Urban rail transit (URT) is vulnerable to natural disasters and social emergencies including fire, storm and epidemic (such as COVID-19), and real-time origin-destination (OD) flow prediction provides URT operators with important information to ensure the safety of URT system. However, hindered by the high dimensionality of OD flow and the lack of supportive information reflecting the real-time passenger flow changes, study in this area is at the beginning stage. A novel model consisting of two stages is proposed for OD flow prediction. The first stage predicts the inflows of all stations by Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) in real time, where the dimension is reduced compared with predicting OD flows directly. In the second stage, the notion of separation rate, namely, the proportion of inbound passengers bounding for another station, is estimated. Finally, The OD flow is predicted by multiplying the inflow and separation rate. Experiments based on Hangzhou Metro dataset show the proposed model outperforms the contrast model in weighted mean average error (WMAE) and weighted mean square error (WMSE). Results also suggest that the proposed prediction model performs better on weekdays than on weekends, and with greater accuracy on larger OD flows. © 2000-2011 IEEE.

In view of the problems of high energy consumption, long inventory time and low production efficiency in the production process of traditional aluminum extrusion machine, this paper establishes an efficient two-stage parallel scheduling optimization model based on the integration of flexible job shop scheduling and assembly sequence planning (IFJSS-ASP). On this basis, an evolutionary algorithm combining strong dominance relationship and simple grouping method (SDREA-SGM) is proposed. The algorithm utilizes a two-stage hybrid chromosome encoding and decoding method to establish a rational mapping from the decision space to the solution space. Furthermore, in order to prevent the model from easily falling into local optima, an adaptive intra-class and inter-class pairing selection strategy has been adopted by the algorithm. This enhances global search and improves local search flexibility. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm are verified by solving problems of different scales.

Optical chaos communication and key distribution have been extensively demonstrated with high-speed advantage but only within the metropolitan-area network range of which the transmission distance is restricted to around 300 *** secure-transmission requirement of the backbone fiber link,the critical threshold is to realize long-reach chaos ***,we propose and demonstrate a scheme of long-reach chaos synchronization using fiber relay transmission with hybrid amplification of an erbium-doped fiber amplifier(EDFA)and a distributed fiber Raman amplifier(DFRA).Experiments and simulations show that the hybrid amplification extends the chaos-fidelity transmission distance thanks to that the low-noise DFRA suppresses the amplified spontaneous emission noise and self-phase *** of the hybrid-relay conditions are studied,including launching power,gain ratio of DFRA to EDFA,single-span fiber length,and number of fiber span.A 1040-km chaos synchronization with a synchronization coefficient beyond 0.90 is experimentally achieved,which underlies the backbone network-oriented optical chaos communication and key distribution.

Sector Patch Embedding: An Embedding Module Conforming to The Distortion Pattern of Fisheye Image

Fisheye cameras suffer from image distortion while having a large field of view(LFOV). And this fact leads to poor performance on some fisheye vision tasks. One of the solutions is to optimize the current vision algorithm for fisheye images. However, most of the CNN-based methods and the Transformer-based methods lack the capability of leveraging distortion information efficiently. In this work, we propose a novel patch embedding method called Sector Patch Embedding(SPE), conforming to the distortion pattern of the fisheye image. Furthermore, we put forward a synthetic fisheye dataset based on the ImageNet-1K and explore the performance of several Transformer models on the dataset. The classification top-1 accuracy of ViT and PVT is improved by 0.75% and 2.8% with SPE respectively. The experiments show that the proposed sector patch embedding method can better perceive distortion and extract features on the fisheye images. MC-NeRF: Multi-Camera Neural Radiance Fields for Multi-Camera Image Acquisition systems

