With continuous breakthrough of key technologies, common technologies, emerging technologies, cross technologies, and subversive technologies, which have brought profound changes to politics, economy, society, culture, and environment. Under above-mentioned background, further exert the guiding role of technology foresight in technology planning formulation, further study the supporting role of technology foresight in emerging technology management, which is important for academic research, enterprise practice and government decision-making. This article can be divided into two parts, the literature review part mainly includes published articles, keyword network, citation network, which describes the historical context, current status, future trends, limitations and improvement directions of related research in detail. The practice comparison part mainly includes targets and experts, methods and processes, technologies and fields, which is also a feasible perspective for results evaluating.

Movie Recommendation Algorithm Based on Sentiment Analysis and LDA

Traditional recommendation algorithms have problems such as data sparseness and not paying attention to the diversity of recommendation results. In this paper, we use LDA to extract topics of comments about movies, and identify the emotional tendencies related to topics. As a result, we enrich user interest model and product feature model based on emotional tendencies to improve content-based recommendation algorithms. Most of prior work on applying sentiment classification to recommendation systems only consider the use of sentiment dictionaries to judge polarity, and adopt pattern matching methods to identify features. This paper uses BERT to train sentiment classification models and uses LDA to extract topics. The algorithm is run on the movie review database crawled from Douban, and the experimental result showed that the diversity of recommendation lists had been significantly improved.

Research in the carbon field has experienced rapid growth in recent years and has attracted widespread academic attention. This paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the carbon field using bibliometric methods. By collecting a large number of academic publications related to carbon and utilizing bibliometric indicators, We performed statistical and descriptive analyses on the development trends, research areas, research institutions, and authors in the field of carbon economy literature. Additionally, we employed co-citation analysis and keyword co-occurrence analysis to identify the current research focuses in the carbon field and explore the temporal changes in research hotspots. Ultimately, we analyzed the future development trends of the carbon field, providing valuable insights for scholars to conduct further research in this field. These research findings are of great significance in promoting the development and application of the carbon economy field. © 2023 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V. Heterogeneous information networks (HINs) have become a popular tool to capture complicated user-item relationships in recommendation problems in recent years. As a typical instantiation of HINs, meta-path is introduced in search of higher-level representations of user-item interactions. Though remarkable success has been achieved along this direction, existing meta-path-based recommendation methods face at least one of the following issues: 1) existing methods merely adopt simple meta-path fusion rules, which might be insufficient to exclude inconsistent information of different meta-paths that may hurt model performance;2) the representative power is limited by shallow/stage-wise formulations. To solve these issues, we propose an end-to-end and unified embedding-based recommendation framework with graph-based learning. To address 1), we propose a flexible fusion module to integrate meta-path-based similarities into relative similarities between users and items. To address 2), we take advantage of the powerful representative ability of deep neural networks to learn more complicated and flexible latent embeddings. Finally, empirical studies on real-world datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed method. © 2021 ACM.

The concept of occupational health becomes more and more popular in 2019. This study choose workers on the PCB production lines of A Factory and B Factory in Taoyuan are taken as the target population in 2014 first generation of health promotion management database system, and a total of 340 active workers aged between 20 and 65, and with more than a year of work experience, are selected as the research subjects to facilitate the effectiveness of this study. However, in the electronic heath database test project of this study, when the various departments use the health promotion management database system as a management decision-making action, the time is greatly shortened, which is also because the employees of various departments change from the behaviors and cognition, attitude, and self-efficacy, which is also very important positive results. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2020.

A High-tech plant also uses a large amount of electrical energy and mechanical energy, heat, radiant energy, chemical energy, and human factors cause by the process requirements. The ability of each unit to improve the maintenance and rescue capacity is most important works especially based on big data and IoT. This study high-tech plant hazard types and possible situational analysis includes fire, explosion, and toxic gas leakage for analysis. However, this study uses the risk assessment method and simulates for disaster prevention and prevention operations. The sensing layer is mainly carried out in three parts include fire, explosion and toxic gas leakage. Finally, the rationality of this study is verified. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2020.

Improved New Word Detection Method Used in Tourism Field

Chinese segmentation has attracted amounts of attention in natural language processing in recent years and is the basis of web text mining. The article improved statistics-based method EMI, then we use improved approach to detect new words in tourism field. The result demonstrates that our method can detect new words significantly, especially in detecting proper nouns and sentiment words which will be helpful in subsequent tasks such as sentiment analysis and word embedding. In additional, this paper analyze parameters which are influential on the effects of new words detection. At last, the article discussed possible application of new word detection in sentiment analysis.

On September 5, 2015, the State Council of Chinese Government, China’s cabinet formally announced its Action Framework for Promoting big data (***, 2015). This is the milestone for China to catch up the global wave of big data. Since 2012 big data became a hot issue for scientific communities as well as the governments of many countries (Lazer et al. in Science 343:1203–1205, 2014;Einav et al. in Science 345:715, 2014;Cate in Science 346:818, 2014;Khoury and Ioannidis in Science 346:1054–1055, 2014). At the 2013 G8 Summit, the leaders of Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Russia, U.S.A. and United Kingdom agreed on an "open government plan" (***/government/publications/open-data-charter/g8-open-data-charter-and-technical-annex, 2013). China’s framework, however, mainly emphasizes the integration of all trans-departmental data and establishes a number of government-driven national big data platforms so as to provide big data services to research, public and enterprises. The framework not only demonstrates a strong commitment of the Chinese government on big data, but also covers a wide range of governmental branches, enterprises and institutions far more than that of other countries. In addition, the framework shows an interpretation of big data that differs from other countries. As the first individualization-information processing equipment put into practical service worldwide,Automated Fingerprint Identification System(AFIS)has always been regarded as the first choice in individualization of criminal suspects or those who died in mass *** integrating data within the existing regional large-scale AFIS database,many countries are constructing an ultra large state-of-the-art AFIS(or Imperial Scale AFIS)***,it is very important to develop a series of ten-print data quality controlling process for this system of this type,which would insure a substantial matching efficiency,as the pouring data come into this imperial scale *** the image quality of ten-print data is closely relevant to AFIS matching proficiency,a lot of police departments have allocated huge amount of human and financial resources over this issue by carrying out manual verification works for ***,quality control method above is always proved to be inadequate because it is an astronomical task involved,in which it has always been problematic and less affiant for potential ***,we will implement quality control in the above procedure with supplementary-acquisition effect caused by the delay of feedback instructions sent from the human verification *** this article,a series of fingerprint image quality supervising techniques has been put forward,which makes it possible for computer programs to supervise the ten-print image quality in real-time and more accurate manner as substitute for traditional manual *** its prominent advantages in the human and financial expenditures,it has also been proved to obviously improve the image quality of the AFIS ten-print database,which leads up to a dramatic improvement in the AFIS-matching accuracy as well.
