In view of the damage of transmission line short-circuit faults and low fault identification rate, A novel fault identification method based on variational mode decomposition-fuzzy entropy and improved grey wolf algorithm - kernel extreme learning machine is proposed. First, the VMD is used to decompose the three-phase current after the fault to obtain a series of three-phase stable modal components; secondly, the fuzzy entropy value of each group of components is calculated separately as the fault characteristics of the transmission line; Finally, The fault characteristics of the transmission line are input to the kernel extreme learning machine for training to obtain the diagnosis model. The experimental results show that the method is not affected by the distance of the fault, the initial phase angle of the fault and the transition resistance, and can accurately identify the fault type.

In this paper, the research object is NAO robot, and for the instability problem of motion of biped robot, the NAO robot deep development platform is set up, the prototype and simulator are controlled real-time and the data is collected by using the control platform, So many experiments are completed by the development platform, to improve the stability of the simulator and the prototype. The theoretical value are obtained by the variable length inverted pendulum model, and through the comparison of theoretical and actual value of the joints angle sequence, the validity of method is verified. Firstly, the walking process of robot is analysed, the variable length inverted pendulum model is built;Then combined with the geometric constraints method, according to the NAO robot lower leg intrinsic parameters and experiments parameters, the motion trajectories of centroid and joints angle sequence are obtained respectively by using the kinematics, inverse kinematics and smooth function fitting method;Finally, obtained the joint angle sequence is the premise, in this paper, the stable gait walking is realized respectively on the simulator and NAO robot prototype based on the development platform, compared to the joints angle sequence trajectories of the actual waking and the theory calculation, the validity of the above research is verified.

Because the stability and accuracy of the traditional greenhouse monitoring system are not high enough, the light intensity and the grape canopy of the intelligent monitoring system are established for this phenomenon. It is based on the CO2 concentration of STM32 single chip to monitor the intensity of light and CO2 concentration and show it at the same time. Serial communication is used to send test results to MCGS touch screen to achieve real-time monitoring and warning of light intensity and CO2 concentration in greenhouse. The result of long term test shows the precision of the light intensity detection of the system is 9401ux, CO2 concentration measurement accuracy 40ppm. Compared with the traditional automatic monitoring system, the system runs stably and costs less, and the accuracy meets the requirements of grape greenhouse. In conclusion, the system proposed in this paper is suitable for agriculture.

Signal processing of electroencephalography (EEG) plays an important role in brain-computer-interface (BCI) system. It is crucial to select suitable features from EEG signals. This paper proposed a feature selection method which combing independent component analysis (ICA) and common spatial patterns (CSP) to improve the performances of classification. Firstly, EEG signals were filtered with 8-30HZ bandpass filter. Secondly, relative frequency band signals were decomposed into independent components to obtain the solution matrix by ICA, and then the EEG signals were reconstructed from the main components to improve the signal-to-noise ratios. CSP was used to extract the features of EEG signals. Finally, linear discriminate analysis classifier (LDA) and support vector machines (SVM) were used to classify the EEG feature signals. The experiment results showed that the average accuracy achieved by the proposed method were higher, compared common CSP method.

Human Machine Interface (HMI) system can effectively detect Electrooculogram (EOG) signals of eye movements, extract intension of users, and convert them into control commands of computer or rehabilitation aid devices. Thus, HMI system is easily accepted by the majority of persons with disabilities. Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) method was mainly used in feature extraction of EOG signals, but Traditional DWT method was always suffered from severe frequency aliasing and poor shift invariant. In this paper, Dual-tree complex Wavelet Transform (DTCWT) with a novel threshold calculation method was proposed for feature selection of EOG signals. To verify the proposed method, The EOG signal was collected from 5 normal subjects in the laboratory, and featured selected. Then, Support Vector Machine (SVM) was applied for classification. The average correct detection rate of proposed method was 96.11%, which was higher than Traditional DWT method. These results demonstrate that the DTCWT-SVM algorithm provides high classification accuracy, and suitable for clinical medicine field.

