Deep neural networks are extremely vulnerable due to the existence of adversarial samples. It is a challenging problem to optimize the robustness of the model to protect deep neural networks from the threat of adversarial samples. To improve the model robustness, an integrated detection model of adversarial samples is designed to detect the existence of adversarial samples, which consists of a multi-classification detector and five single-classification detectors to perform double-layer detection of adversarial samples and intercept the adversarial samples finally sent to the image classification model. The detection experiments were conducted on the CIFAR-10 dataset for the adversarial samples generated by five attack algorithms: FGSM, BIM, DeepFool, JSMA, and C&W, and the detection success rate for all types of adversarial samples reached over 98.96%. After that, secondary attack experiments were conducted on the model, and the detection success rate of the model for the second attack adversarial samples reached over 92.36%. It provides an efficient and robust optimization method for deep neural network models in adversarial environments.

With the increase of car ownership in China, the problem of difficult parking in cities has become more and more serious. In large parking garage, finding an ideal parking space has become a daily problem for people;especially during the peak usage period of parking garage, a large number of vehicles will be driven into the parking garage, which will bring congestion, and at the same time, the demand of a large number of users in the area will lead to network congestion under 4G network, and users cannot access the network to check and find parking spaces. Therefore, this paper proposes a global optimal navigation mechanism with 5G network based on the above mentioned problems by analyzing the congestion situation during the peak usage of the parking garage. This mechanism uses an optimal parking space selection model and a global optimal scheduling model that can avoid congestion. Based on the model proposed in this paper, we construct a navigation planning system based on mobile, front-end and back-end. With the ultra-low latency, ultrahigh transmission efficiency and reliability of 5G network, the mobile port can select the optimal parking space according to the user's preference, and the back-end can show the parking space and congestion in the parking garage in real time according to the actual situation of the parking garage. Finally, the performance of the model and system proposed in this paper is verified through experiments. © 2023 IEEE.

Virtual Machine Consolidation (VMC) is an effective means to improve the resource utilization and reduce energy consumption of data centers. However, the VMC optimization that only considers energy consumption may lead to SLA (Service-Level Agreements) violations and thus fail to guarantee the QoS (Quality of Service) provided. Therefore, it is necessary to consider both energy saving and SLA violations in the process of VMC. In this paper, we propose an energy and SLA-aware VMC algorithm that considers both energy saving and SLA violation optimization in data centers. The proposed algorithm uses the local regression method to predict the utilization of virtual machines, based on which it determines whether the host will be overloaded, so as to make the decision of virtual machine migrations. The proposed VMC algorithm is evaluated with CloudSim toolkit. Simulation results demonstrate that our algorithm has good energy saving performance and can effectively reduce SLA violation in cloud data center. Considering energy consumption and SLA violation, the ESV can be reduced by 7.57% on average and 16.36% at most compared with other algorithms.

Aiming at the problems of insufficient utilization of information about elite particles in archive and instability of particle motion in the population in the multi-objective artificial physics optimization algorithm (MOAPO) in solving multiobjective optimization problems, A multi-objective artificial physics optimization algorithm based on two-phase search (TPMOAPO) is proposed. To begin with, the algorithm improves the calculation of the mass of particles, so that the strength and weakness of the particles can be accurately transformed into the corresponding masses while improving the efficiency of particle mass calculation. Next, a two-phase search strategy is proposed, which makes the algorithm have strong exploration ability in the first phase, and the second phase gradually enhances the exploitation capability with iterations, which solves the problem of instability motion of particles in the search process. Finally, the simulated binary crossover (SBX) and polynomial-based mutation (PM) operators are adopted in the archive to further enhance the search capability of the algorithm. For verifying the performance of TP-MOAPO, 21 benchmark functions were selected to compare with the classical multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithms: MOPSO, dMOPSO, SMPSO, MMOPSO, and NMPSO, and the experimental results show the superiority of TP-MOAPO in these functions.

