Multi-modal knowledge graph completion (MMKGC) aims to discover unobserved knowledge from given knowledge graphs, collaboratively leveraging structural information from the triples and multi-modal information of the entities to overcome the inherent incompleteness. Existing MMKGC methods usually extract multi-modal features with pre-trained models, resulting in coarse handling of multi-modal entity information, overlooking the nuanced, fine-grained semantic details and their complex interactions. To tackle this shortfall, we introduce a novel framework MYGO to tokenize, fuse, and augment the fine-grained multi-modal representations of entities and enhance the MMKGC performance. Motivated by the tokenization technology, MYGO tokenizes multi-modal entity information as fine-grained discrete tokens and learns entity representations with a cross-modal entity encoder. To further augment the multi-modal representations, MYGO incorporates fine-grained contrastive learning to highlight the specificity of the entity representations. Experiments on standard MMKGC benchmarks reveal that our method surpasses 19 of the latest models, underlining its superior performance. Code and data can be found in https://***/zjukg/MyGO. Many vehicle platoons are interrupted while traveling on roads,especially at urban signalized *** reason for such interruptions is the inability to exchange real-time information between traditional human-driven vehicles and intersection ***,this paper develops a Markov chain-based model to recognize platoons.A simulation experiment is performed in Vissim based on field data extracted from video recordings to prove the model’s *** videos,recorded with a high-definition camera,contain field driving data from three Tesla vehicles,which can achieve Level 2 autonomous *** simulation results show that the recognition rate exceeds 80%when the connected and autonomous vehicle penetration rate is higher than *** a vehicle is upstream or downstream of an intersection also affects the performance of platoon *** platoon recognition model developed in this paper can be used as a signal control input at intersections to reduce the unnecessary interruption of vehicle platoons and improve traffic efficiency.

This paper aims to address the difficulties faced by novice programmers in grasping code structure and execution flow, improving programming thinking, and pinpointing code errors with accuracy. It proposes providing students with program behavior diagrams based on large language models (LLMs) and visualization techniques to achieve personalized guidance. Specifically, these program behavior diagrams include programming thinking visualization diagrams and code vulnerability visualization diagrams. A programming thinking visualization diagram employs static code analysis to gather code structure information, combined with the structured chain-of-thought method to collectively optimize the LLM. This enables the LLM to explain each interpretable part of the code from top to bottom, detailing the programming concepts, and displaying them on a modularized code structure diagram. The code vulnerability visualization diagram primarily utilizes the fine-tuned LLM, optimizing it based on program analysis and clustering analysis methods to accurately identify vulnerabilities in student code and display them on a code flow diagram. Its feature is to visually display to students the error location, error information, and the impact of errors on program flow, rather than providing the programming answers. Lastly, through experiments and statistical analysis of actual teaching data, this paper serves a demonstration that the enhanced models used in the visualization diagram generation process have a noticeable effect on mainstream LLMs, and that visualization diagrams hold significant value for students at different stages of learning.

For efficient and high-fidelity local facial attribute editing, most existing editing methods either require additional finetuning for different editing effects or tend to affect beyond the editing regions. Alternatively, inpainting methods can edit the target image region while preserving external areas. However, current inpainting methods still suffer from the generation misalignment with facial attributes description and the loss of facial skin details. To address these challenges, (i) a novel data utilization strategy is introduced to construct datasets consisting of attribute-text-image triples from a data-driven perspective, (ii) a Causality-Aware Condition Adapter is proposed to enhance the contextual causality modeling of specific details, which encodes the skin details from the original image while preventing conflicts between these cues and textual conditions. In addition, a Skin Transition Frequency Guidance technique is introduced for the local modeling of contextual causality via sampling guidance driven by low-frequency alignment. Extensive quantitative and qualitative experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of our method in boosting both fidelity and editability for localized attribute editing. — A novel planar balanced-to-balanced (BTB) microstrip filtering crossover with high isolation and common-mode (CM) suppression is proposed in this paper. The circuit structure is based on microstrip transmission lines without coupling sections, which can reduce insertion loss and enhance isolation. Specific theoretical analysis of the BTB filtering crossover configuration using transfer matrix and mixed-mode scattering parameters is performed. In order to verify the validity of the theory analysis and design, a microstrip BTB filtering crossover prototype at the center frequency of 2.45 GHz is fabricated and measured with high isolation and excellent CM suppression. © 2024 SBMO/SBMag.

