MAPbI_(3)perovskite has attracted widespread interests for developing low-cost near infrared semiconductor gain ***,it faces the instability issue under operation conditions,which remains a critical *** is found that the instability of the MAPbI_(3)nanoplatelet laser comes from the thermal-induced degradation progressing from the surface defects towards neighboring *** using PbI_(2) passivation,the defect-initiated degradation is significantly suppressed and the nanoplatelet degrades in a layer-by-layer way,enabling the MAPbI_(3)laser to sustain for 4500 s(2.7×10^(7) pulses),which is nearly three times longer than that of the nanoplatelet laser without ***,the PbI_(2) passivated MAPbI_(3)nanoplatelet laser with the nanoplatelet cavity displays a maximum quality factor up to∼7800,the highest reported for all MAPbI_(3)nanoplatelet ***,a high stability MAPbI_(3)nanoplatelet laser that can last for 8500 s(5.1×10^(7) pulses)is demonstrated based on a dual passivation strategy,by retarding the defect-initiated degradation and surface-initiated degradation *** work provides in-depth insights for understanding the operating degradation of perovskite lasers,and the dual passivation strategy paves the way for developing high stability near infrared semiconductor laser media.

Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) technology provides a convenient and efficient power supply solution for mobile devices. The utilization of constant current (CC) and constant voltage (CV) control in WPT systems proves valuable for charging battery applications. This paper presents a novel WPT system with CC and CV output characteristics, employing a switching topology. Specifically, the LCC-S and LCC-P topologies are applied and rigorously simulated. The proposed MCR-WPT system’s output characteristics in both CC and CV modes are meticulously validated using Saber software. The simulation results distinctly demonstrate the system’s capability to achieve CC and CV outputs within a varying load resistance range of 5Ω to 30Ω, thus conclusively establishing the efficacy of the topology switching technology.

In recent years, micromanipulator with dual end-effectors called microhand has been widely used in industrial and biological fields. Whether the tip positions of the two end-effectors of the microhand can be accurately aligned seriously affects the precise grasping of the microhand. However, few researchers have presented practical ways for precisely aligning the tip positions of a 6-DOF microhand’s two end- effectors. This paper proposes a novel, inexpensive, lightweight, robust, and easy-to-use microhand dual end-effectors clamping device that can precisely and quickly align the two end-effectors of a 6-DOF microhand. First, we describe the microhand dual end-effectors clamping device’s lightweight structural design. After that, we simplify the microhand dual end-effectors clamping device model and create a mathematical model to determine the relationship between the end-effectors’ tip position and the rotation angles of screw No.1, screw No.2, screw No.3 of the microhand dual end-effectors clamping device. Through experimentation, we are able to attain precise alignment of the two end-effectors tip positions of the 6-DOF microhand, so we confirm that our mathematical model is true. Finally, we use the impulse response of PZT in the microhand’s lower module to confirm the stability of the microhand dual end- effectors clamping device. We believe that the proposed the microhand dual end-effectors clamping device has great potential in industrial and biological applications as a universal tool for precise alignment of the tip positions of the two end-effectors of a 6-DOF microhand.

Micromanipulation techniques that can achieve controlled fine operations at the micro scale play an important role in biomedical fields including embryo engineering, gene engineering, drug screening, and cell analysis. However, micromanipulation of biological micro-objects, such as cells and micro tissues, suffers from mechanical damage and low efficiency. Several techniques have been introduced to manipulate cells more easily, but most of them are restricted by expensive devices, limited work area, and potential damage to cellular structure. Here we develop a hydrodynamic manipulation method to rotate and transport mouse oocytes, which utilizes acoustic waves and micropipette to generate acoustic radiation force and excite microstreaming. This method can accomplish rotational and translational operations precisely and controllably. We tested the process of trapping, rotation, and transportation of the mouse oocytes, and measured rotational and translational speed with a range of applied voltage. The method was able to shorten the cost time of delivery and posture adjustment before oocyte injection. Our study provides an easy-to-use technique for oocyte manipulation without contact, and it has the potential to be universally applied in many cellular studies.

Aiming at the problems of high coupling,parameter uncertainty and external environment interference in practical applications of six degrees of freedom manipulator,a control strategy based on improved active disturbance rejection control was ***,in order to improve the response speed of the system,the sliding mode control tracking differentiator(SMC-TD) is designed based on the synovial *** order to reduce the system jitter,the new sliding mode function is used to improve the sliding mode control law,which reduces the system jitter and improves the system response ***,the han function is constructed to realize the design of continuous smooth extended state observer,and the improved fractional extended state observer(FO-ESO) is designed in combination with fractional calculus,which enhances the anti-interference ability of the ***,combined with the traditional nonlinear error feedback control law(NLSEF),an improved active disturbance rejection controller was built,and different control strategies were used to compare the six degrees of freedom manipulator in the same *** experimental results show that the controller has good control effect and anti-disturbance robustness,which proves the effectiveness of the proposed method.
