Organic electrochemical transistors(OECTs)have emerged as one type of promising building block for neuromorphic systems owing to their capability of mimicking the morphology and functions of biological neurons and ***,numerous kinds of OECTs have been developed,while self-healing performance has been neglected in most reported *** this work,the OECTs using self-healing polymer electrolytes as dielectric layers are *** important synaptic behaviors are simulated in the OECTs by doping the channel layers with ions from the *** from the dynamic hydrogen bonds in the self-healing polymer electrolytes,the OECTs can successfully maintain their electrical performance and the ability of emulating synaptic behaviors after self-healing compared with the initial *** significantly,the sublinear spatial summation function is demonstrated in the OECTs and their potential in flexible electronics is also *** results suggest that our devices are expected to be a vital component in the development of future wearable and bioimplantable neuromorphic systems.

A Seamless Pedestrian Localization system Based on GNSS/IμUWB/MAP Integration

Pedestrian localization has broad applications. However, achieving seamless positioning in complex environments remains a significant challenge due to factors like environmental occlusion and indoor-outdoor transitions. This paper proposes a combined localization framework using Global Navigation Satellite system (GNSS), Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), Ultra-Wideband (UWB), and MAP data to address this issue. In the framework, a three-step GNSS localization method is proposed to enhance accuracy and stability by eliminating Non-Line-of-Sight (NLOS) effects and filtering anomalies. Inertial Navigation system (INS) and Pedestrian Dead Reckoning (PDR) models are integrated to improve local precision and stability. UWB, known for its superior localization capabilities, has been integrated into some smartphones and is promising for large-scale indoor applications. The paper presents a gradient descent-based optimal anchor deployment algorithm and localization methods for varying anchor quantities. Additionally, a non-stationary Markov model fuses map data for trajectory prediction and correction. Finally, anomaly detection filtering and low-pass filtering are applied to the corrected trajectories, yielding high accuracy and stability. Experiments on the Honor V20 and iQOO U3 smartphones showed significant improvements compared to the baseline algorithm. Outdoor Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) was reduced by 44.4% (10.83m) for the Honor V20 and 40.0% (10.77m) for the iQOO U3. Additionally, outdoor Standard Deviation (STD) improved by 43.9% (4.80m) and 43.5% (5.50m), respectively. In transitional areas, RMSE improved by 4.61% (10.77m) and 19.6% (4.76m), respectively. Indoor RMSE also showed improvements, with the Honor V20 reducing it by 8.00% (3.79m) and the iQOO U3 by 5.78% (3.91m). © 2025 IEEE.

In order to accurately describe the dynamic characteristics of magnetorheological hydro pneumatic spring, its working performance was tested, and a nonlinear model which can accurately describe its hysteresis characteristics was proposed based on Bouc-Wen model. Firstly, the mechanical properties of hydro pneumatic spring were tested, and its working characteristics were analyzed based on the test results. Secondly, the analysis of the output influence of each parameter in the Bouc Wen model is completed. The analysis results show that the nonlinear hysteretic system can be flexibly described by adjusting the parameters. Thirdly, based on Bouc-Wen model, a non-linear model of hydro pneumatic spring was proposed, and the target interval was narrowed by several iterations using genetic algorithm, thus the identification of model parameters was completed. Then, the relation function of each parameter in the model with current was obtained by ordinary least squares, and the non-linear model of hydro pneumatic spring was established. Finally, the numerical analysis of the magnetorheological hydro pneumatic spring nonlinear model was completed. The analysis results show that the calculation results of the hydro pneumatic nonlinear model agree well with the test results under the same input. The hydro pneumatic spring nonlinear model established can accurately describe its operating characteristics. This paper firstly applies Bouc-Wen model to the nonlinear modeling of new magnetorheological hydro-pneumatic springs, which provides a reference for the dynamic modeling of related magnetorheological hydro-pneumatic devices. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

With the development of computer science, the optimization method has been widely used in the dynamic design process of complex multi-body systems. In the optimization design of complex multi-body systems in different fields, there are many problems, such as large amount of calculation, low efficiency and difficult optimization of complex optimization problems. In this paper, a multi-body dynamic optimization design software (MSTMM-OPT) is designed and implemented, which combines the transfer matrix method and the approximate model to realize the optimal design of single-multi-objective problems. The software has the main functions of sensitivity analysis, experiment design, approximate model construction, optimization and solving, and realizes each function and corresponding post-processing result display function combined with interface design. The software can realize the optimization design of complex systems. By calculating a series of standard test functions, the software is compared with the similar multidisciplinary optimization software ISIGHT software, which shows that the main functions of the software are equivalent to those of similar foreign software. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

All-electric artillery control servo systems generally use gear transmission mechanisms to transfer power. However, the presence of gear-side clearance in these mechanisms can seriously affect the system’s dynamic characteristics. The backlash caused by it can also result in the servo system’s delayed response, significantly reducing the system’s control precision. This article takes the tank gun control directional servo system as the research object and establishes a directional engine force model considering the gear-side clearance and clearance elimination mechanism. It simulates and analyzes the effect of the mechanical structure parameters of the gear transmission system on the system’s dynamic characteristics. This paper proposes a new terminal guidance law based on zeroing line of sight rate using time delay control theory and back-stepping method. Firstly, the plane guidance model of the compound control missile is established accounting for dynamic characteristics of double actuator, where the unknown interferences such as target maneuver, time-varying relative velocity and parameter perturbation, constitute the system unmatched uncertain parts. Secondly, the guidance law is proposed by introducing the time delay control theory into the solution of terminal guidance, estimating target maneuver and accurate compensation of subsystems at each layer. Then the closed-loop stability of the whole system is demonstrated by giving the basis of parameter selection in the second half of this paper. Finally, the simulation analysis is carried out under the scenario of air targets with large maneuvering. The guidance law can independently estimate target maneuverability, verifying the correctness and effectiveness of combating unknown interfere systems. © Beijing HIWING Scientific and Technological Information Institute 2024.

This research addresses the challenge of assessing equipment decision-making effectiveness in environments characterized by uncertainty and multiple influencing factors. We propose a novel approach involving the creation and optimization of a dynamic Bayesian network-based model tailored for equipment decision-making processes. The model facilitates a systematic evaluation of decision-making effectiveness by incorporating various factors, including equipment performance, environmental conditions, and enemy defensive capabilities. A comprehensive assessment system has been developed to simulate the penetration capabilities of different equipment through enemy defenses. Moreover, this study identifies potential errors in the effectiveness evaluation model by analyzing its performance in typical scenarios, pinpointing areas for enhancement. © 2024 IEEE.

Wideband direction of arrival (DOA) estimation using sensor array is a noteworthy problem frequently occurring in many applications involving radar, sonar, and communication. We present a wideband DOA method based on a sparse Bayesian learning of multiple sub-bands jointly with the redundant dictionary matrix at the reference frequency. Explicitly enforcing the focusing operation and the singular value decomposition (SVD) to sensor measurements is motivated by a desire to decrease the computational complexity and storage capacity. A joint sparse Bayesian learning framework is proposed to deal with multiple sub-bands under one segment to obtain the DOA information. Moreover, the proposed method can be directly extended to multiple segments. Comparing to other wideband DOA estimation methods, the proposed method has the advantages of increased resolution, higher accuracy, and correlation of the sources, as well as not requiring the initial angles for the focusing matrix. Simulations are provided to show the effectiveness and improved performance of the proposed method. © 2024 SPIE.