This study addresses the challenges faced in personalized tutoring within large-scale programming courses, such as significant ability gaps among students, limited available resources, among others. For these reasons, we proposed an intelligent programming assistant, ProgMate, based on large language models (LLMs). Benefitting from the robust understanding and learning capabilities of LLM, ProgMate not only comprehensively monitors the learning process, but can also surpass human teaching in aspects such as intelligent assignment grading, identification of knowledge gaps, and assessment of learning abilities. ProgMate embodies a new 4-A digital teaching paradigm, characterized by its ability to provide precise guidance with anything, to anyone, anywhere, at any time, with features like “omnipresence”, “adaptive guidance” and “customization”. It facilitates the organic integration of collective teaching and individualized guidance, continuous learning, and long-term development, as well as resource efficiency and precision nurturing, offering a viable path and empirical support for the digital transformation of future education.

Multi-exposure image fusion is a cost-effective method to improve the dynamic range of images. For the problems of inadequate detail extraction in bright and dark areas and the over simplicity of existing fusion rules by current deep learning multi-exposure image fusion algorithms, we propose a DenseNet-based framework using adaptive Gabor convolution. Building on the Dense network architecture, we design an adaptive Gabor convolution module, which the parameters of the Gabor filter can be updated along with the network, enhancing the ability of Gabor to extract image features. Additionally, a cross-domain aggregation attention module is proposed, which effectively aggregates and enhances information. Comparing our method with seven advanced methods on the multi-exposure image fusion benchmark dataset, the subjective and objective evaluations outperform the other methods, proving the effectiveness and superiority of our method. The experiments of different exposure images fusion demonstrate the good generalization performance of our method.

Group decision-making (GDM) characterized by complexity and uncertainty is an essential part of various life scenarios. Most existing researches lack tools to fuse information quickly and interpret decision results for partially formed decisions. This limitation is particularly noticeable when there is a need to improve the efficiency of GDM. To address this issue, a novel multi-level sequential three-way decision for group decision-making (S3W-GDM) method is constructed from the perspective of granular computing. This method simultaneously considers the vagueness, hesitation, and variation of GDM problems under double hierarchy hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets (DHHFLTS) environment. First, for fusing information efficiently, a novel multi-level expert information fusion method is proposed, and the concepts of expert decision table and the extraction/aggregation of decision-leveled information based on the multi-level granularity are defined. Second, the neighborhood theory, outranking relation and regret theory (RT) are utilized to redesign the calculations of conditional probability and relative loss function. Then, the granular structure of DHHFLTS based on the sequential three-way decision (S3WD) is defined to improve the decision-making efficiency, and the decision-making strategy and interpretation of each decision-level are proposed. Furthermore, the algorithm of S3W-GDM is given. Finally, an illustrative example of diagnosis is presented, and the comparative and sensitivity analysis with other methods are performed to verify the efficiency and rationality of the proposed method. © 2024, CC BY.

In large-scale networks, the state space is exploding and changing dynamically. This leads to difficulties in collecting and analyzing situational awareness data, so we construct an adaptive situational awareness model in spatio-temporal dimensions. In the spatial dimension, vulnerabilities’s threats are assessed through attack graphs combined with Shapley values. At the same time, vulnerability threats are dynamically quantified by updating the status node reachability probability in real time. In the temporal dimension, a game model is established by analyzing vulnerability attack graph nodes to dynamically adjust the observation frequency of high-risk vulnerabilities, focusing on the safety status characteristics of high-risk assets. Experimental results show that our proposal integrates the security features of both space and time dimensions. This method can better focus on high-risk vulnerabilities and accurately reflect the dynamic changes in the network security situation, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in network security detection. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

Continuous monitoring in A/B testing is widely used for selecting options, variants, or treatments in healthcare analytics. However, the appropriate stopping strategy for A/B testing in continuous monitoring remains unclear. This study proposes a Bayesian A/B testing method for continuous monitoring, incorporating a martingale stopping strategy. A uniform Beta distribution is used as the prior in the Bayesian A/B testing method. The posterior expected loss is employed as the criterion for choosing an option. When the posterior expected loss falls below a preset threshold, the result of the continuous monitoring is accepted for the A/B testing. With the proposed method, continuous monitoring of the null hypothesis (that the conversion rate of A is less than that of B) is managed using the posterior expected loss. The results obtained using the martingale stopping strategy enhance the interpretability of the A/B testing process. Finally, the effectiveness of the Bayesian A/B testing method is validated through numerical experiments on both simulated data and real-world applications.
