Although doped hole-transport materials(HTMs)off er an effi ciency benefi t for perovskite solar cells(PSCs),they inevi-tably diminish the ***,we describe the use of various chlorinated small molecules,specifi cally fl uorenone-triphenylamine(FO-TPA)-x-Cl[x=para,meta,and ortho(p,m,and o)],with diff erent chlorine-substituent positions,as dopant-free HTMs for *** chlorinated molecules feature a symmetrical donor-acceptor-donor structure and ideal intramolecular charge transfer properties,allowing for self-doping and the establishment of built-in potentials for improving charge *** effi cient hole-transfer interfaces are constructed between perovskites and these HTMs by strategi-cally modifying the chlorine ***,the chlorinated HTM-derived inverted PSCs exhibited superior effi ciencies and air ***,the dopant-free HTM FO-TPA-o-Cl not only attains a power conversion effi ciency of 20.82% but also demonstrates exceptional stability,retaining 93.8%of its initial effi ciency even after a 30-day aging test conducted under ambient air conditions in PSCs without *** fi ndings underscore the critical role of chlorine-substituent regulation in HTMs in ensuring the formation and maintenance of effi cient and stable PSCs.

This paper investigates the delay-dependent stability of time-delayed load frequency control (LFC) systems with multiple energy structures based on Lyapunov theory and linear matrix inequality (LMI) technology. Firstly, a multi-area delayed LFC model considering multiple renewable energy structures is established. Then, in order to improve the computation efficiency of stability analysis of large scale LFC systems, a new reconstruction technique for system model is proposed. Next, the improved delay-dependent stability criteria are established based on reconstructed model by using the Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, case studies are based on two-area LFC systems. Comparing with the criterion based on the original model without reconstruction, the calculation efficiency of proposed stability criteria has been greatly improved with the cost of small accuracy, and the calculation accuracy is better than the previous methods. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

High-speed physical key distribution is diligently pursued for secure *** this paper,we propose and experimentally demonstrate a scheme of high-speed key distribution using mode-shift keying chaos synchronization between two multi-longitudinal-mode Fabry–Perot lasers commonly driven by a super-luminescent *** users dynamically select one of the longitudinal modes according to private control codes to achieve mode-shift keying chaos *** two remote chaotic light waveforms are quantized to generate two raw random bit streams,and then those bits corresponding to chaos synchronization are sifted as shared keys by comparing the control *** this method,the transition time,i.e.,the chaos synchronization recovery time is determined by the rising time of the control codes rather than the laser transition response time,so the key distribution rate is improved *** experiment achieved a 0.75-Gbit/s key distribution rate with a bit error rate of 3.8×10^(−3)over 160-km fiber transmission with dispersion *** entropy rate of the laser chaos is evaluated as 16 Gbit/s,which determines the ultimate final key rate together with the key generation *** is therefore believed that the method pays a way for Gbit/s physical key distribution.

This article addresses an adaptive tracking control problem for uncertain high-order fully actuated (HOFA) systems with unknown parameters and disturbances. Under the framework of backstepping, the unknown parameter is estimated and the external disturbance is handled by using adaptive control and H8 technique, respectively. Moreover, the Levant differentiator is employed to reduce the computation burden. Additionally, the boundedness of signals in the closed-loop system is proven using the Lyapunov theory. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed scheme is validated through the simulation study. © 2024 IEEE.

With a high proportion of wind power generations connected to the grid, wind power generation is expected to be a black-start source. This paper proposed a black start scheme based on virtual synchronous generator (VSG) control for wind-storage combined system. The energy storage inverter was transformed into a VSG with the secondary frequency regulation ability by improved frequency synchronous control (IFSC), and a conventional VSG controller was designed for the rotor side inverter of doubly fed induction generator. And a control mode switching device was designed for the energy storage in order to maintain the grid stability after black start. This paper built the model of wind-storage combined system on the Matlab/Simulink for black start simulation. The simulation results show that the maximum frequency deviation is 68.75% lower than the conventional control when the ancillary machines of wind turbines were restored. What's more, the maximum frequency deviation shall not exceed 0.12%, and the maximum voltage deviation shall not exceed 8% during the black start process and the controllers can realize no-error frequency adjustment. Finally, control mode switching device can smoothly switch IFSC to VSG. Thus, the effectiveness of the proposed black start scheme and controllers are verified.

