Aiming at the ore blending problem in the open-pit mining scenario, the optimization objective is to minimize the grade variance of the sliding window of the ore flow, and a cooperative shovel scheduling model for real-time ore blending is established. A reinforcement learning-enhanced dynamic multi- objective evolutionary algorithm is proposed, where a Q-learning operator selection mechanism is introduced to reuse the information from the previous environment for tracking the optimal solution in the dynamic environment. Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively control the grade fluctuation of the ore flow and dynamically respond to external events, and can find a better solution in real time compared with the traditional operator selection algorithm. © 2024 IEEE.

In this paper, by using the flux-controlled memristor model, the finite-time synchronization problem of delayed complex-valued memristive neural networks (MCNNs) is studied. Firstly, according to the proposed memristor model, we model the MCNNs as continuous systems on voltage-flux-time (wp, varpi, t) domain. Then, we design a class of approaches to realize state synchronization between the drive and response systems, and the corresponding synchronization conditions are achieved. Finally, the effectiveness of results is illustrated with the simulations. © 2023 IEEE.

The success of intelligent transportation systems relies heavily on accurate traffic prediction,in which how to model the underlying spatial-temporal information from traffic data has come under the *** existing frameworks typically utilize separate modules for spatial and temporal correlations ***,this stepwise pattern may limit the effectiveness and efficiency in spatial-temporal feature extraction and cause the overlook of important information in some ***,it is lacking sufficient guidance from prior information while modeling based on a given spatial adjacency graph(e.g.,deriving from the geodesic distance or approximate connectivity),and may not reflect the actual interaction between *** overcome those limitations,our paper proposes a spatial-temporal graph synchronous aggregation(STGSA)model to extract the localized and long-term spatial-temporal dependencies ***,a tailored graph aggregation method in the vertex domain is designed to extract spatial and temporal features in one graph convolution *** each STGSA block,we devise a directed temporal correlation graph to represent the localized and long-term dependencies between nodes,and the potential temporal dependence is further fine-tuned by an adaptive weighting ***,we construct an elaborated spatial adjacency matrix to represent the road sensor graph by considering both physical distance and node similarity in a datadriven ***,inspired by the multi-head attention mechanism which can jointly emphasize information from different r epresentation subspaces,we construct a multi-stream module based on the STGSA blocks to capture global *** projects the embedding input repeatedly with multiple different ***,the predicted values are generated by stacking several multi-stream *** experiments are constructed on six real-world datasets,and numerical results show that the proposed STGSA

Recently,biased quantum weak measurement has shown higher precision than both conventional measurement and standard quantum weak measurement in optical *** this work,a scheme of detecting the ultrasmall rotation velocity in Sagnac's interferometer with biased quantum weak measurement is *** biased quantum weak measurement,additional progress of pre-coupling is introduced in standard quantum weak measurement to enhance the sensitivity for the estimated parameter,and the cost of the reduction of photons in the post-selection by pre-coupling may not impact the measurement because eliminating the saturation effect of the detector *** addition,our numerical results show that the scheme with biased quantum weak measurement can obtain a higher sensitivity for rotation velocity measurement than the scheme with standard quantum weak measurement.

In recent years, crowdsourcing systems that tackle complex tasks through the collective efforts of many individuals have garnered substantial attention. However, the existing crowd-sourcing systems face some challenges such as overreliance on human experience and effort, information overload, and risks of privacy breaches. To overcome these challenges, this paper proposes an intelligent and trustworthy crowdsourcing frame-work based on blockchain and retrieval-augmented generation. The framework centers around foundational models to integrate the three distinct and sequentially interdependent phases: task decomposition, task allocation or recommendation, and task execution, enabling the automatic provision of a personalized, comfortable, and efficient user experience. Blockchain and smart contracts are utilized to protect user privacy and interests without leaning on any third trusted authority. Additionally, the operational process of the framework is explained and validated by taking printed circuit board design and manufacturing as a case study and ChatGPT as its generator. © 2024 IEEE.

In recent years,radiotherapy based only on Magnetic Resonance(MR)images has become a hot spot for radiotherapy planning research in the current medical ***,functional computed tomography(CT)is still needed for dose calculation in the *** deep-learning approaches to synthesized CT images from MR images have raised much research interest,making radiotherapy based only on MR images *** this paper,we proposed a novel unsupervised image synthesis framework with registration *** paper aims to enforce the constraints between the reconstructed image and the input image by registering the reconstructed image with the input image and registering the cycle-consistent image with the input ***,this paper added ConvNeXt blocks to the network and used large kernel convolutional layers to improve the network’s ability to extract *** research used the collected head and neck data of 180 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma to experiment and evaluate the training model with four evaluation *** the same time,this research made a quantitative comparison of several commonly used model *** evaluate the model performance in four evaluation metrics which achieve Mean Absolute Error(MAE),Root Mean Square Error(RMSE),Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio(PSNR),and Structural Similarity(SSIM)are 18.55±1.44,86.91±4.31,33.45±0.74 and 0.960±0.005,*** with other methods,MAE decreased by 2.17,RMSE decreased by 7.82,PSNR increased by 0.76,and SSIM increased by *** results show that the model proposed in this paper outperforms other methods in the quality of image *** work in this paper is of guiding significance to the study of MR-only radiotherapy planning.

Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) have been gaining popularity in recent years due to their promise of realizing the decentralized Web 3.0. However, most DAOs rely heavily on token-centric value systems as well as allocate decision-making authority and yield-sharing rights according to the held tokens, which often lead to monopolization of power and rights. To address this issue, this paper contributes to propose a truly democratic organization model, named True Autonomous Organizations and Operations (TAOs), that does not count upon tokens and is guided by principles of contribution-based and on-demand allocation. We first discuss the design of TAOs, including their infrastructures, power structures, and value systems, and then provide a technical roadmap for implementing TAOs in the DeSci context. This research can provide a valuable guidance for the construction and application of TAOs. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper presents Management-Oriented Operating systems (M2OS) that leverages the power of parallel intelligence theory, Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) and foundation models to revolutionize the manner of management in Cyber-Physical-Social systems (CPSS). The parallel architecture on M2OS is proposed, including the parallel interactive actual M2OS and artificial M2OS. Among them, the artificial M2OSs provide digital infrastructures for organizations to operate, collaborate, and make decisions in the virtual space, and conduct computational experiments to evaluate management decisions and predict future states of the actual M2OS. Through parallel execution and closed-loop feedback between the artificial and actual M2OSs, the management and control, experimentation and evaluation, as well as learning and training of the actual M2OS can be realized. Moreover, the functional layers of M2OS, including the infrastructure layer, data layer, scenario layer, modeling layer, decision layer, and application layer, are discussed. These layers work together to support the intelligent, autonomous, collaborative, and adaptive nature of the M2OS, and facilitate data-driven decision-making, optimize business operations, and empower managers with real-time actionable insights. The proposed M2OS paradigm has great potential to transform the management paradigm and opens up new possibilities for intelligent and collaborative decision-making. © 2023 IEEE.

This article studies the time-varying formation (TVF) problem of multiagent systems (MASs) with different time delays. By designing the control protocol, the followers could achieve the desired TVF. Considering different communication delays, based on graph theory and stability theory, sufficient conditions for the system to realize TVF are obtained. Finally, the numerical example is employed to validate the effectiveness of theoretical results. © 2023 The authors and IOS Press.
