In the practical application of model predictive control in power electronics, both online computational burden and model accuracy are crucial. This paper presents an explicit model predictive control method based on input-mapping *** address the issue of parameter drift in the forward DC-DC converter system, the input-mapping method is introduced to compensate for model deviations using historical data. Firstly, the average model of the forward DC-DC converter system is introduced. For the control objective of voltage tracking, an explicit predictive control using the incremental model is ***, input-mapping method is integrated with explicit predictive control. During offline computation, analytical forms of the input-mapping combination coefficients and the optimal solution function of explicit model predictive control are *** computation of combination coefficients is conducted to obtain the optimal solution rapidly. Transformer is the most critical equipment in the power system. In recent years, secondary silicon steel sheets have been used in the manufacture of transformer cores, which has caused hidden dangers in the quality of transformers. Currently, the main testing method for transformer core materials is disassembly testing, and there is no effective non-destructive testing method. Because magnetic Buckhausen noise (MBN) signals can reflect the internal defects of ferromagnetic components, this paper uses MBN testing methods to conduct non-destructive testing and analysis the side of transformer core silicon steel sheets. In the study of transformer core MBN signals, it was found that the waveform, frequency, amplitude and other parameters of the excitation signal can affect the eigenvalues of the transformer core MBN signal. The effects of excitation signal waveform, frequency, and amplitude on the characteristic values of MBN signals on the side of transformer core silicon steel sheet were experimentally studied. The research results show that when the excitation signal is a square wave with an amplitude of about 5V, excellent MBN signals can be excited. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu. Co., Ltd. 2024.

Aiming at track association before and after multi-target track interruption, a track associating method on the basis of transitive closure fuzzy clustering is proposed. Firstly, the method converts the traditional track fuzzy similarity matrix into a fuzzy equivalent matrix by squaring method, and split sub-blocks of the equivalent matrix. Then the method calculates final track correlation matrix based on correlating threshold function related to track interruption duration, and obtains correct track association by the correlation matrix. The simulation proves that, the proposed method improves association accuracy comparing with other association algorithms based on fuzzy theory, and presents a more significant advantage in the case that targets maneuver and tracks cross. © 2022, The Editor(s) (if applicable) and The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Traffic light is the most significant component of road transportation. Traffic lights control the traffic movement at intersections by allowing the movement of some lanes and forbidding that of the others to ensure safety and efficiency. It is important for intelligent vehicles to understand the meaning of traffic lights. Conventional research works on traffic light detection and tracking consider each light independently, so the occlusion of some lights may mislead the decision of the vehicle. Since all traffic lights at an intersection work together, it is more essential to understand the traffic movement status controlled by the traffic lights rather than the perception of a single light. Therefore, this paper proposes a spatial-temporal-rule-based framework to interpret the current traffic movement status and predict the next status. The spatial information, including position and class, is obtained by traffic light detection. The temporal information is perceived by the proposed topologic-feature-based tracking method. The rule information is recognized by combination of spatial and temporal information. A dual-view camera system consisting of a telephoto camera and a wide-angle camera is adopted to ensure long perception distance and wide coverage simultaneously. The successful tracking of traffic lights from 200 m to 10 m away provides enough data to recognize the phase-change rule, which leads to correct interpretation and prediction. A customized dataset was collected, and experiments were conducted to illustrate the capability of the proposed method. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper provides an oscillation trajectory optimization and control method for two-link underactuated manipulators (UMs) in a vertical plane. The proposed method solves the problem that the UMs cannot always enter the balance region in the partitioning method. First, we establish the system dynamic model, and analyze the system couple characteristics. Then, we program an oscillation trajectory for the active link, and use the intelligent method to obtain the trajectory parameters, so ensuring the system can reach the area adjacent to the target position through tracking control. Next, we design the controller to realize the stable control at the target position. Finally, the simulation results show the effectiveness and generality of the control strategy. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

As a metric to measure the information freshness, Age of Information (AoI) is widely used to evaluate low-latency high-reliability communication. Since the communication in Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) often has the special requirements, the relationship among AoI, reliability and block length in time-critical scenarios with bounded latency and non-time-critical scenarios without bounded latency is explored respectively in this paper, based on erasure channels using rateless codes. We build a model using LT codes over erasure channels and consider two metrics: average AoI and bounded AoI. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that AoI has a minimum value with different block lengths. Furthermore, we draw a conclusion that the minimum value of AoI under different reliability is monotonically decreasing functioned with reliability. Finally, the impact of overhead on reliability and AoI of LT codes in time-critical scenarios is studied. © 2024 IEEE.

