With the wide application of remote sensing data service platform, the platform accumulates more and more data, and the remote sensing users' demand for remote sensing data service becomes more and more diverse. Therefore, how to deal with remote sensing service data, make statistics and analyze its potential value, and meet the diverse needs of remote sensing users becomes particularly important. Based on big data technology, this paper firstly collects and stores remote sensing user behavior data and remote sensing service platform business data, then uses Hive to build offline data warehouse, performs dimensional modeling and hierarchical design of the data, and finally obtains relevant index data values by statistical analysis. Through the statistical analysis of remote sensing service data can not only provide data support for active service mode, but also provide support for the decision of remote sensing application department managers. © 2021 IEEE.

To deeply excavate the information contained in user data and better alleviate cold start problem, we propose KGCN++, a user information enhanced knowledge graph convolutional networks model for recommender system, which simulates nerves' influence diffusion of information of user and items in a unified framework. The model combines user information and user-item interaction information into a user knowledge graph, which advances KGCN by injecting high-order user potential information reflected in user graph and high-order influence of items reflected in item knowledge graph. In addition, we have designed the influence factors of different items on users, which are used to characterize the weight of items on the user's information dissemination, so as to distinguish users with different information. Through extensive experiments on real-world datasets, we demonstrate that KGCN++ achieves substantial gains in a variety of ecenarios, including movie and book recommendation, better performance compared to the other methods. © 2022 IEEE

Load forecasting is an essential part in power system management and planning. In recent years, more and more researchers started to focus on the behavior of terminal customers, trying to improve the accuracy of load forecasting. This paper proposes to use the neuron network model to predict each user's load first, and then aggregate all the forecasting results to get higher-level prediction. In order to speed up the process, we also design a model based on CUDA. We conducted several experiments on real-world data (160 thousand consumers' load profiles) and the results confirm the effectiveness and efficiency of our method. © 2023 IEEE.

Compared with noble metals, improving the sensitivity of semiconducting surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) substrates is of great significance to their fundamental research and practical application of Raman spectroscopy. Herein, a simple chemical method is developed to synthesize a rhenium trioxide(ReO_(3)) microtubes assembled with highly crystalline nanoparticles. The ReO_(3) microtubes show a strong and well-defined surface plasmon resonance(SPR) behavior in visible region, which is rare for non-noble metals. As a low-cost SERS substrate, the plasmonic ReO_(3) microtubes exhibit a Raman enhancement factor of 8.9×10^(5) and a lowest detection limit of 1.0×10^(-9) mol/L for phenolic pollutants. Moreover, these ReO_(3) microtubule SERS substrates show excellent chemical stability and can resist the corrosion of strong acids and bases.

Two-stream convolutional network is the mainstream method of human action recognition, which can achieve excellent recognition precision in most datasets. However, the challenge of two-stream convolutional network is that it can not model human action well. To tackle this issue, this paper proposes Pose Recalibration Module (PRM) to better model human action features. The proposed PRM is composed of three components: (1) Part Affinity Fields pose estimator Module to explicitly capture human actions and generate human joint heatmap, (2) Multi-scale Action Extraction Module to construct different scales of joint heatmap sequence at different time intervals, and (3) Action Classification Module to classify action. Finally, this paper arranges late fusion strategy to fuse pose modalities and the two-stream network to obtain the final classification score. Experimental results on UCF101 and HMDB51 show that our approach can boost the performance of two-stream network. Meanwhile, our method obtains a competitive performance compared with state-of-the-art methods. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Image shadow removal is challenging due to the diversity of shadows and the dependence on the background of the area covered by shadows. In this paper, we design an enhanced generative adversarial network (EGAN) to handle the shadow removal task. EGAN is a complicated generative adversarial network that may exploit previous info, like shadow masks and lightness estimation, for improving recovery capability. In addition, EGAN can effectively utilize the details of shadow regions and eliminate artifacts. EGAN owns three main advantages. First, EGAN employs stricter rules for discriminators, which can upgrade the instability of traditional GAN. Second, EGAN involves a completely unique enhanced attention module, which may efficiently pick up different types of previous info to accelerate the learning efficiency of image reconstruction. Finally, EGAN is essentially an original cascaded network, that is, DRDU, which is beneficial for efficiently detecting hierarchical features of image recovery. Simulation experiments are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method on two benchmark datasets including SRD and ISTD, the strengths of our proposed method are indicated over the current representative ones according to subjective performance and objective estimation indexes. © 2023 IEEE.

