A novel bandpass filter (BPF) with the switch function is proposed. It consists of three slotline step-impedance resonators, two L-shaped feed lines, and three microstrip bridges. The microstrip bridge is loaded with a PIN diode, controlled to turn on and off. Design the coupling matrix in the ON state to meet performance indicators, and improve the OFF-state suppression (OSS) in the OFF state by loading diodes on each resonator. The final measurement shows that the center frequency of the BPF with the switch function in the ON state is 0.975 GHz, the insertion loss is less than 1.18 dB, the return loss is better than 19.9 dB, and the fractional bandwidth is 18.67%. The OSS of the passband in the OFF state is better than 46.1 dB, and it is better than 20 dB in the range below 1.458 GHz. © 2023 IEEE.

The fair and objective assessment of performances and competitions is a common pursuit and challenge in human society. The application of computer vision technology offers hope for this purpose, but it still faces obstacles such as occlusion and motion blur. To address these hindrances, our DanceFix proposes a bidirectional spatial-temporal context optical flow correction (BOFC) method. This approach leverages the consistency and complementarity of motion information between two modalities: optical flow, which excels at pixel capture, and lightweight skeleton data. It enables the extraction of pixel-level motion changes and the correction of abnormal skeleton data. Furthermore, we propose a part-level dance dataset (Dancer Parts) and part-level motion feature extraction based on task decoupling (PETD). This aims to decouple complex whole-body parts tracking into fine-grained limb-level motion extraction, enhancing the confidence of temporal information and the accuracy of correction for abnormal data. Finally, we present the DNV dataset, which simulates fully neat group dance scenes and provides reliable labels and validation methods for the newly introduced group dance neatness assessment (GDNA). To the best of our knowledge, this is the first work to develop quantitative criteria for assessing limb and joint neatness in group dance. We conduct experiments on DNV and video-based public JHMDB datasets. Our method effectively corrects abnormal skeleton points, flexibly embeds, and improves the accuracy of existing pose estimation algorithms. Learning concept prerequisite relations helps better master and build a logically coherent knowledge structure. Many studies use graph neural networks to create heterogeneous knowledge networks that enhance concept representations. However, different types of relations in these networks can influence each other. Existing research often focuses solely on concept relations, neglecting other types of knowledge connections. To address this issue, this paper proposes a novel concept prerequisite relation learning model, named the Global Knowledge Relation Optimization Model(GKROM). Specifically, we capture the impact of different knowledge relation types on document and concept semantic representations separately, integrating the document and concept semantic representations. Then, we introduce multi-objective learning to optimize the knowledge relation network from a global perspective. Through the above optimization, GKROM learns richer semantic representations for concepts and documents, improving the accuracy of concept prerequisite relation learning. Extensive experiments on public datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of our GKROM, achieving state-of-the-art performance in concept prerequisite relation learning. Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) is a common joint disease that severely affects the normal lives of patients. In clinical practice, the severity of KOA is evaluated by observing the X-ray images of the knee joint, which is highly dependent on the subjective experience of the doctor. In this study, we developed a novel deep CNN model that integrates structural information processing to predict KOA severity automatically. Specifically, (1) The knee joint regions of the original X-ray images are segmented using automatic detection; (2) We employed a pre-trained deep CNN models to extract deep features of key regions, and construct their corresponding graph representations; (3) A graph attention network (GAT) was designed as a fine-tuning module to build a KOA prediction model. Experiments demonstrate that our method significantly improves the performance in multiple aspects. In addition, our method demonstrates good interpretability. GPS trajectories are the essential foundations for many trajectory-based applications. Most applications require a large number of high sample rate trajectories to achieve a good performance. However, many real-life trajectories are collected with low sample rate due to energy concern or other constraints. We study the task of trajectory recovery in this paper as a means to increase the sample rate of low sample trajectories. Most existing works on trajectory recovery follow a sequence-to-sequence diagram, with an encoder to encode a trajectory and a decoder to recover real GPS points in the trajectory. However, these works ignore the topology of road network and only use grid information or raw GPS points as input. Therefore, the encoder model is not able to capture rich spatial information of the GPS points along the trajectory, making the prediction less accurate and less spatial consistent. In this paper, we propose a road network enhanced transformer-based framework, namely RNTrajRec, for trajectory recovery. RNTrajRec first uses a graph model, namely GridGNN, to learn the embedding features of each road segment. It next develops a spatial-temporal transformer model, namely GPSFormer, to learn rich spatial and temporal features along with a Sub-Graph Generation module to capture the spatial features for each GPS point in the trajectory. It finally forwards the outputs of encoder model to a multi-task decoder model to recover the missing GPS points. Extensive experiments based on three large-scale real-life trajectory datasets confirm the effectiveness of our approach. © 2023 IEEE.

Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)play an important role in many life activities such as epigenetic material regulation,cell cycle regulation,dosage compensation and cell differentiation regulation,and are associated with many human *** are many limitations in identifying and annotating lncRNAs using traditional biological experimental *** the development of high-throughput sequencing technology,it is of great practical significance to identify the lncRNAs from massive RNA sequence data using machine learning *** on the Bagging method and Decision Tree algorithm in ensemble learning,this paper proposes a method of lncRNAs gene sequence identification called *** identification results of this classification method are compared with the identification results of several models including Byes,Support Vector Machine,Logical Regression,Decision Tree and Random *** experimental results show that the lncRNAs identification method named BDLR proposed in this paper has an accuracy of 86.61%in the human test set and 90.34%in the mouse for lncRNAs,which is more than the identification results of the other ***,the proposed method offers a reference for researchers to identify lncRNAs using the ensemble learning.

Considering the tumor aggressive nature and the significant changes in anatomical structure, aligning the preoperative and follow up scans of glioma patients remains a challenge due to the presence of regions with absent correspondence. To address this challenge, this work proposed a novel bidirectional unsupervised deformable image registration framework for image pairs with missing correspondence based on an auxiliary-image-aided intensity-consistency constraint (ICC) strategy. Specifically, for any fixed and moving image pairs, we introduced an auxiliary image and warped it directly to fixed/moving image or warped it twice through a transition of moving/fixed image. By comparing the difference between these warped images, the weighting maps to identify and exclude regions with absent correspondence between fixed and moving image pairs can be generated. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed framework, we combined it with several deep learning-based registration models and tested it on BraTS-Reg challenge dataset, the results demonstrated that the proposed ICC strategy can improve the registration performance for all the models, with the improvement of average target registration error (TRE) and success rate (SR) being up to 44.9% and 66.7%, respectively. Comparing against the best existing forward-backward consistency strategy for dealing with missing correspondence registration, our auxiliary-image-aided ICC strategy can also decrease average TRE by 2.9%, demonstrating the superiority of the proposed framework. The present work is not limited to the glioma images, it can be used to address the registration problems for any image pairs with absent correspondence or inconsistent intensity. © 2024 IEEE.

Knowledge graphs (KGs) provide a structured representation of the real world through entity-relation triples. However, current KGs are often incomplete, typically containing only a small fraction of all possible facts. This involves inferring missing content from existing information, a task known as link prediction. Existing methods in the field of link prediction struggle with controlling the dimensionality of embedding vectors or suffer from overly complex models. In order to tackle these challenges, we introduce a method in this paper, named Low-Dimensional Embedding Method for Link Prediction Combining Self-Attention and Enhanced-TuckER (LESaET). LESaET leverages both self-attention mechanisms and tensor factorization to learn expressive contextual-enhanced representations of KGs. Specifically, LESaET employs the multi-head self-attention mechanism of Transformer as an encoder to capture the mutual information between entities and relationships, and utilizes Enhanced-TuckER as a decoder, ultimately achieving expressive low-dimensional embeddings for link prediction tasks. LESaET demonstrates competitive performance compared to advanced methods on standard datasets. © 2024 IEEE.

Disentangling Heterogeneous Knowledge Concept Embedding for Cognitive Diagnosis on Untested Knowledge

Cognitive diagnosis is a fundamental and critical task in learning assessment, which aims to infer students’ proficiency on knowledge concepts from their response logs. Current works assume each knowledge concept will certainly be tested and covered by multiple exercises. However, whether online or offline courses, it’s hardly feasible to completely cover all knowledge concepts in several exercises. Restricted tests lead to undiscovered knowledge deficits, especially untested knowledge concepts(UKCs). In this paper, we propose a novel framework for Cognitive Diagnosis called Disentangling Heterogeneous Knowledge Cognitive Diagnosis(DisKCD) on untested knowledge. Specifically, we leverage course grades, exercise questions, and learning resources to learn the potential representations of students, exercises, and knowledge concepts. In particular, knowledge concepts are disentangled into tested and untested based on the limiting actual exercises. We construct a heterogeneous relation graph network via students, exercises, tested knowledge concepts(TKCs), and UKCs. Then, through a hierarchical heterogeneous message-passing mechanism, the fine-grained relations are incorporated into the embeddings of the entities. Finally, the embeddings will be applied to multiple existing cognitive diagnosis models to infer students’ proficiency on UKCs. Experimental results on real-world datasets show that the proposed model can effectively improve the performance of the task of diagnosing students’ proficiency on UKCs. With the rise of data storage computing and IoT technology. The increase in data volume and user demand, the accurate delivery of data and low latency during transmission become important factors that affect the end-user experience. To address this issue, previous authors have proposed the concept of edge computings. In the general environment of edge computing, reasonable scheduling of edge caches can largely achieve low latency and high efficiency, thus improving user experience. In this paper, based on existing research, we propose a combination of a joint learning framework for cache prediction based on region popularity and an edge collaborative cache value optimization method to further improve cache hit rate and cache utilization efficiency.
