Color harmony is the result of objective color matching and human subjective feeling. This paper aims to study the subjective and objective factors of color harmony and carry out mathematical models between them. Firstly, we constructed a color data set commonly used three-color combinations. Secondly, we analyzed the subjective and objective factors affecting color harmony, extracted the 36-dimensional objective physical features, and divided subjective factors into direct psychological factors and indirect psychological factors. Then, based on color harmony and its subjective factors, a total of 33 subjects evaluated 150 three-color combinations on a five-level scale. Finally, the mathematical models of color harmony were constructed by machine learning algorithms. The research shows that color harmony is not only affected by objective factors, but also by subjective factors, and the influence of subjective factors is greater. In addition, the multiple linear regression algorithm plays best on color harmony predicting, which can better explain the color harmony mechanism. © 2023 IEEE.

In recent years, the virtual reality technique has been widely used in many fields. One of the most popular applications is for generating virtual models that can be operated on the screen. In the paper, three methods of obtaining virtual models are introduced. One method is by scanning the quick response code. Another method is the use of CADbro software. The third way is to develop an app to help the digital world emerge in real-life scenarios. With the help of virtual technology, ways of teaching, modes of production, and film production are changing. The three methods mentioned in the paper make it easy to generate virtual models for people to operate on mobile devices. Virtual models generated by the three methods can be operated by touching the screen or operating the mouse, whenever and wherever. © 2024 The Authors.

Industrial Internet of Things(IoT)connecting society and industrial systems represents a tremendous and promising paradigm *** IoT,multimodal and heterogeneous data from industrial devices can be easily collected,and further analyzed to discover device maintenance and health related potential knowledge *** data-based fault diagnosis for industrial devices is very helpful to the sustainability and applicability of an IoT *** how to efficiently use and fuse this multimodal heterogeneous data to realize intelligent fault diagnosis is still a *** this paper,a novel Deep Multimodal Learning and Fusion(DMLF)based fault diagnosis method is proposed for addressing heterogeneous data from IoT environments where industrial devices ***,a DMLF model is designed by combining a Convolution Neural Network(CNN)and Stacked Denoising Autoencoder(SDAE)together to capture more comprehensive fault knowledge and extract features from different modal ***,these multimodal features are seamlessly integrated at a fusion layer and the resulting fused features are further used to train a classifier for recognizing potential ***,a two-stage training algorithm is proposed by combining supervised pre-training and fine-tuning to simplify the training process for deep structure models.A series of experiments are conducted over multimodal heterogeneous data from a gear device to verify our proposed fault diagnosis *** experimental results show that our method outperforms the benchmarking ones in fault diagnosis accuracy.

This paper focuses on gesture recognition and interactive lighting *** collection of gesture data adopts the Myo armband to obtain surface electromyography(sEMG).Considering that many factors affect sEMG,a customized classifier based on user calibration data is used for gesture *** this paper,machine learning classifiers k-nearest neighbor(KNN),support vector machines(SVM),and naive Bayesian(NB)classifier,which can be used in small sample sets,are selected to classify four gesture *** performance of the three classifiers under different training parameters,different input features,including root mean square(RMS),mean absolute value(MAV),waveform length(WL),slope sign change(SSC)number,zero crossing(ZC)number,and variance(VAR)are tested,and different input channels are also *** results show that:The NB classifier,which assumes that the prior probability of features is polynomial distribution,has the best performance,reaching more than 95%***,an interactive stage lighting control system based on Myo armband gesture recognition is implemented.

Based on the construction requirements of the "Emerging Engineering"major in intelligent manufacturing engineering and the characteristics of interdisciplinary integration, the cultivation of high-quality interdisciplinary talents has been established as the primary objective. By coordinating multiple on-campus and off-campus resources and fostering cohesion within the entire discipline supervisor team, the "academic supervisor system"training mode has been established, and the continuous training mechanism for "undergraduate and master's"programs has been effectively developed. Additionally, school-enterprise collaborations have been implemented, and practical bases have been successfully established. With the support of the entire discipline supervisor team and the closed-loop integrated laboratory, the practical teaching system characterized by cross-integration and systematic progression has been developed at our university. By creating a step-by-step, planned, and systematic practical course system, the issues of standardization, randomization, and fragmentation within practical courses have been effectively resolved. Through the integration of project-based courses and school-enterprise co-constructed courses, students' innovative abilities are further enhanced. It then describes the design and implementation methods of major design, and analyzes its practical effects. It holds significant reference and demonstrative value for the construction of practical courses, laboratories, and the talent cultivation model of the "Emerging Engineering"major. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

