could weaken to as low as 5.00%.Additionally,the CH_(4) output and CO_(2) injection could increase significantly.2)Nevertheless,high permeability and strong anisotropy easily induced CO_(2) breakthrough,resulting in lower CH_(4) production,CO_(2) injection and CO_(2) storage than *** maintaining high efficiency of CO_(2) storage(>99%),upregulating CO_(2) breakthrough concentration from 10%to 20%might ease the unfavorable trend.3)Along the direction of fluid flow,the ideal displacement profile consisted of CO_(2) enriched bank,CO_(2) and CH_(4) mixed bank,CH_(4) enriched bank,and water enriched bank,whereas a remarkable gap in the displacement profiles of the dominant and non-dominant seepage directions was observed.4)The potential of CH_(4) output might vary greatly among different *** producers along the dominant seepage direction held more potential for CH_(4) recovery in the short-term,while those along the non-dominant seepage direction avoided becoming invalid only if a long-time injection measure

In this paper, a unified influence networks model incorporating differential privacy mechanisms (DPMs), called the differentially private opinion dynamics (DPODs) model is proposed. In this model, each individual uses protected opinions rather than the private opinions of his/her neighbors to update his/her private opinions, where the protected opinion of an individual is a blend of private opinions and random noise following Laplace distribution. Building on stochastic analysis techniques and matrix theory, we show that the influence network under consideration converges under specific conditions governing individual sensitivities and interaction weights. In addition, the statistical properties related to convergence accuracy are established by utilizing the Markov inequality to estimate a lower bound on the probability of all individuals' final opinions converging to a neighborhood formed by their initial opinions' convex hull. We further conduct a differential privacy analysis to validate the efficacy of the proposed DPMs in safeguarding the private opinions of all individuals. Finally, two examples including one of the Karate-Club networks are provided to shed new light on the effectiveness of the theoretical results. © 2014 IEEE.

Multi-scale feature fused stacked autoencoder and its application for soft sensor modeling

Deep Learning has been widely used to model soft sensors in modern industrial processes with nonlinear variables and uncertainty. Due to the outstanding ability for high-level feature extraction, stacked autoencoder (SAE) has been widely used to improve the model accuracy of soft sensors. However, with the increase of network layers, SAE may encounter serious information loss issues, which affect the modeling performance of soft sensors. Besides, there are typically very few labeled samples in the data set, which brings challenges to traditional neural networks to solve. In this paper, a multi-scale feature fused stacked autoencoder (MFF-SAE) is suggested for feature representation related to hierarchical output, where stacked autoencoder, mutual information (MI) and multi-scale feature fusion (MFF) strategies are integrated. Based on correlation analysis between output and input variables, critical hidden variables are extracted from the original variables in each autoencoder's input layer, which are correspondingly given varying weights. Besides, an integration strategy based on multi-scale feature fusion is adopted to mitigate the impact of information loss with the deepening of the network layers. Then, the MFF-SAE method is designed and stacked to form deep networks. Two practical industrial processes are utilized to evaluate the performance of MFF-SAE. Results from simulations indicate that in comparison to other cutting-edge techniques, the proposed method may considerably enhance the accuracy of soft sensor modeling, where the suggested method reduces the root mean square error (RMSE) by 71.8%, 17.1% and 64.7%, 15.1%, respectively. © 2025 Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China, and Chemical Industry Press Co., Ltd.
