Light Field(LF)depth estimation is an important research direction in the area of computer vision and computational photography,which aims to infer the depth information of different objects in threedimensional scenes by capturing LF *** this new era of significance,this article introduces a survey of the key concepts,methods,novel applications,and future trends in this *** summarize the LF depth estimation methods,which are usually based on the interaction of radiance from rays in all directions of the LF data,such as epipolar-plane,multi-view geometry,focal stack,and deep *** analyze the many challenges facing each of these approaches,including complex algorithms,large amounts of computation,and speed *** addition,this survey summarizes most of the currently available methods,conducts some comparative experiments,discusses the results,and investigates the novel directions in LF depth estimation.

Cadaverine is the key monomer for the synthesis of nylon *** and alkaline stable lysine decarboxylases are highly desirable for cadaverine production as the reaction pH increasing from 6.3 to ***,the most studied lysine decarboxylase CadA(***)lost almost all activity at pH 8.0,which is the foremost challenge for the industrial-cadaverine *** this study,we first found that the Na^(+)-microenvironment significantly improved the alkaline stability of the disulfide engineered lysine decarboxylaseΔLdcEt3(P233C/L628C)(half-life 362 h),compared to the conventional buffer(half-life 0.66 h)at pH ***,the whole-cell conversion efficiency of the industrial-grade L-lysine withΔLdcEt3 could reach up to 99%in 2 h in the ***-mental investigation and molecular dynamics confirmed that Na^(+)-microenvironment could improve active-aggregation state and affect secondary structure ofΔ***,Na^(+)-microenvironment stabilizesΔLdcEt3 providing a great potential industrial application for high-level cadaverine production.

Vehicle platooning has attracted growing attention for its potential to enhance traffic capacity and road safety. This paper proposes an innovative distributed Stochastic Model Predictive Control (SMPC) for a vehicle platoon system to enhance the robustness and safety of the vehicles in uncertain traffic environments. In particular, considering the similarity between the acceleration or deceleration behaviour of neighbouring vehicles and the spring-scale properties, we use a two-mass spring system for the first time to construct an uncertain dynamic model of a formation system. In the presence of uncertain perturbations with known distributional attributes (expectation, variance), we propose an objective function in the form of expectation along with probabilistic chance constraints. Subsequently, a state feedback control mechanism is devised accordingly. Under the cumulative probability distribution function of stochastic perturbations, we theoretically derive a computationally tractable equivalent of the SMPC model. Finally, simulation experiments are designed to validate the control performance of the SMPC platoon controllers, along with an analysis of the stability performance under varying probabilities. The experimental findings demonstrate that the model can be efficiently solved in real-time with appropriately chosen prediction horizon lengths, ensuring robust and safe longitudinal vehicle formation control. In this paper,the spherical particles growth during lithium electrodeposition was investigated by directly solving the governing equations based on the Landau transformation *** basic growth kinetic characteristics of a spherical particle during electrodeposition was *** results show that the dynamic oscillation of the growth velocity occurs during the spherical particle *** was found from numerical simulations that applied electrical potential difference,electrolyte concentration,and diffusion coefficient are 3 main factors influencing the spherical growth and the existence of the dynamic oscillation state of the growth velocity during *** increase in both the applied electrical potential difference and the electrolyte concentration can lead to the increase of the growth velocity of the spherical particle,while the growth velocity is independent of the diffusion ***,it was found that the wavelength and the amplitude of the dynamic oscillation of the growth velocity can be influenced by the applied electrical potential difference,the electrolyte concentration,and the diffusion *** determined that the dynamic competition between electrochemical reactions and ion transport in the electrodeposition is the reason for the existence of the oscillation of the growth velocity.