With the development of intelligent agents pursuing humanisation,artificial intelligence must consider emotion,the most basic spiritual need in human *** emotional dialogue systems usually use an external emotional dictionary to select appropriate emotional words to add to the response or concatenate emotional tags and semantic features in the decoding step to generate appropriate ***,selecting emotional words from a fixed emotional dictionary may result in loss of the diversity and consistency of the *** propose a semantic and emotion-based dual latent variable generation model(Dual-LVG)for dialogue systems,which is able to generate appropriate emotional responses without an emotional *** from previous work,the conditional variational autoencoder(CVAE)adopts the standard transformer ***,Dual-LVG regularises the CVAE latent space by introducing a dual latent space of semantics and *** content diversity and emotional accuracy of the generated responses are improved by learning emotion and semantic features ***,the average attention mechanism is adopted to better extract semantic features at the sequence level,and the semi-supervised attention mechanism is used in the decoding step to strengthen the fusion of emotional features of the *** results show that Dual-LVG can successfully achieve the effect of generating different content by controlling emotional factors.

This study proposes a target extraction algorithm for array GM-APD lidar based on hybrid domain features, designed to address the challenges of accurately extracting target region based on the image in complex scenes and high noise interference. We extracted the temporal features of the echo signals and transformed the echo signals into the image domain to enhance the information content and further extract image features. By integrating multi-view K-means clustering and AdaBoost classification methods, we introduced a dynamic weight adjustment mechanism and a region adjustment method based on a correlation coefficient to achieve pixel-type discrimination and target region extraction. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method exhibits good robustness and adaptability in complex detection environments. Under conditions of different occlusion, different signal-to-noise ratios, and different target reflectivity, the proposed algorithm significantly outperforms traditional region-growing segmentation methods in terms of accuracy of target region extraction. © 2025 SPIE.

Waterway navigation scene segmentation is crucial for safe and efficient autonomous vessel operation. To address the issues of large parameter sizes in current high-resolution semantic segmentation models, the difficulty in deployment on embedded devices, and inaccurate segmentation in navigation scenarios, this study proposes an improved Fast-SCNN-based real-time semantic segmentation network for waterway scenes. The proposed network is enhanced by incorporating a dual attention mechanism in the context branch, which allows feature extraction along spatial and channel dimensions to be guided more effectively, thereby improving accuracy. A pyramid pooling module based on decomposed dilated convolution is designed to enhance the model's multi-scale feature representation capabilities while ensuring real-time performance is maintained. Additionally, a loss function combining Focal Loss and Dice Loss is introduced to enhance focus on hard-to-classify samples and improve prediction accuracy for target regions, thereby significantly enhancing the model's ability to recognize minority-class targets. Experimental results have demonstrated that the improved model achieves a segmentation accuracy (mIoU) of 80.6% on the constructed On_Water_Dataset, with an inference speed of 90.1 frames per second, Segmentation accuracy increased by 16.9% relative to the original model. Deployment and experimental verification on embedded devices have confirmed that real-time performance is maintained while effectively segmenting complex backgrounds and multi-scale objects in waterway navigation scenarios. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu. Cooperative Differential Game Guidance Laws for Target with Multiple Defenders against Missile

Cooperative guidance laws for a target aircraft with multiple defenders against an attacking missile are investigated. The engagement is described as a nonzero-sum differential game. Terminal angle difference constraints are added to the differential game problem to avoid the potential collision problem of the defenders. A class of cost functions segmented by relative distances between the players are presented, which can better reflect the objectives of the players. In the design, a systematic switching method between norm-bounded and linear quadratic differential game guidance laws is proposed based on the expected miss distances. The equilibrium solutions are obtained, which can reflect the extreme guidance performance of the respective players. Simulations verify the effectiveness of the design. © 1965-2011 IEEE.
