Taking the dual magnetic steel force motor used in a certain type of direct drive valve as the research object, the corresponding single magnetic steel force motor is derived according to its structure. Due to the similar structure of the single magnetic steel force motor and the dual magnetic steel force motor, the Ansoft electromagnetic simulation software can be used under the same conditions of armature parameters, air gap width, number of coil turns, and parts materials, etc. By analyzing the difference between the output force of single magnetic and dual magnetic force motors, the characteristics of the electromagnetic output force of both are determined. © 2022 IEEE.

Civil aircraft boarding gate is an important channel for passengers to enter and exit the aircraft, and is also an important part of the aircraft structure, with the function of maintaining cockpit pressure. Traditional boarding doors are made of metal, and with the large number of composite materials used in the bearing structure of civil aircraft, composite boarding doors are also used in new civil aircraft. The strength of the connection inside the new composite boarding gate is related to the safety of passengers and crew. This paper focuses on the connection problem of the internal structure of composite boarding gate, aiming to analyze its connection strength under working conditions. This paper establishes a real finite element model of the boarding gate according to the loading condition and force transmission characteristics of the civil aircraft door and analyzes the connection strength of the structure such as the skin and the transverse and longitudinal beams, the skin and the side frame, the transverse and longitudinal beams connection, and the stop block in turn. The study shows that the strength of the connecting structures of the boarding gate designed by using composite materials is reasonable and can meet the service requirements of the boarding gate, thus demonstrating the rationality of the boarding gate structure designed with composite materials. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Recent years, many researches have begun to study bird-like perch landing method. The advantage of perch landing for fixed-wing aircraft is that the landing time and space can be saved. However, the control problem of perch landing for fixed-wing aircraft at the high angle of attack is challenging because of the rapid change of the angle of attack and the unsteady airflow field. This paper considers the control problem of nonlinear motion equations with high angle of attack caused by perch landing, plans perch landing trajectory on the nonlinear motion model by the optimal control theory, and designs longitudinal control law based on system identification and lateral control law based on dynamic inverse. The simulation results show that compared with regular landing, the landing time and space can be significantly shortened by perch landing. Besides, the perturbation test results reveal good accuracy and stability of control algorithm. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

During resistance spot welding of zinc-coated advanced high-strength steels (AHSS), cracks which are promoted by liquid metal embrittlement (LME) may occur. According to previous researches, welding current, welding time, electrode tip diameter and electrode misalignment angle are significant factors on LME cracking. In this study, the effects of these four factors on LME cracking were compared with an orthogonal design experiment. After welding, numbers and lengths of cracks were measured, and Crack Index (CI) of each experiment group was calculated for comparison. As the result, two types of LME cracks, i.e., Type A cracks located at the indentation of electrode tip and Type B cracks located at the indentation of electrode shoulder were observed. The order of influence degree on CI of Type A crack from high to low was welding current > electrode tip diameter > electrode misalignment angle > welding time. The order of influence degree on CI of Type B crack was electrode tip diameter > electrode misalignment angle > welding time > welding current. The result reveals that modifying welding current is the most effective way to reduce Type A cracks and optimizing the electrode tip diameter is significant for preventing Type B cracks. © 2025 The Iron and Steel Institute of Japan.

The reliability requirements of the aviation electromechanical actuator system are high, and the three-redundancy motor is often used to provide reliable propulsion power. The triple-redundancy PMSMs is composed of a nine-phase stator winding and a permanent magnet rotor. When a redundancy fails, the fault redundancy is actively removed, and the use of other redundancy can still maintain the normal operation of the system to ensure that the entire system can maintain normal operation. However, the traditional 3-dq modeling method ignores the mutual inductance and flux linkage coupling between different windings, and it is difficult to achieve a smooth transition of redundancy removal. The purpose of this paper is to propose a decoupling control method for multi-stator modeling, which eliminates the cross-coupling of mutual inductance between redundancy and retains the modular control characteristics of 3-dq decoupling. When one or two redundant faults occur, the fault winding is actively removed to reduce the dynamic transition time of speed and torque during redundancy switching and realize the smooth transition of fault winding removal. © 2023 IEEE.

Energy management strategies (EMSs) play a crucial role in determining the power distribution of hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs). Recently, deep reinforcement learning (DRL) has emerged as a prominent approach for developing EMSs. This paper proposes a DRL-based EMS for a series hybrid electric tracked vehicle (SHETV) equipped with an enginegenerator set (EGS) and a battery pack to improve fuel economy. Firstly, an improved soft actor-critic (SAC) algorithm is formulated by integrating the prioritized experience replay (PER) mechanism. Subsequently, an EMS is developed based on the improved SAC algorithm. Then, a comprehensive evaluation is conducted to assess the superiority of proposed EMS. Extensive comparisons reveal that the proposed EMS achieves a 31.82% faster convergence speed and enhances fuel economy by 4.28% compared to the EMS based on the standard SAC algorithm.

To explore the influence of the fusion of different features on recognition,this paper took the electromyography(EMG)signals of rectus femoris under different motions(walk,step,ramp,squat,and sitting)as samples,linear features(time-domain features(variance(VAR)and root mean square(RMS)),frequency-domain features(mean frequency(MF)and mean power frequency(MPF)),and nonlinear features(empirical mode decomposition(EMD))of the samples were *** feature fusion algorithms,the series splicing method and complex vector method,were designed,which were verified by a double hidden layer(BP)error back propagation neural *** show that with the increase of the types and complexity of feature fusions,the recognition rate of the EMG signal to actions is gradually *** the EMG signal is used in the series splicing method,the recognition rate of time-domain+frequency-domain+empirical mode decomposition(TD+FD+EMD)splicing is the highest,and the average recognition rate is 92.32%.And this rate is raised to 96.1%by using the complex vector method,and the variance of the BP system is also reduced.

Binocular stereo vision technology is a critical area of research in computer vision, with widespread applications across various domains. Addressing the need for real-time crowd flow statistics, this study presents a head detection algorithm utilizing images captured by binocular cameras. The approach involves initial image rectification followed by analysis using binocular disparity and visual target acquisition algorithms. It further identifies head contours by examining depth profiles, depth map characteristics, and geometric features of the head's circular top area obtained from binocular stereo imaging. This method employs a depth-layered approach to extract head presence information, leveraging the circular head outline as a key geometric feature for recognition through a binocular stereo vision matching algorithm. The process efficiently detects head contours under binocular vision, resulting in high accuracy and speed in head detection within complex environments.
