To identify some special formation lithology with imbalanced logging data, a framework of Multi-layer lithology identification method is proposed. In this framewoke, some special lithology is divided into one class in the first layer, and each lithology is separated in the second layer. A novel algorithm of Ada Cost2-support vector machine(AdaC2-SVM) is put forward using logging data of actual well located in Karamay for training, and the support vector machine-recursive feature elimination(SVM-RFE) is adopted to select attribute, and logging data from another well nearby is used for testing. Experiment result shows the G-mean and accuracy of our method is up to 95.3% and 94.4%, which has better performance than random forest(RF)algorithm, particle swarm optimization-support vector machine(PSO-SVM) algorithm and improved PSO-SVM(IPSO-SVM)algorithm. In the future, the proposed method have a good prospect and give a valuable result for geology research.

The traditional wired seismograph has disadvantages such as cumbersome cable, complicated wiring, crosstalk and noise between adjacent transmission lines. In addition, the dynamic range of the instrument is small, and the observation of seismic signals is not intuitive, which can not meet the needs of high-precision seismic exploration. In order to solve these problems, the design of distributed three component seismic data acquisition system based on Lo Ra wireless communication technology is proposed. The system uses Lo Ra long-distance wireless communication technology and 24 bit Σ-Δ ADC, which realizes long-distance wireless communication and large dynamic range seismic data acquisition. Besides, the system has manmachine interaction interface, which can observe the parameters of seismic waveform in real time and adjust sampling rate directly. The whole circuit has the advantages of simple design, high precision and good stability. To sum up, the design has certain practical value and application prospect.

For the control problem of redundant manipulators with joint limits constraints, a novel method combining the simplified clamping weighted least-norm method and the typical gradient projection method is proposed in this paper. The method solves the problem that the manipulability of the redundant manipulator is poor caused by the clamping weighted least-norm method and makes the joint velocity change more smoothly. The proposed novel method is implemented on a kinematic redundant manipulator with four degree-of-freedom(DOF) which belongs to the dulcimer music-playing robot. The numerical simulation results show that the joint positions are well-bounded within the joint limits and the manipulator has a good performance for tracking a given trajectory.

In the process of image acquisition and transmission, the image always generates noise due to internal and external interference. Noise reduces the quality of the image, and makes it difficult for subsequent image processing. Therefore, image denoising is very important in image processing. Wavelet denoising can effectively filter out noise and retain high-frequency information of the image, this method has the characteristics of fast operation speed and has become an important branch of image denoising. Threshold functions commonly used in wavelet threshold denoising include hard threshold function and soft threshold function. The hard threshold function is not continuous as a whole. Although the soft threshold function has good continuity, there is always a constant deviation between the processed coefficient and the original coefficient when the wavelet coefficient is large. In response to these deficiencies, this paper establishes a new improved threshold function based on traditional soft and hard threshold functions. By processing the thresholds of wavelet coefficients, a reasonable balance between smoothing and edge oscillations can be achieved after image denoising. The improved threshold function not only overcomes the shortcomings of the soft and hard threshold functions, but also provides more flexibility in the processing of image *** MATLAB simulation, the denoising effects of the soft, hard threshold functions and the threshold function constructed in this paper are compared in terms of signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) and root mean square error(MSE). The MATLAB simulation results show that compared with the traditional threshold function, the improved threshold function has a higher signal-to-noise ratio(SNR = 26.27709) and a smaller mean square error(MSE = 153.4579), and it has a good noise reduction effect.

Based on the relatively static head tracking system, we make improvements for OTSU algorithm to separate the binarized pupil image and the background image completely. I wrote a function to delete a small area that gets a complete and clear binarized pupil image for the existence of small area noise clump. A new measuring system for magnetic properties of the ferromagnetic thin film has developed based on magneto-optical Kerr effect(MOKE). This system can realize both polar MOKE and longitudinal MOKE measurements through the optimization of optical path and electromagnet’s poles. The signal processing software on Lab VIEW has been also designed to acquire the Kerr signal and plot the hysteresis loop. The MOKE measurements have been performed to investigate the magnetic properties of ferromagnetic films such as Co Fe Si B, permalloy and Ni Fe/Ag/Ni Fe multilayer. The experimental results proved that the system has a high angular accuracy of 0.0008°.

Aiming at the problem of image Jacobian matrix estimation, this paper proposes a method to get the motion state estimation of the object feature point at the current time by using the combination of robust Kalman filter and fuzzy adaptive method from the image feature space, and the estimation of the image Jacobian matrix can be obtained. Firstly, an adaptive robust decorrelation Kalman filter algorithm with colored measurement noise is proposed by reconstructing process equation and measurement equation and combining the mathematical characteristics of the standard Kalman filter noise. Secondly, by monitoring if the ratio between theoretical residual and actual residual is near 1, the fuzzy inference system constantly adjust the weighted measurement noise covariance and recursively correct the measurement noise covariance of the adaptive Kalman filter, and thus be able to estimate the position and velocity of the object feature point at the current time in the image space more accurately, then the estimation of image Jacobian matrix can be achieved accurately under unknown dynamic environment. The feasibility and superiority of the proposed method can be verified by the simulation and experimental results.