In this article, we present a comprehensive review of decadal to multi-decadal climate variability during the Common Era (CE), focusing on their characteristics and mechanisms. We begin by summarizing recent advances in proxy reconstructions that reveal the paleo-evidence of decadal to multi-decadal climate variability during the CE. Decadal to multi-decadal variability has been observed in extensive sets of proxy records in the CE. Despite improvements in proxy records in the type, temporal resolution, and temporal coverage, there remains a lack of clear consistency in the preferred time scales and phases of the variability among different records. The agreements of decadal characteristics between proxy records and model simulations are higher during the periods with strong external forcings, but lower during periods of weak external forcing. We subsequently describe the recent modeling studies on the influences of external forcings and internal variability on decadal to multi-decadal climate variability with associated physical mechanisms, and some emerging research topics. Despite the improved understanding of climate variability and regional climate changes, especially over the eastern Asia summer monsoon region, several inconsistencies still exist, such as the amplitudes of responses to external forcings and relative contributions from external forcings and internal variability. The review ends with perspectives for future directions to reconcile discrepancies of decadal climate variability, such as applications of paleoclimate data assimilation and isotope-enabled transient climate modeling, and implications for projecting future decadal to multi-decadal climate changes and for improving the accuracy of decadal predictions. © 2025 Science China Press

Alveolar echinococcosis (AE) remains a serious worldwide public health problem as a very harmful human tapeworm disease. Rapid and accurate diagnosis of AE is crucial for treatment and postoperative recovery. This study explored the applicability of tissue surface Raman spectroscopy (SERS) combined with machine learning for rapid AE detection. Specifically, liver tissue section samples were obtained by creating an AE mouse model and SERS spectra were acquired. Five kinds of machine learning methods were used to construct AE diagnosis model, among which the linear kernel support vector machine (SVM) model had the best classification result, and the accuracy rate reached 95.7%. Then, the linear SVM model was subjected to feature significance analysis, which demonstrated that the biochemicals corresponding to the spectra of 641,716 and 1372 cm-1 might be potential biomarkers. Gaussian noise is further added to test the noise interference resistance of different machine learning algorithms, and it is found that SVM with Gaussian radial basis function (RBF) kernel function has better noise interference resistance. The results show that tissue SERS spectroscopy combined with SVM algorithm for rapid detection of AE has a promising application. © 2024 IEEE.

Electrocardiogram (ECG) plays an imperative role in the clinical diagnosis of heart disease and heart abnormalities. In order to obtain the original ECG signal morphology, the wavelet threshold technique is usually used for ECG signal de-noising, in which threshold function and thresholds play very important role. In this paper, an improved threshold function with adjustable shape parameter was structured to improve the problems of the constant deviation in soft threshold function and the discontinuousness in hard threshold function. And then, an optimization strategy based on artificial bee colony algorithm with mean square error (MSE) as the objective function is embedded into the process of de-noising to quickly determine the optimal shape parameter and thresholds. Subsequently, a series of the simulation experiment are carried out by using two benchmark signals and real ECG signal with different noise levels. The signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and the MSE after de-noising are used as evaluation index of the proposed method. The evaluation results demonstrate that the improved threshold function shows a better performance than the traditional threshold functions under different noise levels, and the proposed method is effective for the selections of the optimal shape parameter and thresholds in ECG signal de-noising. © VDE VERLAG GMBH - Berlin - Offenbach.

A PLGA/Ti_(3)C_(2) hybrid coating was successfully deposited on the surface of magnesium-strontium(Mg-Sr)*** with the corrosion current density(icorr)of the Mg-Sr alloy(7.13×10^−5 A/cm^2),the modified samples(Mg/PLGA/Ti_(3)C_(2))was lower by approximately four orders of magnitude(7.65×10^−9 A/cm^2).After near infrared 808 nm laser irradiation,the icorr of the modified samples increased to 3.48×10^−7 A/cm^*** mechanism is that the local hyperthermia induced the free volume expansion of PLGA,and the increase in intermolecular gap enhanced the penetration of ***,the cytotoxicity study showed that the hybrid coating endowed the Mg-Sr alloy with enhanced biocompatibility.

Solving the problem of simultaneous location and map construction（SLAM） is the core of robot autonomous navigation. At present, most algorithms usually only consider the odometer information of mobile robot, therefor, there exists some problems of increasing computation amount caused by a large number of sampling particles and the complexity. So, this paper developed a scheme of map construction and positioning based on RBPF-SLAM algorithm. The hardware and software platform is set up on the ROS, and it merge the odometer information of the robot into the distance information collected by the laser sensor, which effectively reduces the number of required particles and the uncertainty of the robot’s pose estimates in filter prediction phase. Through the experimental, get the conclusion: simultaneous positioning based on RBPF-SLAM algorithm and map construction system can create high-precision online raster map in real time, and it is more consistent with the actual map.
