In this paper, a component library model based on the four-layer architecture is presented. The four-layer architecture includes framework layer, component layer, leaf-class layer and leaf-function (leaf-method) layer. The component library is hierarchically constructed. The component features in different layers and the relationship among components are studied and defined. This is helpful to organize and manage the component library more efficiently. And this is helpful for users to retrieve, understand and reuse components, in order to realize the software reuse successfully.

Component-based software development is an effective and efficient approach to improve productivity and quality of software development. So far, almost all the technologies of software components focus on component description and operation. But the software architecture which takes component as the basic unit has a great progress, and provides a software development process of the top-down through describing its structure and features. In order to improve the efficiency and quality of management information system (MIS), the reusable component technology has been introduced in MIS. Through the description of the structure and features, the reusable components are used in the structure and features of MIS in the development process such as demands analysis, system design, system implementation, system testing, and system maintenance. The result shows that supporting and implementing the assembly of MIS under the platform of component running has improved the stability quality and development efficiency of the existing MIS.

This study empirically explores the properties of input modalities sensed from flipping a cube-based tool. By tracking the fiducial marker on each side of the cube in real-time, basic operations such as flipping can produce various input modalities. We present the results of an experiment that investigates the use of these input modalities to perform a set of experimental tasks. The task of the experiment is to flip a cube to make the desired side to face up, varying the types of visual feedback (shown in a display) corresponding to each side. We discuss the experimental results and reveal the implication for cube-based interface designs.

In Wireless Sensor Network(WSN), the ability to avoid collision directly impacts on node energy consumption and network performance. Based on introduction of CSMA/CA protocol, the paper laid emphasis on shortcoming of binary backoff algorithm affect survivability time of WSN. On this basis, a kind of CSMA/CA protocol based on improved binary backoff algorithm was proposed. The algorithm reasonably scheduled competition and backoff time of nodes and improved fairness of the network to increase network survival cycle. Network simulation results shows that the improved protocol effectively improves network survivable cycle in case of fixed network size. The performance of network delay and throughput also improved to a certain extent.

The quality of virtual view based on multi-view video (MVD) plus depth format is often evaluated by PSNR or subjectively judged. However, due to synthesizing arbitrary view images, the virtual view images mostly have no reference images and are only assessed using non-reference. Virtual view images synthesized by depth estimation reference software (DERS) and view synthesis reference software (VSRS) often accompanied with blockiness and other distortions on the edge. In addition, matching level for the depth map and the corresponding texture maps of left and right views also affects the quality of the virtual view. This paper compares the edge similarity of the depth and the corresponding texture maps which generate the intermediate virtual view and combined with the virtual view's blockiness which causing blur to evaluate the quality of the virtual view. Experiment results show that the proposed method can reflect the quality of the virtual view better.

This paper presents an industrial temperature measuring and monitoring system, which is based on 89C51 single chip microcontroller, and details the comparison between Formula method and Look-up Table method whose new algorithm and high precision has been emphasized. The system can measure real-time industrial temperature, store historical data and display temperature in digital and curve diagram. MAX6675 is applied in temperature acquisition module, which simplifies the system design and improve measuring precision. The data analysis methods and circuit design are given in paper. It is proved that the design is stable, reliable, simple and durable.
