The rapid development process of a proposed three-phase grid-forming micro-source inverter is presented in the *** mode control(SMC) and PI control strategies are adopted synthetically to implement the dual closed-loop *** order to avoid the repeated selection of control parameters,the particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is applied for parameters' *** results certificate the correctness of the proposed *** then,the automatic generation of control codes is realized based on the model design *** actual hardware experiments corresponding to the simulation ones are presented in the *** results demonstrate that the inverter based on the rapid development is effective and the proposed controller performs better robustness property over conventional PI-based control strategy.

Collaborative filtering has been widely used in many fields such as movie recommendation and e-commerce. However, there are still some problems such as data sparsity which restrict its further development. To address the data sparsity problem we proposed a novel collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on biclustering. Firstly, we use biclustering algorithm simultaneous clustering of the rows and columns of the rating matrix to generate biclusters, then the missing data can be smoothed by using the information of the biclusters. Secondly, a weighted matrix is introduced to distinguish between the original data and the smoothing data. Lastly, the active user's neighbors can be found based on the new similarity we proposed, and the recommendation to the active user is produced. The experiment results are offered, which show that the algorithm we presented can alleviate the data sparsity problem and improve the quality of the recommendation.

The extended state observer(ESO) is the core of Active disturbance rejection control(ADRC) methodology. The paper proposes a new modified ESO which can overcome the initial peaking phenomenon and improve to adapt the abrupt change in disturbance change and keep the control system stable and enough accuracy. The adjustable parameter in modified ESO can be set according to the desired ESO performance which is hard to satisfy by just adjusting the bandwidth oof ESO. Simulations show that the proposed ADRC based on modified ESO has the same stable tracking performance and more effective to overcome initial peaking phenomenon and adapt setpoint and disturbance abrupt change.

The real-time traffic control of high-speed trains (HSTs) is an important task in railway networks to reduce the delay time of trains in case of unexpected disruptions. Traditional approaches are based on mixed-integer programming (MILP) formulations to be solved by optimization methods such as branch-and-bound (B&B), which however require a very long time in real-world problems. Our study introduces a novel methodology that employs machine learning (ML) techniques to accelerate the optimization of MILPs. Specifically, our approach develops a feedforward network, which can be trained off-line, to predict the optimal MILP parameter configurations for the control of HSTs. Additionally, we develop a differential evolution (DE) algorithm, which fine-tunes these parameters in response to dynamic conditions. We conduct numerical experiments based on the real-world data of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway (BZHR). The results demonstrate that our ML-accelerated approach significantly outperforms traditional optimization methods, improving the solution performance by 21.47%.

In this paper, a novel guidance law aimed at intercepting targets of various motion forms with impact time and additional field-of-view (FOV) constraints is investigated. The polynomial function in range domain is designed to derive the guidance command in new-defined virtual relative frame, and the function of seeker's virtual FOV is introduced in the form of additional feedback term to achieve simultaneous constraints on impact time and FOV. Compared with existing methods based on numerical routines with open-loop formulations, the proposed guidance method has the potential to gain better performance in practical applications due to its analytical solution. The availability and practicability of the guidance method are demonstrated by simulations in various combat scenarios.

As advances in networking technology help to connect industrial control networks with the Internet, the threat from spammers, attackers and criminal enterprises has also grown accordingly. However, traditional network Intrusion Detection system makes significant use of pattern matching to identify malicious behaviors and have bad performance on detecting zero-day exploits in which a new attack is employed. In this paper, a novel method of anomaly detection in industrial control network is proposed based on RNN-GBRBM feature decoder. The method employ network packets and extract high-quality features from raw features which is selected manually. A modified RNN-RBM is trained using the normal traffic in order to learn feature patterns of the normal network behaviors. Then the test traffic is analyzed against the learned normal feature pattern by using osPCA to measure the extent to which the test traffic resembles the learned feature pattern. Moreover, we design a semi-supervised incremental updating algorithm in order to improve the performance of the model continuously. Experiments show that our method is more efficient in anomaly detection than other traditional approaches for industrial control network. In this paper, the working principle of the staggered parallel Boost power factor correction (PFC) circuit is studied. The main circuit adopting the topology of the rectifier device has the following problems: the input current contains higher harmonics, the control system has poor steady-state performance, and the dynamic performance is low. The current loop of the control system adopts the improved repetitive PI double loop control instead of the traditional PI control method to realize the no-difference tracking of the higher harmonics, and to effectively suppress the higher harmonics contained in the output current, so that the control system has good steady-state performance; Combining repetitive control with PI control to effectively compensate for the dynamic performance reduced by the repetitive control. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, the improved repeated PI double loop control method is compared with the traditional PI control method. The simulation results show that the improved repeated PI double loop control can improve the input current waveform of the rectifier, improve the power factor of the converter, and reduce the THD value of the input current of the rectifier device.

Although doped hole-transport materials(HTMs)off er an effi ciency benefi t for perovskite solar cells(PSCs),they inevi-tably diminish the ***,we describe the use of various chlorinated small molecules,specifi cally fl uorenone-triphenylamine(FO-TPA)-x-Cl[x=para,meta,and ortho(p,m,and o)],with diff erent chlorine-substituent positions,as dopant-free HTMs for *** chlorinated molecules feature a symmetrical donor-acceptor-donor structure and ideal intramolecular charge transfer properties,allowing for self-doping and the establishment of built-in potentials for improving charge *** effi cient hole-transfer interfaces are constructed between perovskites and these HTMs by strategi-cally modifying the chlorine ***,the chlorinated HTM-derived inverted PSCs exhibited superior effi ciencies and air ***,the dopant-free HTM FO-TPA-o-Cl not only attains a power conversion effi ciency of 20.82% but also demonstrates exceptional stability,retaining 93.8%of its initial effi ciency even after a 30-day aging test conducted under ambient air conditions in PSCs without *** fi ndings underscore the critical role of chlorine-substituent regulation in HTMs in ensuring the formation and maintenance of effi cient and stable PSCs.

In general, the industrial processes are semi-automatic, and are controlled by the operators. Since the operation principles of the industrial processes are complicated, it is difficult to label observations. The disturbances may be contained in the observations. Therefore, the unsupervised anomaly detection method is promising for research in the industrial processes. In the paper, a multivariate anomaly detection method is proposed, which is unsupervised and online. The priori probability of anomaly occurrence is necessary, and a hazard function selection method is defined at first. Secondly, Bayesian-based method is adopted for anomaly detection. In final, the Dempster-Shafer theory is introduced for fusing the univariate anomaly detection results. The numerical simulation is used for illustrating the anomaly detection power of the proposed method, and the TE process is implemented for testing the fault detection effectiveness. A real data set collected from a bathyscaphe is applied for demonstrating the power of leakage detection.
