With the wide applications of the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) in autonomous driving scenarios, the demand for high-precision positioning of navigation systems has increased dramatically in complex multipath environments. Conventional model-based methods are constrained by strict assumptions about noise models and can hardly model complex environment errors. In contrast, approaches based on artificial intelligent learning have become an important direction to solving the problem of high-precision positioning because learning-based approaches only require simple assumptions. However, current learning-based approaches are facing the following issues. The existing Graph Neural Network-based (GNN) method could hardly adapt to dynamically changing driving environment scenarios since it considers positioning discretely. On the other hand, existing Reinforcement Learning-based (RL) approaches ignore the relationship between multi-constellation satellites, resulting in an inadequate description of the driving correction environment observations. In this paper, we construct a GNN-driven recurrent reinforcement learning method to consider the GNSS measurement of multi-constellation satellites and to learn real-time correction strategy in the dynamic driving environment. To establish a comprehensive positioning correction environment, we construct a multi-constellation graph observation, based on the feature vector concerning GNSS measurement of multi-constellation satellites and edges for satellites in and between constellations. To make more effective use of GNSS measurements, we employ the graph embedding module to deal with the multi-constellation graph inputs, to extract hidden topological features to form the brief states about relationships between multi-constellation satellites for the RL environment. INNSE: Invertible neural network-based DNA image storage with self-correction encoding

DNA storage has become an alternative to silicon-based storage of media. However, when used to store multimodal data such as images, it fails to take full advantage of the characteristics of high correlation and variability present in such data, and currently remains inferior in terms of encoding density and time complexity. It also has the shortcoming of weak performance in terms of error correction methods to address insertion and deletion errors caused by error crosstalk. Therefore, we proposed an invertible neural network-based DNA image storage self-correction encoding method (INNSE) that uses the invertibility of network to perform up-down sampling processing on image and video data, thereby greatly reducing the number of DNA sequences required for data storage. A codebook generator was then designed to encode low-dimensional vectors into DNA sequences that meet various constraints. Finally, a self-correction method was constructed to achieve DNA sequence error correction at the base level without adding any redundant information. Our experimental results showed that, compared to the Yin-Yang algorithm, the encoding density of INNSE was increased by 3×, encoding time complexity was reduced by 95.26%. Under a simulated error rate of 2%, PSNR and SSIM were raised by 80.88% and 63.82%, respectively, proving that INNSE has significant advantages in encoding performance and error correction ability. © 2025

Integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) has been considered a key feature of next-generation wireless networks. This paper investigates the joint design of the radar receive filter and dual-functional transmit waveform for the multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) ISAC system. While optimizing the mean square error (MSE) of the radar receive spatial response and maximizing the achievable rate at the communication receiver, besides the constraints of full-power radar receiving filter and unimodular transmit sequence, we control the maximum range sidelobe level, which is often overlooked in existing ISAC waveform design literature, for better radar imaging performance. To solve the formulated optimization problem with convex and nonconvex constraints, we propose an inexact augmented Lagrangian method (ALM) algorithm. For each subproblem in the proposed inexact ALM algorithm, we custom-design a block successive upper-bound minimization (BSUM) scheme with closed-form solutions for all blocks of variable to enhance the computational efficiency. Convergence analysis shows that the proposed algorithm is guaranteed to provide a stationary and feasible solution. Extensive simulations are performed to investigate the impact of different system parameters on communication and radar imaging performance. Data-driven control of consensus tracking for discrete-time multi-agent systems

This paper investigates the consensus tracking problem of leader-follower multi-agent systems. Different from most existing works, dynamics of all the agents are assumed completely unknown, whereas some input-output data about the agents are available. It is well known from the Willems et al. Fundamental Lemma that when inputs of a linear time-invariant (LTI) system are persistently exciting, all possible trajectories of the system can be represented in terms of a finite set of measured input-output data. Building on this idea, the present paper proposes a purely data-driven distributed consensus control policy which allows all the follower agents to track the leader agent’s trajectory. It is shown that for a linear discrete-time multi-agent system, the corresponding controller can be designed to ensure the global synchronization with local data. Even if the data are corrupted by noises, the proposed approach is still applicable under certain conditions. Numerical examples corroborate the practical merits of the theoretical results.

