This article investigates a fractional-order coupled Hindmarsh-Rose neural networks ***,the existence and stability of an equilibrium point in the system are ***,the periodic bifurcation behavior of the system on a twoparameter plane is studied,and numerical simulations show the existence of both non-chaotic and chaotic plus periodic bifurcation behavior on the two-parameter ***,a feedback controller was designed to stabilize the bifurcation point of the delayed system and increase the stable range of the system.

User-side distributed energy storage, as a flexible demand response resource, possesses excellent source-load interaction characteristics and can effectively interact with the power grid. However, currently in China, user-side distributed energy storage resources often face difficulties in directly participating in grid regulation due to factors such as dispersed geographical distribution, small individual installed capacity, and uncertain output time. To address this issue, this paper proposes an optimal economic dispatch strategy for microgrids that considers distributed energy storage aggregation. First, a distributed energy storage aggregator is introduced to manage scattered user-side distributed energy storage resources in a scaled manner, and the scheduling potential of distributed energy storage in each time period is assessed based on consumer psychology theory. Subsequently, a multi-objective optimal dispatch model for microgrids is constructed, which takes into account both economic and environmental aspects. The multi-objective optimization problem is transformed into a single-objective optimization problem using the weighted assignment method, and the CPLEX solver is employed to solve the problem. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method in this paper are verified through a microgrid test system.

The coarse pointing assembly (CPA), as the outer loop of the laser terminal, its tracking stability is the basis for ensuring laser communication. This paper presents the model of the CPA. Aiming at the disturbance factors in the low-speed operation process of the CPA, an active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) method for the position loop of the CPA is designed based on the generalized proportional integral observer (GPIO) to achieve disturbance compensation control. Finally, simulations are carried out on the system model. The simulation results show that compared with the PID control strategy adopted, the proposed ADRC strategy based on GPIO of the CPA can effectively improve the tracking accuracy.

In order to mitigate the adverse impact of denial of service (DoS) attacks, this work designs a parameter self-tuning controller based on fuzzy rules for vehicle platoons with vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communications. Aiming at achieving the cooperative adaptive cruise control (CACC) of the vehicles with a required inter-vehicle distance and the same velocity, while considering the possible DoS attacks, we propose a parameter self-tuning longitudinal controller combining linear control and fuzzy control to enhance the stability and resilience of the platoon systems. Firstly, by analyzing the dynamic characteristics of vehicles and the mechanism of DoS attacks, we establish the dynamic model of vehicle platoons and model the impact of random DoS attacks as a constant data transmission delay, whose probability distribution can be defined using the Bernoulli random variable. Then, a linear controller based on fuzzy control is designed for longitudinal control to guarantee that the platoon keeps a reference velocity and the specified inter-vehicle distance under DoS attacks. Finally, thorough simulations are performed and the detailed results show the performance of the secure longitudinal control scheme for vehicle platoons in terms of stability and security.

This paper investigates online stochastic aggregative games subject to local set constraints and time-varying coupled inequality constraints, where each player possesses a time-varying expectation-valued cost function relying on not only its own decision variable but also an aggregation of all the players’ variables. Each player can only access its local individual cost function and constraints, necessitating partial information exchanges with neighboring players through time-varying unbalanced networks. Additionally, local cost functions and constraint functions are not prior knowledge and only revealed gradually. To learn generalized Nash equilibria of such games, a novel distributed online stochastic algorithm is devised based on push-sum and primal-dual strategies. Through rigorous analysis, high probability bounds on the regret and constraint violation are provided by appropriately selecting decreasing stepsizes. Moreover, for a time-invariant stochastic strongly monotone game, it is shown that the generated sequence by the designed algorithm converges to its variational generalized Nash equilibrium (GNE) almost surely, and the time-averaged sequence converges sublinearly with high probability. In view of the fact that renewable energy power generations such as wind and solar energy have been integrated into the power system in a high proportion in a distributed manner, driven by factors such as privacy and security of various power supply stakeholders, the power supply of the power system presents a decentralized management and control situation, making the traditional centralized DC optimal power flow difficult to achieve. In this paper, a fully decentralized DC optimal power flow model, its solution method and application are proposed. Firstly, based on the economic dispatch model of the traditional consensus algorithm, the node phase decentralized calculation method is established and the active power flow decentralized calculation method of the transmission line is given to determine the system overload line. Secondly, the improved Lagrangian optimal model of the centralized DC optimal power flow is proposed and the optimization equations are derived. Thirdly, on this basis, combined with the improved traditional consensus algorithm, the fully distributed DC optimal power flow model and its solution method are realized. Finally, a real system is taken as an example to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2023 IEEE.

For patients requiring upper limb rehabilitation, the hand rehabilitation robot assists the patient in completing movements within a certain training trajectory to achieve therapeutic results. There have been studies based on deep learning to convert surface electromyography (sEMG) signals into sEMG images for motion intention analysis. Although good recognition accuracy has been achieved, the working principle of neural networks and the processing of image features by the networks are not well explained. The interpretability of deep neural networks determines human confidence in neural network decisions. In this paper, we design a method based on feature importance and implicit correlation for hand motion intention recognition, experimentally explored that convolutional neural networks have implicit definitions for sEMG grayscale images of the same hand gesture action, and verified the effectiveness of the designed method.

This paper presents a method to enhance the Q factor of Fabry-Pérot cavities using a vertical dielectric interface (DI) made of silicon and air, which generates a bouncing ball model. The method is applied to detect alcohol gas concentrations with high resolution. Specifically, we introduce a 450 µm-thick silicon wafer into the Fabry-Pérot (FP) cavity, where it is positioned at an angle of inclination. This addition considerably augments the light-matter interaction, effectively confining the light within the cavity. The Q factor of the FP cavity with DI is always higher than that of the open FP cavity in the inclination angle range of 0 to 1°. Moreover, the effective mode area of the FP cavity with DI is smaller. Furthermore, the FP cavity with DI reduces the effective mode area and diminishes the lateral walk-off loss experienced in the open FP cavity. Finally, we experimentally verified the effectiveness of this method by detecting alcohol gas concentrations ranging from 28.5 ppm to 142.5 ppm and achieving a Q factor improvement from 5.9×104 to 1.2×105. The system sensitivity was calculated to be 0.5294 pm/ppm, and the resolution obtained was 28.5 ppm. © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.

In order to solve the problem of low accuracy of traditional fault location method when the feeder of distribution network contains load branches, this paper proposes an accurate fault location method for single-phase grounding fault of feeder in distribution network with load branches based on fault secondary discrimination. By analyzing the feeder fault recording data, the fault point is identified twice to determine whether the fault point occurs on the load branch. According to different fault location, the voltage of the fault point is calculated by using the voltage and current of the two ends of the fault section. The voltage of the calculated fault point should be equal. The objective function of the minimum voltage difference of the fault point is written, and the fault distance x under the minimum voltage difference is obtained. The simulation model of 10KV distribution network is built on PSCAD, which verifies the accuracy of the ranging algorithm and has certain ability to resist transition resistance, which has certain engineering practice value.
