This paper studied the index system of ecological balanced fertilization for maize by data mining method based on data of"3414 fertilizer field trials"of maize by published papers from national soil testing and recommendation since *** results and conclusions were as follows:①the optimum N,P and K fertilization amounts of maize were within the normal range,and the application of this standard could not cause obvious non-point source pollution.②The conversion rates of N,P and K of maize were respectively higher than their respective utilization ratios under the optimum fertilization amount.③At present,the soil N for maize was in an absence state,and soil P and K were in a state of not obvious lack.④Optimum N,P and K fertilization amounts were significantly negatively correlated with their respective conversion ratios,respectively,and it provided a quantitative scientific basis for calculating the optimum fertilization amount according to the nutrient conversion *** province can use this significant relationship to guide the determination of the average optimal fertilization amounts of N,P and K and the optimal production in the province.⑤The research results of nutrient conversion rate showed that any excessive application of N,P and K would reduce their own nutrient conversion rates,and may also reduce the conversion rates of other *** characteristics of crops absorbing N,P and K proportionally required that soil nutrients must be balanced in order to obtain high production,and fertilization was only the main means to regulate soil nutrient balance.

This paper conducted comparative study of the index system of ecological balanced fertilization for rice,wheat and maize by data mining method based on data of"3414 fertilizer field trials"of rice,wheat and maize by published papers from national soil testing and recommendation since *** main conclusions of this paper were as follow:①since the three crops all belonged to Gramineae,they were consistent in variation trends of fertilizer utilization ratio,nutrient conversion rate,relative abundance-deficiency value of soil nutrient,optimum fertilization amount in most cases.②Due to the influence of the economic production,biological production,different water conditions in paddy field and dry farmland,length of growing season,cropping system(one year before and after the rotation)and so on,sometimes the laws of four aspects above mentioned for the three crops had opposite and gradient variations.

SenseMag: Enabling low-cost traffic monitoring using non-invasive magnetic sensing

The operation and management of intelligent transportation systems (ITS), such as traffic monitoring, relies on real-time data aggregation of vehicular traffic information, including vehicular types (e.g., cars, trucks, and buses), in the critical roads and highways. While traditional approaches based on vehicular-embedded GPS sensors or camera networks would either invade drivers’ privacy or require high deployment cost, this paper introduces a low-cost method, namely SenseMag, to recognize the vehicular type using a pair of non-invasive magnetic sensors deployed on the straight road section. SenseMag filters out noises and segments received magnetic signals by the exact time points that the vehicle arrives or departs from every sensor node. Further, SenseMag adopts a hierarchical recognition model to first estimate the speed/velocity, then identify the length of vehicle using the predicted speed, sampling cycles, and the distance between the sensor nodes. With the vehicle length identified and the temporal/spectral features extracted from the magnetic signals, SenseMag classify the types of vehicles accordingly. Some semi-automated learning techniques have been adopted for the design of filters, features, and the choice of hyper-parameters. Extensive experiment based on real-word field deployment (on the highways in Shenzhen, China) shows that SenseMag significantly outperforms the existing methods in both classification accuracy and the granularity of vehicle types (i.e., 7 types by SenseMag versus 4 types by the existing work in comparisons). To be specific, our field experiment results validate that SenseMag is with at least 90% vehicle type classification accuracy and less than 5% vehicle length classification error. Messaging system as a communicating infrastructure is a safety-critical component of autonomous vehicles. For the purpose of safety certification of Level 4 autonomous driving systems, its necessary to provide a formally verified specification of messaging systems. This paper presents a realistic case study using the PiCore rely-guarantee framework to formally verify the DGPS (Differential Global Positioning System) of UISEE autonomous driving systems. We first create an axiom model of messaging systems by extending PiCore, which is reusable for concrete applications. The model supports dynamic configuration of message buffers as well as the automatic generation of the rely and guarantee conditions for compositional reasoning. It is instantiated when developing the formal specification of DGPS. Then, we use the rely-guarantee proof system of PiCore to verify the functional correctness and invariant of DGPS. The specification and its proof provide a strong evidence for the ongoing safety certification of DGPS.