The participation of new energy reseurces in market trading needs accurate metering of new energy power generation. In order to establish a verification method for wind power generation metering data, a step-by-5tep k-means clustering algorithm based on discrete wavelet transform is proposed to explore the variation laws of wind power fluctuation, so that a basis for missing data fitting and abnormal data correction of wind power generation curves can be built. The frequency domain analysis of wind power generation data is carried out by using discrete wavelet transform, and the generation curve is decomposed into different frequency ranges. For the frequency domain results after multiple wavelets transforms, step-by-tep k-means clustering is carried out from the lowest frequency component to the highest frequency component. This processing method can etfetively ensure that the information of stroke fluctuation is not lost in the clustering process. Typical curves extracted based on clustering are used to fit the missing data. The proposed method is simulated by using the wind power generation data of some wind farms in East China, and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to mitigate the adverse impact of denial of service (DoS) attacks, this work designs a parameter self-tuning controller based on fuzzy rules for vehicle platoons with vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communications. Aiming at achieving the cooperative adaptive cruise control (CACC) of the vehicles with a required inter-vehicle distance and the same velocity, while considering the possible DoS attacks, we propose a parameter self-tuning longitudinal controller combining linear control and fuzzy control to enhance the stability and resilience of the platoon systems. Firstly, by analyzing the dynamic characteristics of vehicles and the mechanism of DoS attacks, we establish the dynamic model of vehicle platoons and model the impact of random DoS attacks as a constant data transmission delay, whose probability distribution can be defined using the Bernoulli random variable. Then, a linear controller based on fuzzy control is designed for longitudinal control to guarantee that the platoon keeps a reference velocity and the specified inter-vehicle distance under DoS attacks. Finally, thorough simulations are performed and the detailed results show the performance of the secure longitudinal control scheme for vehicle platoons in terms of stability and security. © 2023 IEEE.

There is a significant gap between the academic research and practical application of urban distribution network planning. In general, the distribution network planning in academic research does not consider the impact of real street layout on planning, which makes most distribution network models difficult to apply in practice. In addition, the planning of substations and feeders in urban distribution network planning is often carried out separately, which often leads to suboptimal planning results. The objective function that is often used in academia is also difficult to meet the needs of field planners. Aiming at the above problems, this paper proposes a joint planning model of substations and feeders in urban distribution network considering real street layout, fully considers the influence of real street layout on feeders and substations planning. The model uses the minimum load moment as the objective function and further improves it. The proposed model is recast as a mixed integer linear programming (MILP) problem, and it can be solved by the state-of-art commercial solver. The effectiveness and validity of the proposed model are illustrated on a 16-block test system.

The classification of customer is an essential basis for demand-side-oriented power system operation and control research. In order to accurately identify the customer behavior, this paper proposes a classification method of customer based on load curve image information. Inspired by the application of deep learning theory in image processing, the one-dimensional load series is transformed into a two-dimensional recurrence plot as the input sample, then convolutional neural network (CNN) and support vector machine (SVM) algorithms are combined to construct a load feature extraction and customer classification model, so that the machine vision technique can work to extract curve feature without temporal information loss of the load data. SVM is introduced as the classifier in the CNN model, and the optimal classification hyperplane is built in the high-dimensional feature space by adjusting the classification threshold and hyperplane normal vector which enables the customer classification to accurately reflect the daily load curve feature. Simulations are performed using practical load data of a city in China, and the results show that the load curve image information based method has satisfactory performance in terms of the effectiveness of customer classification and the accuracy of feature extraction.
