This paper proposes a frequency control (FC) scheme for radar systems that aims to improve target tracking accuracy under dynamic jamming environments. Specifically, the radar must alter the transmit frequency to reduce the impact of jamming. To combat the dynamic jammer, we construct FC as a Markov Decision Process (MDP) within a reinforcement learning framework. By applying a policy iteration technique to the MDP, an optimal strategy can be learned guiding the radar how to choose the transmit frequency at every frame. Since the entire target tracking process is real-time, a trade-off method is to balance the relationship between the model update and FC scheme utilization until online tracking process is over. Simulation results indicate that the proposed method can evidently beat the dynamic jamming and improve the target tracking accuracy. © 2024 IEEE.

To design an efficient protocol for sharing the encrypted lock keys in the renting house system,we introduce a new notion called time-and identitybased proxy reencryption(TIPRE)and the blockchain *** CPA secure TIPRE scheme is constructed from Green et al.’s identity-based proxy reencryption scheme by adding the time *** every time period,a time stamp authority generates a public key embedded with the current time stamp for each *** our protocol for the renting house system,the TIPRE scheme is the primary building block,and the blockchain platform serves instead of a trusted third party,such as a real estate agency between landlords and *** TIPRE scheme allows the landlord to change the lock key at each time period for *** blockchain platform allows the landlords and tenants to directly interact,and all of the interactions are recorded in the blockchain database to provide the desired security requirements,such as nonrepudiation and ***,we provide the secure analysis of our protocol and test its performance by implementing it in the MacBook Pro and the Intel Edison development platforms.

As the power grid undergoes transformation and the Internet's influence grows, the electricity market is evolving towards informatization. Traditional power marketing methods struggle to cope with the vast and intricate data of the modern power market. To address this challenge, this study employs random forest and PBF models for processing electricity market data. Additionally, it introduces the spectral clustering algorithm for a comprehensive analysis. The experimental results successfully extract diverse electricity consumption characteristics. This approach aids in advancing the informatization of power grid enterprises, boosting their capacity to perceive power data, and furnishing decision-makers with dependable support. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Recently,object detection based on convolutional neural networks(CNNs)has developed *** backbone networks for basic feature extraction are an important component of the whole detection ***,we present a new feature extraction strategy in this paper,which name is *** this strategy,we design:1)a sandwich attention feature fusion module(SAFF module).Its purpose is to enhance the semantic information of shallow features and resolution of deep features,which is beneficial to small object detection after feature fusion.2)to add a new stage called D-block to alleviate the disadvantages of decreasing spatial resolution when the pooling layer increases the receptive *** method proposed in the new stage replaces the original method of obtaining the P6 feature map and uses the result as the input of the regional proposal network(RPN).In the experimental phase,we use the new strategy to extract *** experiment takes the public dataset of Microsoft Common Objects in Context(MS COCO)object detection and the dataset of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)image classification as the experimental object *** results show that the average recognition accuracy of COVID-19 in the classification dataset is improved to 98.163%,and small object detection in object detection tasks is improved by 4.0%.

With the development of mobile technology, users gradually store financial information and personal privacy data on mobile terminals, which makes mobile security particularly important. In order to effectively improve the detection speed of application privacy leaks, this paper proposes a concept of service binding, binding a minimum privacy permission set for each service provided by the application. Use the service binding concept to make the static analysis phase track only the sensitive data flow paths between APIs that apply the service's privacy permissions. In order to make up for the lack of static analysis to predict the behavior of application privacy leakage, this paper proposes a static analysis that effectively combines machine learning algorithms, abstracts the path characteristics of the static data streams obtained from static analysis into feature vectors, and further uses machine learning algorithms for learning classification. The experimental demonstration and performance analysis results show that the privacy leak detection mechanism based on service binding has faster detection speed and higher accuracy than FlowDroid. © 2024 IEEE.

Virtual Machine Consolidation (VMC) is an effective means to improve the resource utilization and reduce energy consumption of data centers. However, the VMC optimization that only considers energy consumption may lead to SLA (Service-Level Agreements) violations and thus fail to guarantee the QoS (Quality of Service) provided. Therefore, it is necessary to consider both energy saving and SLA violations in the process of VMC. In this paper, we propose an energy and SLA-aware VMC algorithm that considers both energy saving and SLA violation optimization in data centers. The proposed algorithm uses the local regression method to predict the utilization of virtual machines, based on which it determines whether the host will be overloaded, so as to make the decision of virtual machine migrations. The proposed VMC algorithm is evaluated with CloudSim toolkit. Simulation results demonstrate that our algorithm has good energy saving performance and can effectively reduce SLA violation in cloud data center. Considering energy consumption and SLA violation, the ESV can be reduced by 7.57% on average and 16.36% at most compared with other algorithms. © 2023 IEEE.

As a tool for studying uncertain information, cloud model is of great significance in uncertain artificial intelligence and data mining. Among them, the backward cloud transformation method is one of the important algorithms of cloud model, which can realize the conversion from quantitative data to qualitative concepts. In this paper, a dynamic incremental backward cloud transformation algorithm is proposed to solve the problem that the estimated value of hyper entropy is imaginary when the backward cloud transformation method is used to calculate hyper entropy. First, according to the formation characteristics of cloud drops, the generated samples and the original samples are fused as new samples by dynamically and randomly generating samples, and then the hyper entropy is estimated until the estimated value of hyper entropy is real. Secondly, the stability and convergence of the algorithm proposed in this paper are analyzed through simulation experiments. The experimental results show that the new dynamic incremental backward cloud transformation algorithm solves the problem that the hyper entropy estimation value is imaginary while the estimation error is small and the stability is good. Finally, the algorithm is applied to brain CT segmentation, and the results show that the algorithm is effective and practical. © 2023 The authors and IOS Press.