Nowadays, the social network becomes an indispensable part of people's daily life, meanwhile offers an unprecedentedly convenient access for purposive individuals to influence the opinions of network users. Current studies present a subtle persuasion approach that finds a number of key users meanwhile varies their susceptibility extent to impact the public opinion. Such persuasion is significantly critical for public security, as it could facilitate both the spreading and dispelling of malicious rumors. However, the major body of these studies enclose impractical assumptions, such that persuaders have an unlimited budget, or the costs of varying different users' susceptibilities are the same, thus rendering these works unsuitable for realistic scenarios. Therefore, this work originally proposes a more practical and generalized problem of persuasion, where varying the susceptibilities of different users holds different costs. The analysis of its non-convexity, non-submodularity and complexity shows that solving the proposed problem is nontrivial, thus inspiring us to provide an intuitive greedy algorithm. Furthermore, we design an accelerated algorithm based on the community property, which reduces the time consumption more than one order of magnitude. The acceleration is based on the intuition that the impact of a user within a proper community could be a good estimation of the impact in the whole network, while the computation of the former one is much more efficient. The relationship between two algorithms is fully analyzed, which shows the community-based algorithm can degenerate to the intuitive greedy algorithm under a specific setting. Finally, comprehensive evaluations on real-world datasets show the superiority of proposed algorithms on both effectiveness and efficiency.

Nanoscale L12-type ordered structures are widely used in face-centred cubic (FCC) alloys to exploit their hardening capacity and thereby improve mechanical properties. These fine-scale particles are typically fully coherent with matrix with the same atomic configuration disregarding chemical species, which makes them challenging to be characterized. Spatial distribution maps (SDMs) are used to probe local order by interrogating the three-dimensional (3D) distribution of atoms within reconstructed atom probe tomography (APT) data. However, it is almost impossible to manually analyse the complete point cloud (>10 million) in search for the partial crystallographic information retained within the data. Here, we proposed an intelligent L12-ordered structure recognition method based on convolutional neural networks (CNNs). The SDMs of a simulated L12-ordered structure and the FCC matrix were firstly generated. These simulated images combined with a small amount of experimental data were used to train a CNN-based L12-ordered structure recognition model. Finally, the approach was successfully applied to reveal the 3D distribution of L12–type d¢–Al3(LiMg) nanoparticles with an average radius of 2.54 nm in a FCC Al-Li-Mg system. The minimum radius of detectable nanodomain is even down to 5 Å. The proposed CNN-APT method is promising to be extended to recognize other nanoscale ordered structures and even more-challenging short-range ordered phenomena in the near future. Dictionary learning (DL) is powerful for representation learning, while it fails to capture the deep hierarchical information hidden in data. In this paper, we propose a new generalized end-to-end mulita-layer representation learning architecture referred to as Multi-layer Dictionary Pair Learning Network (MDPL-net) for the deep sparse and hierarchical representation of images. To enable MDPL-net to conduct accurate classification, MDPL-net clearly integrates the skip connection end-to-end network and multi-layer deep sparse dictionary learning into a unified architecture. The representation learning module has several hidden DL blocks, where each hidden DL block has a dictionary pair learning (DPL) layer, a batch-norm layer and an activation function layer, and the DL blocks are connected in a feed-forward manner. To further improve the information flow and maintain the privileged features between different DL blocks, a novel skip dense connectivity pattern is deployed between hidden DL blocks, which can obtain more stable and discriminative features. The DPL layer jointly formulates the discriminative synthesis dictionary and analysis dictionary by minimizing reconstruction error within each batch over the feature maps from front layers. Extensive results on benchmark databases demonstrate the effectiveness of MDPL-net for discriminative representation and robust image classification.

As a novel network paradigm, Software Defined Networking (SDN) decouples control logic functions from data forwarding devices, and introduces a separate control plane to manipulate underlying switches via southbound interfaces like OpenFlow. However, it leads to large-scale flow tables and poses serious challenges on their storage resources and lookup performance in OpenFlow switches. This paper is thus motivated to propose an efficient differentiated storage architecture for large-scale flow tables in OpenFlow networks. Firstly, we investigate into the impact of wildcards in match fields on packet-in-batch property within a flow based on network traffic locality. Then, packet flows are dynamically distinguished into active ones and idle ones in terms of their short-term states. Subsequently, we store the match fields of active flows and idle flows respectively in TCAM and SRAM, and the content fields of both types of flows in DRAM, to effectively relieve the insufficiency of TCAM capacity. Finally, we evaluate the performance of our proposed flow table storage architecture with real network traffic traces by experiments. The experimental results indicate that our proposed storage architecture obviously outperforms the traditional one applying the elephant/mice flow differentiation method in terms of TCAM hit rates and average flow table access time. © 2019 IEEE.

It is difficult to rescue people from outside, and emergency evacuation is still a main measure to decrease casualties in high-rise building fires. To improve evacuation efficiency, a valid and easily manipulated grouping evacuation strategy is proposed. Occupants escape in groups according to the shortest evacuation route is determined by graph theory. In order to evaluate and find the optimal grouping, computational experiments are performed to design and simulate the evacuation processes. A case study shown the application in detail and quantitative research conclusions is obtained. The thoughts and approaches of this study can be used to guide actual high-rise building evacuation processes in future.
