The complexity of business and information systems(IS)alignment is a growing concern for researchers and practitioners *** extant research on alignment architecture fails to consider the human viewpoint,which makes it difficult to embrace emergent *** paper contributes to the extant literature in the following ***,we combine an enterprise architecture(EA)framework with a human viewpoint to address alignment issues in the architecture design phase;second,we describe a dynamic alignment model by developing a humancentered meta-model that explains first-and second-order changes and their effects on alignment *** paper provides better support for the theoretical research and the practical application of dynamic alignment.

A multi-agent decision network based on QMIX is proposed in this paper to cope with the coordination decision problem of multiple UAV air combat missions. To speed up the training process, three improvements are introduced: 1) An improved ϵ-decaying method that enable some tutor to help in action selection at the early stage of the training. This measure greatly improves the exploring efficiency when the network are far from being fully trained;2) State pruning and action mask measures are applied during the training. The former improves the effectiveness of the input state information, and the latter reduces unnecessary action exploring. 3) A gradually training configuration is used to make the training process more robust, where the combat adversaries are configured as the static targets, the randomly maneuver vehicles, and the Min-Max strategy vehicles respectively. The multi-UAV air combat scenarios are built up and the experiments are conducted. The results shows that these improvements have significantly improved training efficiency. © 2023 IEEE.

Based on rectangular partition and bilinear interpolation,we construct an alternating-direction implicit(ADI)finite volume element method,which combined the merits of finite volume element method and alternating direction implicit method to solve a viscous wave equation with variable *** paper presents a general procedure to construct the alternating-direction implicit finite volume element method and gives computational *** error estimate in L2 norm is obtained for the *** with the finite volume element method of the same convergence order,our method is more effective in terms of running time with the increasing of the computing *** experiments are presented to show the efficiency of our method and numerical results are provided to support our theoretical analysis.

In this paper, an unified information description model ("UIDM" for short) is proposed to model information from multiple sources in the Information Grid uniformly. With the increasing role of distributed message systems (DMS) represented by Kafka in handling large-scale data streams, it is critical to improve system performance by optimizing configuration parameters in different production environments. Due to the target system possessing numerous configuration parameters and the complex interactions between them, parameter optimization becomes a complex and time-consuming process that relies heavily on human effort and an iterative trial-and-error approach. At present, this type of configuration parameter problem has been classified as the Configuration of Distributed Message systems (CDMS) problem, for which the goal is to obtain the optimal set of parameters for achieving the best performance. In order to deal with this complex problem, an automatic optimization method is proposed in this paper, which combines an automatic script-based deployment and running framework with an improved Genetic Algorithm (GA) in cooperation with the Random Forest (RF) and statistical methods, named the Directional-Mutation Genetic Algorithm (DMGA). The framework and algorithm are designed to find the best configuration efficiently, obtaining optimal parameters accurately without human supervision. Actual results of comparison experiments based on the Kafka system show that the DMGA algorithm significantly improves the data throughput performance of Kafka, and its optimization speed is more efficient than the basic GA, highlighting its potential to quickly optimize Kafka's operational efficiency in different scenarios. © 2024 IEEE.

Feedback control of wave segments in an excitable medium

Depending on the excitability of the medium, a propagating wave segment will either contract or expand to fill the medium with spiral waves. This paper aims to introduce a simple mechanism of feedback control to stabilize such an expansion or contraction. To do this, we lay out a feedback control system in a block diagram and reduce it into a bare, universal formula. Analytical and experimental findings are compared through a series of numerical simulations of the Barkley model.

In recent years, researches on vocational skills are very extensive, most of them concentrated on vocational skills training, effect of vocational skill competition, vocational education and vocational skill identification and so on. But, there is very little research on the inner relationship among vocational skill based on big data. To address the issue, from LinkedIn we first collect tens of thousands of member profiles with vocational skills as empirical data. And then, we dig out high-frequency vocational skills and apply correlation analysis method to explore correlation characteristics of vocational skills. According to our studying, we figure out that there exist a large number of association rules, some of which have very high degrees of confidence, lift, and support. This research reveals the intrinsic association among different vocational skills. These relationships can reflect the general behavior and cognitive rules of human beings. We hope that our research results can provide a theoretical base for other research areas of vocational skills, such as vocational skill training, vocational skill mining, and identification of vocational skills. © 2017 Association for Computing Machinery.

Road boundary detection is essential for autonomous vehicle localization and decision-making,especially under GPS signal loss and lane *** road boundary detection in structural environments,obstacle occlusions and large road curvature are two significant ***,an effective and fast solution for these problems has remained *** solve these problems,a speed and accuracy tradeoff method for LiDAR-based road boundary detection in structured environments is *** proposed method consists of three main stages:1)a multi-feature based method is applied to extract feature points;2)a road-segmentation-line-based method is proposed for classifying left and right feature points;3)an iterative Gaussian Process Regression(GPR)is employed for filtering out false points and extracting boundary *** demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method,KITTI datasets is used for comprehensive experiments,and the performance of our approach is tested under different road *** experiments show the roadsegmentation-line-based method can classify left,and right feature points on structured curved roads,and the proposed iterative Gaussian Process Regression can extract road boundary points on varied road shapes and traffic ***,the proposed road boundary detection method can achieve real-time performance with an average of 70.5 ms per frame.