Neural Radiance Fields (NeRF) use multi-view images for 3D scene representation, demonstrating remarkable performance. As one of the primary sources of multi-view images, multi-camera systems encounter challenges such as varying intrinsic parameters and frequent pose changes. Most previous NeRF-based methods assume a unique camera and rarely consider multi-camera scenarios. Besides, some NeRF methods that can optimize intrinsic and extrinsic parameters still remain susceptible to suboptimal solutions when these parameters are poor initialized. In this paper, we propose MC-NeRF, a method that enables joint optimization of both intrinsic and extrinsic parameters alongside NeRF. The method also supports each image corresponding to independent camera parameters. First, we tackle coupling issue and the degenerate case that arise from the joint optimization between intrinsic and extrinsic parameters. Second, based on the proposed solutions, we introduce an efficient calibration image acquisition scheme for multi-camera systems, including the design of calibration object. Finally, we present an end-to-end network with training sequence that enables the estimation of intrinsic and extrinsic parameters, along with the rendering network. Furthermore, recognizing that most existing datasets are designed for a unique camera, we construct a real multi-camera image acquisition system and create a corresponding new dataset, which includes both simulated data and real-world captured images. Experiments confirm the effectiveness of our method when each image corresponds to different camera parameters. Specifically, we use multi-cameras, each with different intrinsic and extrinsic parameters in real-world system, to achieve 3D scene representation without providing initial poses. In order to solve the problems of low flying efficiency, poor aerodynamic performance of wing and short flying time distance existing in the research of flapping wing aircraft, a kind of albatron-like flapping wing structure with higher flying efficiency is proposed in this paper. The functions of bird wing flutter, folding and gliding are realized by two degrees of freedom control respectively. First, the flying characteristics of albatross are analyzed and the flying characteristics suitable for albatross are summarized. Propose design requirements for bionic design objectives;The bionic structure design is carried out by referring to the physical structure of wing and the flight motion law, and the key parameters such as the size and angle of connecting rod mechanism are analyzed, calculated and optimized. A clamping mechanism is designed to achieve gear stuck in order to achieve gliding kinetic energy. The three-dimensional model of the flapping wing mechanism is built by solid works, and the motion analysis is carried out by using Motion plug-in. The analysis results of key-point parameters are output, which verifies the movement law and requirements of the mechanism to achieve the design objectives. © 2022 Institute of Physics Publishing. CRRS: Concentric Rectangles Regression Strategy for Multi-point Representation on Fisheye Images

Modern object detectors take advantage of rectangular bounding boxes as a conventional way to represent objects. When it comes to fisheye images, rectangular boxes involve more background noise rather than semantic information. Although multi-point representation has been proposed, both the regression accuracy and convergence still perform inferior to the widely used rectangular boxes. In order to further exploit the advantages of multi-point representation for distorted images, Concentric Rectangles Regression Strategy(CRRS) is proposed in this work. We adopt smoother mean loss to allocate weights and discuss the effect of hyper-parameter to prediction results. Moreover, an accurate pixel-level method is designed to obtain irregular IoU for estimating detector performance. Compared with the previous work for muti-point representation, the experiments show that CRRS can improve the training performance both in accurate and stability. Under the current blended learning mode, students' ability to process, organize, and integrate knowledge is insufficient, and the ability to construct a complete knowledge system for autonomous learning is slightly weak. Taking the national first-class undergraduate course “Engineering Drawing” at Tianjin University of technology as an example, this study explores and practices the teaching of online and offline hybrid courses based on knowledge graphs, and conducts a comprehensive effectiveness analysis. Practice has proven that the hybrid teaching empowered by knowledge graphs enables visualization of knowledge points and analysis of learning situations, allows for planned learning paths, intelligent resource recommendations, and can achieve targeted integration of data and teaching of key and difficult issues. It has reference significance for the construction of an open, personalized, and precise intelligent education system.

DR-WLC: Dimensionality Reduction cognition for object detection and pose estimation by Watching, Learning and Checking

Object detection and pose estimation are difficult tasks in robotics and autonomous driving. Existing object detection and pose estimation methods mostly adopt the same-dimensional data for training. For example, 2D object detection usually requires a large amount of 2D annotation data with high cost. Using high-dimensional information to supervise lower-dimensional tasks is a feasible way to reduce datasets size. In this work, the DR-WLC, a dimensionality reduction cognitive model, which can perform both object detection and pose estimation tasks at the same time is proposed. The model only requires 3D model of objects and unlabeled environment images (with or without objects) to finish the training. In addition, a bounding boxes generation strategy is also proposed to build the relationship between 3D model and 2D object detection task. Experiments show that our method can qualify the work without any manual annotations and it is easy to deploy for practical applications. Source code is at https: //***/IN2-ViAUn/DR-WLC.