In long-term visual tracking, target occlusion and out-of-view are common problems that lead to target drift, adding re-detection to short-term tracking algorithms is a general solution. To better handle the problem of target disappearing and reappearing in long-term visual tracking, this paper proposes a temporal global re-detection method based on interaction-fusion attention. Firstly, ResNet50 is used as the feature extraction network to obtain the depth features of the template and the search region. Then, a new interaction-fusion attention is added to extract the connection of different dimensionality of features. Finally, Temporal ROI Align is introduced to select candidate boxes, increasing the use of historical information by re-detection method, and improving the accuracy of target localization. STMTrack algorithm is selected as the short-term tracking algorithm, which works with the proposed re-detection method to construct a long-term tracking algorithm, and experiments are conducted on the UAV123, LaSOT, UAV20L, and VOT2018-LT datasets, and the effectiveness of this re-detection method can be seen from the experimental results. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2023.

This paper proposes a new task of Multi-modal Multi-emotion Emotional Support Conversation (MMESC), which has great value in various applications, such as counseling, daily chatting, and elderly company. This task aims to fully perceive the users’ emotional states from multiple modalities and generate appropriate responses to provide comfort for improving their feelings. Traditional works mainly focus on textual conversation, while a single-modal cannot accurately reflect the users’ emotions, such as saying fine with an inconsistent disgusting feeling. To address this problem, we propose a new task on multi-modalities and exploit a new method called FEAT for this new task. FEAT can integrate fine-grained emotional knowledge from multiple modalities. It first recognizes the users’ mental states based on an emotion-aware transformer. It then generates supportive responses using a hybrid method with multiple comfort strategies. To evaluate our method, we construct a large-scale dataset named MMESConv. It is almost two times larger than existing single-modal datasets. There are three modalities in this dataset (text, audio, and video) with fine-grained emotion annotations and strategy labels. Extensive experiments on this dataset demonstrate the advantages of our proposed framework. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2023.

Blockchain is poised to advance the cause of product innovation and technology evolution as a novel decentralized infrastructure and distributed computing model. However, there are serious security risks in the blockchain itself, which will restrict the development of blockchain and related applications. To better grasp the current status of blockchain security research and explore the research hotspots and frontier, this study used Citespace as a bibliometric analysis tool to collect 3993 research papers between 2014 and 2020 from the WoS Core Collection as a data sample. We conduct a comprehensive overview of blockchain security research in terms of authors, research institutions, publications, countries, citations and keywords in a visual graph. This paper shows that the literature record continues to be refreshed, and it peaked in 2019. China and the USA are the main regions for collaborative research. They have established partnerships with many countries whose research institutions and authors play an important role in the collaborative network. Blockchain security research hotspots are mainly related to "cryptocurrency", "supply chain", "smart contract", "healthcare", "consensus mechanism", "fog computing", "cyber attack" and "Internet of Thing (IoT)". The lineage of blockchain development has evolved from an early focus on cryptocurrency and blockchain security risk analysis to securing other areas, such as financial systems, the IoT and healthcare through blockchain. Power systems serve as the fundamental infrastructure for the socioeconomic development of modern societies. Researching power systems can stimulate the growth of the power industry and contribute to the sustainable development of society. This paper aims to address uncertainties prevalent in power systems, including extreme weather events, disruptions in renewable energy supply, and adjustments in economic policies. To achieve this objective, an uncertain Nash equilibrium model is established. Subsequently, a game theoretic analysis is conducted to maximize the interests of users, grid companies, and proxy purchasers. Under the condition of not necessarily continuous differentiability, the Riemann-Stieltjes discrete approximation method has been proposed. The difficulty of calculating the expectation of the optimal revenue function has been resolved. Weak first-order equilibrium condition based on Clarke’s generalized gradient, the convergence and convergence rate of uncertain Nash equilibrium solutions are proved. © 2025, Politechnica University of Bucharest.