A Comprehensive Survey on Test-Time Adaptation under Distribution Shifts

Machine learning methods strive to acquire a robust model during the training process that can effectively generalize to test samples, even in the presence of distribution shifts. However, these methods often suffer from performance degradation due to unknown test distributions. Test-time adaptation (TTA), an emerging paradigm, has the potential to adapt a pre-trained model to unlabeled data during testing, before making predictions. Recent progress in this paradigm has highlighted the significant benefits of using unlabeled data to train self-adapted models prior to inference. In this survey, we categorize TTA into several distinct groups based on the form of test data, namely, test-time domain adaptation, test-time batch adaptation, and online test-time adaptation. For each category, we provide a comprehensive taxonomy of advanced algorithms and discuss various learning scenarios. Furthermore, we analyze relevant applications of TTA and discuss open challenges and promising areas for future research. The deep crate grasping problem is a major challenge for manipulator in industrial applications. In order to solve the issue of deep crate grasping and ensure the path quality of the algorithm, this paper proposes a new hybrid obstacle avoidance planning algorithm based on goal-biased rapidly exploring random tree and improved artificial potential field (RRT-APF). Initially, the algorithm strategizes an efficient trajectory for the working element within the operational area. Subsequently, it dissects this trajectory through sampling, creating a sequence of sub-target points. These points serve as the basis for obstacle avoidance planning within the manipulator's configuration space, mitigating planning complexities. Moreover, the RRT algorithm is employed to address the challenge of local optima within the artificial potential field method. The stochastic nature of the RRT algorithm plays a crucial role in enabling the APF algorithm to break free from local optima. Ultimately, the efficacy of the algorithm is demonstrated through the planning of a path for obstacle avoidance on the DOBOT CR5 manipulator using MATLAB.

Neural Ordinary Differential Equations (NODEs), a framework of continuous-depth neural networks, have been widely applied, showing exceptional efficacy in coping with some representative datasets. Recently, an augmented framework has been successfully developed for conquering some limitations emergent in application of the original framework. Here we propose a new class of continuous-depth neural networks with delay, named as Neural Delay Differential Equations (NDDEs), and, for computing the corresponding gradients, we use the adjoint sensitivity method to obtain the delayed dynamics of the adjoint. Since the differential equations with delays are usually seen as dynamical systems of infinite dimension possessing more fruitful dynamics, the NDDEs, compared to the NODEs, own a stronger capacity of nonlinear representations. Indeed, we analytically validate that the NDDEs are of universal approximators, and further articulate an extension of the NDDEs, where the initial function of the NDDEs is supposed to satisfy ODEs. More importantly, we use several illustrative examples to demonstrate the outstanding capacities of the NDDEs and the NDDEs with ODEs' initial value. Specifically, (1) we successfully model the delayed dynamics where the trajectories in the lower-dimensional phase space could be mutually intersected, while the traditional NODEs without any argumentation are not directly applicable for such modeling, and (2) we achieve lower loss and higher accuracy not only for the data produced synthetically by complex models but also for the real-world image datasets, i.e., CIFAR10, MNIST, and SVHN. Our results on the NDDEs reveal that appropriately articulating the elements of dynamical systems into the network design is truly beneficial to promoting the network performance. © 2021 ICLR 2021 - 9th International Conference on Learning Representations. Primal-dual Accelerated Mirror-Descent Method for Constrained Bilinear Saddle-Point Problems

We develop a first-order accelerated algorithm for a class of constrained bilinear saddle-point problems with applications to network systems. The algorithm is a modified time-varying primal-dual version of an accelerated mirror-descent dynamics. It deals with constraints such as simplices and convex set constraints effectively, and converges with a rate of O(1/t2). Furthermore, we employ the acceleration scheme to constrained distributed optimization and bilinear zero-sum games, and obtain two variants of distributed accelerated algorithms. Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) envisages a sustainable, safe, convenient, and affordable air transport system. In socio-technical transition of AAM, there are a number of trade-offs in ecosystem that need to be studied. Three perspectives on economic feasibility are explored: first, based on history of VTOL services and value of time estimates, we discuss whether AAM can provide customers with competitive mobility services; second, what are the stakeholders’ insights on the deployment of AAM; last, the experience in the development of autonomous driving technology, such as parallel intelligence, can inform future AAM research.