Recently, cross-domain named entity recognition (cross-domain NER), which can reduce the high data annotation costs faced by fully-supervised methods, has drawn attention. Most competitive approaches mainly rely on pre-trained language models like BERT to represent words. As such, the original chaotic representations may bring challenges (e.g., entity span detection errors and entity type misclassification) for them. Recommender systems (RSs) based on collaborative filtering (CF) are often perceived as black-box models incapable of offering plausible explanations for recommended items. CF that combines methods such as deep learning mitigates this problem but explains only in terms of feature similarity, which neglects the user-item correlation and users’ real sentiment. In order to improve the explainability of CF models and the rationality of explanation, an explainable recommendation model merging sentiment analysis and multi-scale collaborative filtering (ERSA-MCF) is proposed in this paper. Specifically, we extend the scale of CF to implement filtering in three aspects: user acceptance, user preference, and item similarity, to increase the association between users and items. Simultaneously, the sentiment score of conformity ratings is introduced to mirror the user’s genuine receptiveness. In order to balance the recommended lists generated by the three filtering scales with accuracy, diversity, and explainability, a multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm based on a global optimal quality centroid (MPSO-GOC) is proposed for optimizing the candidate lists and improving the overall efficiency of the model. Experimental results show that the model improves diversity and explainability while ensuring accuracy.

Reconstructing 3D clothed human involves creating a detailed geometry of individuals in clothing, with applications ranging from virtual try-on, movies, to games. To enable practical and widespread applications, recent ad-vances propose to generate a clothed human from an RGB image. However, they struggle to reconstruct detailed and robust avatars simultaneously. We empirically find that the high-frequency (HF) and low-frequency (LF) information from a parametric model has the potential to enhance geom-etry details and improve robustness to noise, respectively. Based on this, we propose HiLo, namely clothed human reconstruction with high- and low-frequency information, which contains two components. 1) To recover detailed ge-ometry using HF information, we propose a progressive HF Signed Distance Function to enhance the detailed 3D ge-ometry of a clothed human. We analyze that our progres-sive learning manner alleviates large gradients that hin-der model convergence. 2) To achieve robust reconstruction against inaccurate estimation of the parametric model by using LF information, we propose a spatial interaction implicit function. This function effectively exploits the com-plementary spatial information from a low-resolution voxel grid of the parametric model. Experimental results demon-strate that HiLo outperforms the state-of-the-art methods by 10.43% and 9.54% in terms of Chamfer distance on the Thuman2.0 and CAPE datasets, respectively. Aiming at the network security problem of the blockchain system, the game model based on Markov is proposed. The model perceives the network security situation of the blockchain system, accurately and comprehensively evaluates the current security status of the system through clustering screening and attack game, dynamically evaluates the security situation of the system, and establishes an attack transfer network and the best reinforcement scheme. The experiment shows that the Markov game model based on 51% double spend attack can evaluate and predict the current and future security status of the blockchain system, and can reduce the asset loss caused by blockchain attacks to a certain extent. © 2022 IEEE.

We study the universal real-time relaxation behaviors of a long-range Kitaev chain following a quench, and the results are compared to a short-range quantum XY chain. Our research includes both noncritical and critical quenches. In the case of noncritical quench, i.e., neither the initial state nor the postquench Hamiltonian is at a critical point of the equilibrium phase transition, a quench to the commensurate phase or incommensurate phase gives a scaling of t−3/2 or t−1/2, respectively, which is the same as the counterpart of the short-range quantum XY model. However, for a quench to the boundary line between the commensurate and incommensurate phases, the scaling law t−μ may be different from the t−3/4 law of the counterpart of the short-range quantum XY model. More interestingly, the decaying exponent μ may depend on the choice of the parameters of the postquench Hamiltonian because of the different asymptotic behaviors of the energy spectrum. Furthermore, in certain cases, the scaling behavior may be outside the range of predictions made by the stationary phase approximation, because an inflection point emerges in the energy spectrum. For the critical quench, i.e., the initial state or the postquench Hamiltonian is at a critical point of equilibrium phase transition, the aforementioned scaling law t−μ may be changed because of the gap-closing property of the energy spectrum of the critical point.

Time-varying and seasonal parameter inversion in the mathematical model of infectious diseases and uncertainty quantization based on actual data have great significance for real quantitative transmission process. In this study, the behavior-driven mathematical model of infectious diseases and the data-driven parameter identification method are combined to quantify the transmission law of tuberculosis (TB). To begin with, according to the characteristics of TB transmission, the TS-SID model with time-varying is established. Then, the improved identification algorithm is proposed to track the fluctuation of disease infection rate and mortality rate considering the seasonal influence. Meanwhile, focusing on the influence of noise on the spread of diseases, noise reduction and uncertain quantization are carried out on the data to identify the noise distribution. In addition, predict the denoised sequence and superimpose the noise distribution, which can improve the rationality of prediction. Finally, the numerical comparison shows that seasonal time-varying tracking is good for grasping and predicting the disease evolution.
