[1] proposed a novel analysis and forecast method of electricity business expansion based on Seasonal Adjustment, we extend this work to include the effect the micro and macro aspects, respectively. From micro aspect, we introduce the concept of load factor to forecast the stable value of electricity consumption of single new consumer after the installation of new capacity of the high-voltage transformer. From macro aspects, considering the growth of business expanding is also stimulated by the growth of electricity sales, it is necessary to analyse the antecedent relationship between business expanding and electricity sales. First, forecast electricity consumption of customer group and release rules of expanding capacity, respectively. Second, contrast the degree of fitting and prediction accuracy to find out the antecedence relationship and analyse the reason. Also, it can be used as a contrast to observe the influence of customer group in different ranges on the prediction precision. Finally, Simulation results indicate that the proposed method is accurate to help determine the value of expanding capacity and electricity consumption.

To solve the internal distribution problem of microgrid operation benefit, a benefit distribution method based on the economic operation and cooperative game theory is proposed, which can satisfy individual rationality and global efficiency. It can be used to estimate value of various participants in microgrid and provide references for payment and settlement inside microgrid as well. The influence of characteristics of participants on the result of the distribution is analyzed through a typical example. Results indicates that the method proposed in this paper can realize rational distribution of microgrid benefit, and it could also guide and stimulate participants to improve own characteristics.

Inefficient utilization of electricity business expanding data in State Grid Companies related departments still exist. It is because of their excessive attention on the speed of electricity supply and the quality of service, but ignores the potential useful information of the data implied in the future electricity sale market. With this regard, this paper proposes a novel analysis and forecast method of electricity business expanding based on seasonal adjustment, which focuses more closely on the relationship between expanding capacity and electricity consumption. Firstly, the seasonal adjustment method on power consumption of customer aims at eliminating the influence of seasonal fluctuation on the trend of electricity consumption growth, seeking the internal rules of their time series, and selecting typical customers that are representative. The release rules of newly installed capacity of the customer group consisted of the selected typical customers can be obtain by the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method. Secondly, the seasonal adjustments on expanding capacity and electricity sales are respectively used to find their trend cycles (TC). The month that the correlation degree of the two trend cycles is maximal can be found out through the grey correlation analysis method to realize the electricity sales forecasting. Compared to conventional electricity demand forecasting method, the proposed method can effectively overcome the regional power grid unstable problem resulted from the inaccurate statistic rule of the conventional method and improve the accuracy of electricity forecasting. Example analysis verifies the validity and engineering practicability of the proposed method.

In traditional Power Flow (PF) formulations, the unbalancing power that caused by the transmission power loss (TPL) is provided by sole slack bus, which introduces some errors. Such errors are involved in the results of Continuation Power Flow (CPF) which is based on the parameterized PF formulations. Moreover, for certain class of systems, this kind of errors could be significant and few research centres on assessing the CPF with multiple slack buses (MSB). In addition, the impact of the allocations of the slack buses on PF and CPF results has not been well demonstrated. Therefore, this paper analyses the performances of the PF and CPF formulations involving MSB by applying them to calculate the Maximum Loading Point (MLP). It captures the allocation of the unbalancing power by assigning it to MSB according to a set of proportionality coefficients. Since the formulations could generate different results according to various sets of the proportionality coefficients, it is obvious that optimization techniques could be adopted to give optimal coefficients aiming at specific objectives. A particle swarm optimization (PSO) and CPF based approach is presented to help search the optimal proportionality coefficients for the MSBs with the objective of minimizing the TPL. The case studies based on the IEEE 5-bus test system and the IEEE 14-bus test system show the efficiency of the proposed approaches.

The transmission characteristics of electromagnetic wave in the parallel planar waveguide system filled with zero index metamaterials, in which embedded with dielectric rings, is improved based on the general theoretical analysis. We conceive that higher-order modes can be produced in the dielectric rings under the isotropic medium of zero index metamaterials, and also analyze the condition of producing high order modes and the resonance characteristics for several of the whispering gallery mode (WGM). The theoretical results are simulated by COMSOL and its correctness is verified. The conclusion of this paper has important application value in the manipulation of electromagnetic waves, power allocation and sensing, so on.
