This paper presents our preliminary geoacoustic inversion results of the ship noise data collected by a vector sensor in 2008, Dalian, China. For the at-sea measurement, a fishing boat was served as a passive source passed by the receiver boat deploying a vector sensor, which collected the pressure field and particle velocity components at three orthogonal directions of X, Y and Z. A batch inversion scheme is adapted to optimize a Bartlett type cost function that comprises the range-dependent sound propagation features. The results from the pressure, vertical particle velocity component and the combination of them are presented, which suggests the combination processing can provide better inversion results.

In recent years, the development and deployment of the U.S. weapon equipment systems-of-systems (SoS) have yielded rich research results. However, there are still large gaps in the SoS development, joint testing, and design and acquisition of our own equipment SoS. The barriers of these steps have not yet been opened up. This article mainly analyzes the solutions of the U.S. weapon equipment SoS from three aspects, such as capability-based requirement generation and architecture design technology, interconnected-oriented integration test technology, and weapon equipment design and acquisition technology based on complex adaptive systems. We explore key technologies involved in order to form an overall understanding and explore related research approaches.

The regular striations exhibited in broadband noise spectrogram due to a moving ship have been exploited for inverse problems in underwater acoustics, e.g., sediment geoacoustic characterization and source ranging. The enhancement of the underlying interference structure for striation extraction has been a hot topic for relative applications. In this paper, a straightforward method based on the low-frequency sound propagation characteristics is proposed to strengthen the main striation features. This method intuitively enhances the striation pattern by smoothing the resultant spectrogram along range (time) for each frequency bin. The method is applied to the ship noise data collected in 2008, Dalian, and then filtered by a multi-scale line filter, which demonstrate can greatly improve the quality of extracted striations than that of raw data. A hough transformation technique is applied to reconstruct the striation segment to estimate precise geometrical information that can be used for source range estimation.

Due to profound impact on climate and human health,air quality has attracted attention from all levels of the civil *** key step in the provision of required tools for the society to tackle the complex air quality problem is to characterize it in a comprehensive manner with a long-term ***,we describe a continuous and comprehensive observation station and its accompanying state-ofthe-art instrumentation that was established to investigate the complex urban atmospheric environment in a rapidly developing Chinese *** station,located in downtown Beijing,aims to study air quality by identifying the major atmospheric pollutants and key processes determining their formation and loss mechanisms.A few hundreds of parameters are continuously measured with the state-of-the-art instruments,including trace gas concentrations,aerosol particle size distributions,and mass concentrations,covering aerosol particle chemical composition from molecules to micrometer-sized aerosol *** produced long-term,comprehensive big data with around 1�10^(11)bytes per *** this paper,we provide an overview on the facilities of the station,the instrumentation used,the workflow of continuous observations and examples of results from 2018 to 2019 and a basis for establishing a modern long-term,comprehensive atmospheric urban observation station in other megacities.

Taking Internet as carrier and adopting emerging information and communication technology, intelligent science and technology, "Internet+" paradigm and means are emerging and applied to the paradigm innovation, business optimization and efficiency improvement. In this paper, comparative analysis is firstly conducted on the "Internet+" paradigm and means from the perspective of paradigm, means and support technology to propose that Smart cloud manufacturing (Smart CMfg) is a scheme to match Chinese national conditions and competitive advantages. From the perspective of model-based system engineering, the incentive and feedback model of manufacturing industry development is then proposed to discuss the development path and mechanism of the transformation and upgrading of Chinese Smart CMfg-based manufacturing industry. Wireless capsule endoscopy (WCE) can painlessly capture a large number of images inside the intestine. However, only a small portion of these WCE images contain hemorrhage. It is thus critical to develop automated hemorrhage detection method to facilitate the diagnosis of intestinal diseases. However, automated hemorrhage detection is complicated by 1) the extreme imbalance between the amount of hemorrhage images and that of normal images; and 2) the variety of the appearance, texture, and luminance inside the intestine. In this paper, we proposed to learn a robust intestinal hemorrhage detection model via Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), because of CNNs' extraordinary performance in solving various image understanding tasks. Specially, we explored different CNN architectures and data augmentation methods. Besides, we investigated the correlation between hemorrhage detection accuracy and image quality. Across about 1.3k hemorrhage images and 40k normal images, the learned CNN model achieves an F-measure of 98.87%.

A credible mechanism of service about data resource in cloud computing

In order to protect the security of service in cloud computing, we propose a credible mechanism of service for data resource. In the mechanism, we first build a system model and put forward its implementation process. Then, we design an encryption method used in the system model. On this basis, we discuss the function of the third party trusted platform. All of these constitute a credible mechanism of service about data resource in cloud computing. In order to verify the feasibility of the mechanism, a series of experiments have been done. The experimental results show that it is feasible to ensure the security of service about data resource in cloud computing. © 2018, Femto Technique Co., Ltd.

A new generation memory, Non-Volatile Memory (NVM), such as Phase-Change Memory (PCM), has been adopted together with DRAM in the main memory to form the hybrid main memory for low energy consumption and high capacity. The biggest challenge of hybrid memory is how to decrease the average memory access cost for the higher cost of NVM's read/write operation. Currently, most researches are based on migration. However, the page migration itself is a high cost operation. And the migration based policy produces many migration operations, which induces high cost in memory access. Therefore, in order to decrease the cost, we present a virtual page behavior based page management policy (VBPM) in this paper. According to the virtual pages' behavior, we allocate virtual pages into DRAM or PCM physical pages correspondingly. The whole process is migration independent. The experimental results show our VBPM decreases the average memory access time by 24%, moreover, VBPM improves real-time performance in critical path. © 2016 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem that the traditional deep reinforcement learning algorithm has poor generalization ability of generating strategies when solving complex game problems such as real-time strategy games, an agent strategy optimization method based on the combination of expert knowledge and self-play is proposed. Firstly, the opponent strategy of the agent is designed based on expert knowledge, and the corresponding strategy is generated by the proximal policy optimization algorithm (PPO), and the generated strategy is continuously put into the opponent strategy pool to provide a variety of opponent strategies for the agent in the training process. Through continuous iterative confrontation, the agent's autonomous decision-making ability in the face of different opponent strategies is improved. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional deep reinforcement learning algorithm, the introduction of the self-play training framework can significantly improve the average confrontation rate of the agent strategy, improve the robustness and generalization ability of the agent confrontation strategy, guide the agent to learn more effective tactical strategy, and achieve the adversarial advantage of “Priority first enemy discovery, Priority enemy launch”.