The decoding success rate may be worse when classical degree distributions are used in short-packet transmission of rateless codes, especially in industrial communication scenarios. A novel Boltzmann degree distribution is proposed for Luby Transform (LT) codes. The Boltzmann degree distribution has a high decoding success rate for short-packet transmission but a lower decoding success rate in long-packet transmission. To balance the performance of rateless codes for short and long packet transmission, the Boltzmann degree distribution and the robust soliton distribution (RSD) are combined with a new joint degree distribution, called Boltzmann Robust Soliton Distribution (BRSD). Simulation results show that compared with RSD and Poisson robust soliton distribution (PRSD), the proposed joint distribution can achieve a higher decoding success rate and reduce the average degree, especially in short-packet transmission of industrial communication. © 2024 IEEE.

In recent studies, the generalization of neural radiance fields for novel view synthesis task has been widely explored. However, existing methods are limited to objects and indoor scenes. In this work, we extend the generalization task to outdoor scenes, trained only on object-level datasets. This approach presents two challenges. Firstly, the significant distributional shift between training and testing scenes leads to black artifacts in rendering results. Secondly, viewpoint changes in outdoor scenes cause ghosting or missing regions in rendered images. To address these challenges, we propose a geometric correction module and an appearance correction module based on multi-head attention mechanisms. We normalize rendered depth and combine it with light direction as query in the attention mechanism. Our network effectively corrects varying scene structures and geometric features in outdoor scenes, generalizing well from object-level to unseen outdoor scenes. Additionally, we use appearance correction module to correct appearance features, preventing rendering artifacts like blank borders and ghosting due to viewpoint changes. By combining these modules, our approach successfully tackles the challenges of outdoor scene generalization, producing high-quality rendering results. When evaluated on four datasets (Blender, DTU, LLFF, Spaces), our network outperforms previous methods. Notably, compared to MVSNeRF, our network improves average PSNR from 19.369 to 25.989, SSIM from 0.838 to 0.889, and reduces LPIPS from 0.265 to 0.224 on Spaces outdoor scenes. © 2023, CC BY.

In this paper,component parameters of the boost converter are identified online using a multiple updating recursive least squares(MURLS) *** component parameters,such as resistance,inductor inductance and capacitor capacitance,are obtained directly through the identification procedure rather than transfer function *** MURLS algorithm is applied to improve the rapidity of system identification compared to the traditional recursive least squares(RLS) algorithm,which is verified by a comparative simulation between MURLS and RLS and the simulation of a load-switching scenario.

A Monitoring Method for the Ice Shape and the Freeze-Thaw Process of Ice Accretion on Transmission Lines Based on Circular FBG Plane Principal Strain Sensor

As a key infrastructure for China's "West-to-East Power Transmission" project, transmission lines (TL) face the threat of ice accretion under complex microclimatic conditions. This study proposes a plane principal strain sensing method based on a fiber Bragg grating circular array, achieving synchronous monitoring of 6 strains (ranging from -2000 to 2000 μΕ) across the TL cross-section. Through finite element simulation experiments, a mapping relationship between the bending of TL and the plane principal strain has been established. After completing the sensor calibration, an experimental platform for the freeze-thaw process of ice accretion on the TL was built. The relationships between ice mass and bending strain, as well as the ice shape on the TL cross-section (C-shaped and circular ice) and plane principal strain, were studied. Furthermore, a BP neural network model was developed to determine the 4 states of the icing process (no ice/freeze/stable/thaw), achieving an accuracy of 91.23%. This study provides effective monitoring of the freeze-thaw process of ice accretion on the TL, offering important technical support for the prevention and control of ice accretion in power grid.
