Due to the frequent occurrence of extreme natural disasters, the distribution network is vulnerable to significant effect, resulting in partial power supply interruption and the formation of islands. Emergency power supply vehicles (EPSVs) can temporarily restore power supply to the islands during the outage, and repair crews (RCs) are sent to repair faulted lines. To accelerate fault recovery, a two-stage optimization recovery strategy for the distribution network is proposed in this paper. In the first stage, the distribution network reconfiguration model is established to maximize the critical load recovery. In the second stage, according to the reconfiguration result, EPSVs select the islands with the highest emergency degree of failure load to provide power supply. In the meantime, RCs pick the island which still has more load loss to repair the fault line after power supply restoration. Mobile emergency resources (MERs) are continuously sent depending on the results of a two-stage rolling optimization to promptly restore power supply to all loads. The dispatching routes of MPSs considering the dynamic traffic network models are optimized by using Floyd algorithm. The reliability and effectiveness of the proposed strategy are verified by simulation of the IEEE 33- node system. © 2023, State Grid Electric Power.

Spectrum-induced polarization (SIP) is a widely used geophysical exploration approach, but it is prone to noise. To address this issue, this paper proposes a noise reduction method that combines phase space reconstruction (PSR) and fast independent component analysis (fastICA). The proposed approach enhances the signal-to-noise ratio of SIP data by effectively removing noise. Experimental results show that the PSR-fastICA method significantly reduces noise in SIP signals. © 2023 SPIE.

Because of small number of occupied pixels, lacking shape and texture information, the reliability of infrared remote target detection has always been a difficult research topic. To improve the accuracy and precision of detection of infrared small targets under complex background conditions, a deep learning-based infrared small target detection algorithm YOLO-NWD is proposed. According to the characteristics of small and medium targets in infrared images, multi-channel feature fusion image was used as the input of YOLO detection framework combined with image preprocessing method. Combined with SE module and ASPP module, feature weights are explored to improve feature utilization efficiency. Finally, the normalized Wasserstein distance (NWD) loss is used to replace the original IoU calculation loss to reduce the sensitivity of small target position deviation. The experimental results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper improves the accuracy by 2.5% and the recall rate by 4%. © 2022 ACM.

Aiming at the problems such as low efficiency of relay protection setting management and remote setting, risk of error in setting delivery and setting, and difficulty of quick warning of setting value mutation, this paper proposes a method of relay protection setting management and remote setting based on hash value check. A remote setting system of setting value is established, which is composed of block chain server, substation centralized control master station, control cloud platform and protection device. The setting value is set and transferred remotely in the form of file. The block hash encryption of the setting value file is carried out, and the block chain provides reliable data storage and transmission services, so that the setting value file cannot be tampered with in the flow of all parts. Ensure the high reliability of relay protection remote setting. The engineering test results show that the proposed method is reliable and effective, and can provide technical support for the reliable automatic setting of setting values. © 2023 IEEE.

Tracking dynamic targets poses a significant challenge for Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs). Existing methods often lack research on multi-disturbed conditions. To address this issue, we propose a trajectory-prediction-based dynamic tracking scheme, which includes target localization, trajectory prediction, and UGV control. Firstly, an estimation algorithm based on the Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) is employed to mitigate noise and estimate the absolute states of the target accurately. To enhance robustness, we present an Adaptive Trajectory Prediction (ATP) algorithm based on prediction anchors. In this method, a quantization standard for trajectory disturbance is designed for adaptive control. Subsequently, we iteratively solve prediction anchor points based on two motion models to robustly predict the target trajectory even in the presence of unknown disturbances. Finally, the Linear Time-Varying Model Predictive control (LTV-MPC) is utilized in the UGV controller for dynamic tracking. Experimental results demonstrate that the ATP exhibits superior prediction robustness and accuracy in perturbed environments compared to other prediction algorithms. In addition, the proposed scheme effectively achieves dynamic tracking of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) by the UGV under multi-disturbed conditions. Specifically, when the target moves at a speed of 1.0 m/s, the UGV can maintain a tracking error within 0.346 m.

Conventional nanosecond clock synchronization protocols are generally target-type or content-type, the synchronization rate is low, which leads to the increasing of the mean value difference of synchronization, so we propose to study the design of nanosecond clock synchronization method for real-time transient simulation. Combined with the actual clock synchronization requirements, we first calculate the link congestion coefficient, adopt a multilevel approach to strengthen the synchronization rate, set up a multilevel clock synchronization protocol, based on which we determine the clock source quality coefficients and construct a nanosecond clock synchronization model for real-time transient simulation, and use redundancy processing to achieve clock synchronization. The test results show that compared with the high-efficiency phase-color clock synchronization method and the cross-clock synchronization method, the mean synchronization difference of the designed transient simulation nanosecond clock synchronization method is controlled to be less than 0.5, which indicates that the designed clock synchronization method is more efficient, stable, and targeted, and the synchronization effect is significantly improved. © 2024 IEEE.

Extraction of repetitive shock signals from vibration signals is crucial in bearing fault detection. Morphological filtering can extract the signal components based on the geometric features of the signal. In this paper, we propose an improved morphological filter for extracting fault cycle pulses from vibration signals in the time domain. Morlet wavelets are used as the main waveforms of the structural elements, which guide the construction of the structural elements based on their correlation with the defect-induced pulse, the Teager energy operator (TEO) is used to reduce the modulated signal interference. The improved morphological filtering algorithm can obtain fault features from low signal-to-noise ratio signals. The processing results of one simulated signal and two sets of experimental signals verify the effectiveness and robustness of the method. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.

In recent visual tracking research,correlation filter(CF)based trackers become popular because of their high speed and considerable *** methods mainly work on the extension of features and the solution of the boundary effect to learn a better correlation ***,the related studies are *** exploring the potential of trackers in these two aspects,a novel adaptive padding correlation filter(APCF)with feature group fusion is proposed for robust visual tracking in this paper based on the popular context-aware tracking *** the tracker,three feature groups are fused by use of the weighted sum of the normalized response maps,to alleviate the risk of drift caused by the extreme change of single ***,to improve the adaptive ability of padding for the filter training of different object shapes,the best padding is selected from the preset pool according to tracking precision over the whole video,where tracking precision is predicted according to the prediction model trained by use of the sequence features of the first several *** sequence features include three traditional features and eight newly constructed *** experiments demonstrate that the proposed tracker is superior to most state-of-the-art correlation filter based trackers and has a stable improvement compared to the basic trackers.

This paper presents a novel solution for bearing fault diagnosis based on a Broad Learning system with multi-domain feature selection. Currently, the diagnosis of bearing faults is beset with numerous challenges, including operation under complex and fluctuating conditions, the subtlety of early fault indicators, noise interference in measurement signals, variations in operational conditions, and a broad spectrum of potential fault types. These factors collectively contribute to the complexity of accurately identifying and classifying bearing faults. The Broad Learning system introduced in this paper, by integrating multi-domain feature selection, enhances the model's capability to extract and utilize relevant features from noisy or incomplete data, potentially increasing diagnostic accuracy in suboptimal sensor environments. By leveraging features across multiple domains, the method based on the Broad Learning system can capture a wider array of fault characteristics, thereby broadening its applicability across various types of bearing faults and operational conditions. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.
